The validity of his passport determines the length of his visa. Let me rephrase, if his passport has one month validity, CIC will issue one month visa for him.
And when he applies for renewal at NIS, he will be issued a new passport and NIS will render the old one invalid.
Do you get the point now? The decision is his to make. Oga this issue has been argue here before and Frankrobbn1 is talking from experience. |

Well from experience on nairaland, someone's application was approved without medical request and bank statement, but he had full funding from the school. Did you receive any mail from cic that your processed passport has been dispatched? |

Hello House, I need help as to how to push in my Visa application. I just got admitted to study in Canada, I have since paid my 1st Semester school fees.
I already have the following:
Affidavit of Sponsor - My brother in law ( is this relationship strong enough?)
Letter of support by Sponsor
Statement of account of the company - seating balance of over N40 Million
CAC docs
Landed property document and gas station
My SOP
Presently my account does not warehouse my funds as I invested in Forex ( over N2million - should have this by next month)
I recently got married traditionally, court is next month
School is starting January 2019.
Your advice is welcomed.
Focus more on purpose of visit and home tie. |

SOA is over 200 ooo . Both company and personal accounts.
Just gather all tools needed, constant power, printer, laptop and enough data then you start work. It might take you two to three days, remember Tuesday is maintenance day. |
