canadabyfire: With CIC , funnythings happens these days, we dont know whether the medical call was an error or the refusal letter was the error. He was even asked to provide updated letter of acceptance.
The applicant filled the webform complaining of being called for medical and refused afterwards; he received a response that a decision has been made on his application, and he is welcome to reapply if he can addres the stated reason for his refusal.
PGD Applicant applied July 12,while the MBA applicant applied june 20.both received final decision on november 16. Good to know they have started attending to June and July applicants |

canadabyfire: Judicial review may not help here; 2applications under my counsel were refused by london office on the 16th of November...singular reason was purpose of visit
Both applicants are matured students pursuing MBA and PGD;infact the PGD applicant was called for medicals on the 5th of November and medical was updated as passed....only to get the shocker refusal.
Both applicants are single, aged 33 and 34yrs gainfully employed with an average of 6years work experience and personal finances in excess of 10million.
They are both planning to reapply with well strutured SOP'S to explain even the most irrelevant detail........the demand for Canada visa is high these days and the VO's aint smiling Are they June applicants? |

Kendrick213: the study gap is questionable if you we are to think like VOs...that is why purpose of visit was the reason for denial. You need to write a very convincing SOP to explain why you are a genuine student despite this 10years gap. Study gap is not a barrier. |

Austacus: There's no proffer solution yet, peeps have advice those that their application has stayed so long to order for gcms
London VOs have even started ignoring emails In fact, their online service tools have started having issues, eg webform, feedback form, panel physician search tools which are different from the general site maintenance. So these guys are really getting queries cause winter is already here after they delayed us from fall term.
My advice to VOs they should just approve every one of us that missed fall term visa cause no be our fault say they experienced higher volumes than normal during the summer months. Is it still possible for July applicants to withdraw their application |

makano: Am suspecting this too, its obvious their database for June- August applications have crashed ,mayb that was their reason for the frequent maintenance around that period. cos its not sensible holding up to applicants of June - August and replying to those that applied September and October. There is something fishy they are not disclosing... If their database have crahsed, they should just give everybody that applied from May -Ausgut approval since the fault is from them.. Am seriously suspecting those people.. I remembered they did biometric upgrade to 10yrs in July |

goingforward: Good Morning Nairalanders,
Listen, Fear bows down to Faith!
2nd Timothy 1 vs 7: For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Never condescend to Fear. The currency that God recognizes is Faith. Fear is of the Devil while Faith is of God. Fear disappears when Faith is present.
Jeremiah 32 vs 27. "Behold, I am the LORD, the God of ALL flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?’’ Absolutely nothing!
Walk in this conviction this week.
May all our Study TRV desires come through this week in Jesus mighty name. It will end in praises and thanksgiving.
Be faith-filled.
Goingforward. Amen |

Uzee24: Happy Sunday to Y'all
Finally got my GCMS notes and decided to post it here to at least, lay to rest the agrument on whether those refused Visa should get their notes before reapplying or they just reapply based on the generic reasons in their refusal letter.
First image is the GCMS note, second is the refusal letter.
Let me quickly add that it is misleading and deceitful to advise anybody not to get their GCMS notes before reapply, except such person has limited time to do so. My own opinion with what I'm seeing both are the same thing....... They only added travel history. It is well |

Jukebox5: if you don't have couple of A's or B's don't apply oo.. I wasted my €250 cos i had C's all through my Waec result. I almost gave up hope of studying in Lithuania but thanks to SMK university. And also if your age is more than 30 years i don't think you'll get visa as they have age limit for BSC programs, they will think you want to use schooling to migrate. How much is the application fee for SMK? |

goingforward: Hello Nairalanders,
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts” (Isa. 55:8–9).
God’s ways are higher. Trust that he has a divine purpose for every delay. Our viewpoint may be limited, but God sees all things. Proverbs 3:5 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” God may be putting everything in place before revealing His blessing to Us.
May God's blessings come to us speedily in Jesus name. I decree and declare open heavens upon our Canada study Visa applications.
Have an approval filled week in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
goingforward. Amen.......... It will end in praise |
