Hello Nairalanders. I want to call the attention of everyone here . I once posted what I have been suffering from the hands of the Agency that I simply contracted to take care of my application. This is simply a monumental show of shame and greed. I am pressing demands to have access to my CIC online application for Canada Study Permit. At some point I got vexed because of the undeserving treats I got from this Agency. Sometimes you call their number they won’t pick. It appears as if I was bugging them with my calls and sometimes instead they will tell me to send a mail.In my life I have never been humiliated or treated the way I was treated by this Agency. But I was calm and patient because I was determined to see the end of it and on the 27th of November the Agency forwarded me a mail from CIC which contained the refusal reasons and I posted it here that finally the visa has been denied.
I believe that login details should be a rightful entitlement entitlement of whomesomever that applies for a study permit via the online route. But in my case is has become a sacrilege that I am requesting for it even after the VISA has been denied.
They never granted me access to this till my visa was denied on the 27th of November which I also posted on this thread. Today I also got a letter from the Agency (KEYSTYLE LEARNING) that I am threatening them. To be honest I do not trust them anymore because of the way everything is playing out and since it has surfaced to this level I am prepared to go to any length with this Agency . So now my visa has been denied and
I am rightly requesting that they grant me access to contact my school to applly for the refund of my tuition fee I paid directly from my bank since the agency has been the one contacting the school on my behalf since July .These their attitude goes a long way to demonstrate that something is hidden. So I do not have right to also ask them to grant give me the online access to contact the school that I paid my tuition fee to refund my money? ... Please I want everybody to look into this matter and tell me where I have gone wrong.

I am ready for this WAR which they have waged against me and I am going to fight it to the finish. This is my 2Million Naira that is involved . It’s my hard earned money I paid directly from my bank to school and now that I need the agency to grant me access to ask for refund they are keeping deaf ears. The wickedness of man is too much in this country.

Please House help me and look into this matter. One Educational Agency (KEYSTYLE LEARNING LOCATED AT FESTAC LAGOS ) helped me during my Canadian Student visa application. During the process I emailed and requested for my login details to at least have access to my online profile they declined all the request. They were only updating me with the information. At a time I requested to have access to my online application profile so I could be mailing the CIC because of the delays since JULY the application was made. All my request was not accepted. On the 27th of this month they sent me me the a mail containing the PDF file of my refusal letter. The refusal was so heartbroken because I waited so much for it hoping it woulb be a good news.

Now that I have been refused I am still asking the to at least give me the login details for record and reference purpose and may be if I have to apply in the future. The issue am facing now is that I paid my tuition fee from my bank . My bank made the payment to the school at that time it was paid. And I need to apply for a refund from the school now that I have been resfused the Visa. Please how how do I go about this issue

I have been a follower of this thread since 2016 when I had the Canadian dream for graduate studies unfortunately I was denied TRV 3 times. No doubt Canada is a blessed country, almost every Nigerians dream country, one BIG MISTAKE I made which I don’t want other people seeking quality education and a better life outside Africa should make is LIMITING YOURSELF TO Canada alone. In much as you are applying to Canada you should explore other opportunities, there are several academic destinations with opportunities but then we Nigerians don’t research them rather we close our eyes against them, Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa on a daily basis hundreds of visa seekers troop to VFS to submit visa application on a daily unfortunately they can’t approve everyone, even genuine students at the end of the day get denied, it’s now turned to a game of luck. Canada keeps exploiting us through the whole application process, ie paying tuition prior to visa approval and at the end of the day after 6 months some students are denied, what happens to time value of money? If this money has been fixed in a fixed deposit won’t it yield any profit for 6months ? etc even when they know Nigeria is an English speaking country some schools request for IELTS they know how desperate we are. Good day house . I know it’s feels so hurting and heartbreaking to say. My application was made since July, Medicals done and passed , Documents were also upoaded and submitted by the Education Agency that handled my application. My sponsor SOA contained over 100MILLION Naira at the time it was submitted. Today I got a mail that has devasted me after waiting patiently for months since July via online route. I waited for more than 12weeks
I feel so down and heartbroken house . Please I need someone to tell me how to go about this and what to do as as I am demoralized. What is the next step. Good question. I am July applicant. My bank has already called me on Aug 7th told me Canada embassy contacted the bank regarding my statement of account and bank proof my statement of account is genuine and ever since then I heard nothing frm Canada consulate. My application still on process till the event passed. I don't still know whether they wil still grant or not despite the event that has passed. Am to attend the event frm Nov 9th to Nov 11th. Well I will keep on praying

Hello everyone..Pls pardon my long post. Finally my visa came out today after I submitted my passport on 18th September. I want to give the glory to God and thank everyone here especially those make very insightful contribution, the type that gingerred me to take some steps.

Mine is a strange one. Applied on 11th May. Biometrics on 23rd May. Medicals on 23rd August. Passport request on 18th September. And then everything came to a stand still for over 2 months. Within this period I submitted over 7 CSE webforms and wrote over 10 emails to Lagos VO but got maybe 2 responses. Meanwhile my online status remained at a confusing situation: eligibility review ongoing, meds passed, background check ongoing but application approved and passport requested. By October 18th I received a mail asking me to send in updated bank statement in a new format: bank statement request ticket plus password. My bank had not implemented this new format and so gabe me a cover letter to add to the normal statement. And then nothing again.

My last webform was responded to with the story that my application was in London. I wrote London last week and complained about the restriction of my movement for other personal and business travels outside of Canada with the continued with holding of my passport. London responded that my application has been approved since September and that they are aware my passport was dropped at VFS, can I go to VFS for "printing of your visa". So confusing! VFS does not print visas. Even then my many visits there revealed thar my passport was at the embassy.

Finally yesterday morning as I was driving to Anifowose instead of VFS as directed I got a call to attend an interview this morning. I was there by 6 am and by 8.30 I sat in front of an officer who told me my bank statements were not clear or legible. This is bery untrue as I scanned them myself. After barely looking through the updated statements I brought he asked me to wait for 10 minutes and in exactly 10 minutes my passport came out with my visa!

I applied to study MA Communication in UOttawa. My first degree ia in Pol Science, over 27 years ago. I had an MBA since 2001 and am a very mature appliacant. My SOI stated that after working in communication for over 2 decades I needed to retire to academics by studying in Canada and merging my long practical experience with serious academic scholarship for the benefit of my future students.

1. Acceptance letter and Statement of Intent
2. Dom account statement with over 100kUSD
3. TD acount statement with 40kCAD
4. Letter of employment, payslips
5. Travel history to Canada, US, UK, SA, etc
6. Scanned passport data page ( passport valid till 1st June 2019. So while waiting I applied for renewal and added the new passport via webform and email).

I did not add any property or evidence of family ties beyond what I filled in the family information form. Just the above.

Bottom line while waiting, I prayed and fasted like never before especially after I was told my application was in London.

My admission was deferred to Winter with the kind understanding of my faculty and I will be travelling by God's grace before new year. My testimony I did not lose faith in the power of God despite the odds against me as shown in many of the tesimonies and feedback in this forum especially about long gap from last degree

I pray everyone here will have a good story to tell and bery very soon in Jesus name. Amen.

My statement of account didn’t fit the size so I didn’t submit.
No update on the account even my biometrics and upfront medical.
Just generic responses.
Later added my transcript, certificate via cse form

22/11/18 -I was asked to submit passport
Submitted on Thursday, counterfoiled Friday, letter of correspondence on Saturday.

Picked up today.

It is only God that made it possible, I didn’t even pray so much but I always left it in his care whenever I could as I felt defeated. If you don’t believe in God, I don’t know what to tell you because I’m sure he’s the one that came through for me. I even submitted all my additional documents in financial support side instead of with SOP and I still forgot to submit some.

Well I guess some of our files might have been transferred to Lagos! First time I sent message to London CIC in Sept during fall resumption they replied that they re working on it. My last email was replied by Lagos CIC.... July 14th applicant.

My application was approved today or PPR came in today.

Applied July 8th.
Biometric July 10th.
Decided to do medicals on my own in August.
Medical passed 2 days after I uploaded my result.
My eligibility review started today 23rd November.
My passport request came in today 23rd November.

I wrote to them twice in September and I got the generic "processing" and "active processing" the first and second time respectively.

I graduated (B.Sc,Nigeria) in 2006, (MBA,USA) 2012.
Was refused permanent residence visa in 2014.
was refused visiting visa in 2017.

I applied for another Masters BTW.

I don't think that's for sure, these guys are becoming more confusing. I received a CIC email message from LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca which is the London office, I was sure that my application is processed in London until I see that the email signature shows
