This is a very good topic,i will drop my own input.

The OP is kind of right, but i believe, the greatest weapon to fight discrimination is SUCCESS.

Once you are successful and well to do,you will be respected and adored anywhere you find yourself, whether goodlooking or not.

Without wealth and influence,if you like, cute pass anything, you will still be looked down upon.

At first, good looking people may be loved or adored, but without quality, they are later discarded. Its better to be an average looking CEO than a handsome GATEMAN.

loved how u mentioned seedorf as a key example to my claim..
love ur point and dt fact u stated bt pls how many blacks have
gotten contracts from thier club??
how many black coaches have thier clubs retained jus as
madrid did zizou, barca did pep and chelsea did lampard
Y didnt arsenal retained henry dt him going to manaco
Y did hasselbiank said he knows of so many black
coaches dt wunt complete their coaching badges because
they wont be given a top deal...
my point is dt black playees are no longer interested in
going for coaching badges bcoz they hardly gets top
coaching deal....
u tink if seedorf gat white skin, he wunt be
coaching a lesser Italian team after failing with milan and
cameroon??
my gee, the Truth is glaring and even remeber sterling said
the same thing abt this matter
blacks stopoed trying and going for coaching badges because they hardly gets interviewed not to talk abt getting the job..
let me ask...if they dont get the job, how do u think they would learn and gain more experience..
i will still maintain my stand.

QUALITY OVER COLOUR!

Henry was given the chance at AS monaco,he flopped, are you saying white coaches are not sacked? MARADONA was sacked by argentina because of awful perfomance(is he a black man?)

Black race is kind of low in quality to the white race bro(hard truth).

Look at how we are even managing our countries.

BITTER FACT.

bad....Whats the business with a 12yr old boy and racism..
generally i think dt people aint born racist bt are made racist due to bad parenting or bad social influence..
Even in professional football, ex internationals do retire and we see the whites taking nice coaching jobs like lampard and co, what abt the blacks that are interested in coaching?? mayb they aint good enough or the top European clubs wnt find it nice if a black skin is incharge of d changing room...
Samuel eto once said "racism in world football is like cancer, it can be controlled and managed bt cnt be cured completely
clarence seedorf coached AC Milan and perfomed woefully, same with a black manager in the epl(cant remember his name),his team was relegated, chris hughton(i think former newcastle manager)was also black.

Its not about the skin, but the output.

Yes oooo, I pity those drugs folks, if you feel you're depressed in this country' just visit Africa, I tell the irish guys, one of them that takes drugs was planning a trip to heaven.....
we all tend to belittle what we have, until we lose it.

Am presently in Nigeria, but in the past,i do regularly complain about almost everything here, but when i did lot of research about some other places,i changed my stance, there are lot of countries that are doing worse.

Even the almighty USA faces challanges that are not publicly open to outsiders. If not for nepotism and greed,we would have been a great nation.
I can never because of the present situation do drugs, like you said let the irish guy come here,he would adore ireland for the rest of his life.

Just be careful around junkies bro, they tend to be unstable, thats the reason for most serial killings in the US,they are most times emotionally down. Thank goodness, guns are not easily gotten in ireland.

Stay safe bro.

Hahahah, food is life, I can't wait for gyms to open so I can eat whatever I like and be looking like The Rock.

Let me bust your head, there's no poor man in this country, those on the street begging, is by choice, it's the weed that's expensive that cussed it, they get €200 from the government and a 2 bedroom house, but they have to pay €100 a month for the house, because they value to be high that shelter, they lose the house and use the rent money for drugs, by the way when they are high, they can't tell the difference, between when they are sleeping on the floor or gutter, and when they are in a bed.
Their rent is subsidized o, they get to live in a house that's about €2000. And pay only €100, from the €800 they get every month, you can see.
I live in a room in a house and pay €600 monthly.

When I knew this, I regretted bitterly the €1 and €2 I gave out, funny thing was those guys were carry drinks like bailey's worth at least €25.

Next time a junkie come at me, I no go give am face, my friend was almost mobbed my one sef, when he refused to drop money for boys. if I was the one, I'll smash his face.
you are absolutely spot on bro.

The easiest way to the disruption of a man's life,is doing drugs.

A trial will convince you. I paid through my UBA app and my payment hooked. I now visited the Startimes app page where I saw series of lamentations of people who made the same mistake.
In fact when I visited the Startimes office in Port Harcourt, the customer care lady I met warned me against doing such but rather advised I always pay at the office or through a dealer. After paying for the 3800 bouquet I had to go back to UBA to write a letter for retrieval of funds. It took three weeks.

You may like to visit the below link on Facebook to see daily lamentations of subscribers who paid through their bank phone applications.

thanks for your input.

But its too bad, that such a big company cant integrate mobile banking into its system.

I pay for my dstv account easily with my mobile banking app,not trying to be partial here, multichoice is miles ahead of startimes.

Lies! Lies!! Lies!!!
First of all Startimes has always proclaimed to operate pay-as-you-go bouquet but try to pay for it on any of their payment platforms INCLUDING their offices and their operatives will tell you it is impossible except you pay for the complete one month.
I am saying this because I once tried to pay for ONLY one week because of the Europa league matches and was told by a Startimes customer care operative that it was IMPOSSIBLE. I ended up subscribing for a month.

The second issue I have with Startimes is the payment for a bouquet can ONLY be made at their registered office or at the premises of their registered agents. You can not pay with your bank application!

Thirdly Startimes have subtly increased their fees like Dstv but with extremely POOR content masquraded it behind a non existent pay as you go bouquet.

And before anybody comes at me I wish to state that I subscribe to both Dstv and Startimes and I regard both platforms as cheating blood sucking platforms that do NOT provide subscribers with what they promise in any way!
so you mean i cant subscribe startimes through my banking app?

But i do see the startimes option.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted tourism negatively. But kofer gamji Is Open! To Visit Despite Covid 19 Restrictions.

The peak is open for tourism/Visit, but visitors must wear mask ,use hand sanitizer and practice social distancing.

Activities: Swimming, horse-riding, Zoo etc

Gate fee is N600 per person

Travel time: Approx 30 mins drive from stadium round about Kaduna to kofer Gamji pack

Kofar Gamji also known as Hassan Usman Katsina Park, is the first amusement park built in the heart of the Kaduna metropolis close to Shooting Range New Extension next to the Kaduna Police College and it is the most visited recreation center during celebrations such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Sallah and New Year. The premises which started off as a garden during colonial rule and northern administrations, it has beautiful greenery with several trees, a small mangrove, orchards and small islands with majestic water flowing from the River Kaduna. The park is divided into two by the river with a foot bridge built by Lord Frederick Lugard connecting them together. Until the bridge was constructed there was no way of linking both halves except by canoe.

Kofar Gamji park is a great relaxation zone with , a mini zoo housing animals such as a lion, hyena’s,monkeys, ostriches, tortoise, a children’s playground that is managed by a private company.

In this video I saw the lion that killed one of their care giver and injured my tour guy
nice OP!

Did the tour guide explaind how it killed the guy? I thought lions ought to be in the cage,do the attendants enter the cage?

Am confused.

Danielhouston:
There is this religious African girl in my building and she’s so annoying. I don’t know where she’s from because I’ve never spoken to her but I’m guessing she’s from Nigeria or Kenya. She disturbs the entire neighborhood with her loud prayers and she prays 4 times a day.

I’m all for practicing your religion and I pray too, but this girl is something else. You know how they pray in Mountain of Fire? That’s exactly how she prays and she’s very loud. You can hear her from your kitchen. When she starts praying, anything you’re doing will be disturbed.
She starts by playing guitar and singing loudly for 20 minutes, then she starts shouting “Jesus, Jesus!!” and the prayer has not even started yet.

What particularly annoys me is that she prays when everyone is sleeping. I have to be at work at 8:30 and she starts praying at 5:00 am. She disrupts my sleep, even with my windows closed. My flat is directly under hers, so I suffer it more than others. I need my 8 hours of sleep.
The neighbors have tried to talk to her but she does not listen to anybody. They have made legal complaints to the Landlord and I’m sure she got some letters.

My neighbors are mostly young people and they don’t like to call the police on any one. But I know one day, they’ll get enough of her and call the police or take her to court. She thinks Jesus will save her from legal troubles, she will soon learn.
don't even make the mistake of including kenya in your guessing.

Its 99% sure, shes a Nigerian. I also have some couple of neighbours(girls) like her in my crib.

I call those type of people FANATICS!

Keep up the good work bro.

The thread is interesting and insightful,i learnt alot, without skipping any page.

My observations:
* ireland is somehow boring, but peaceful. I like!
* they are not a rich country, yet they manage the resources,to better the lives of citizens. I like!
* food is cheaper, and rich in nutrients. I like!
* its hard to date girls, especially blacks. Sad face!

Most important: OP loves food. HE DOES NOT JOKE WITH HIS STOMACH.

Kudos bro,you are awesome.

Thanks man
The network providers here are very flexible, different packages, speed and all depending on your need. We have the following

Vodafone
This is the iPhone of the network providers
Very expensive, little data though they have good speed. The minimum you can pay monthly is €20 for 20gig.
First sim I got when I came here and I japka to lycamobile. You cant even call naija with that plan sef. Cos of its expensive, they have great customer service and outlets scattered around the city center. You have to pay more to enjoy more

Lycamobile
This is the Techno of the network.....
Very affordable with some plan going for around €5 for no calls with 3gig data. Its flexible, you have the plan if you want more data, or more international credit to call home or just call. The student plan is €12.50 for 25gig data some credit to call Nigeria, and unlimited call and sms within Ireland. Unlimited plan is €25, you'll be able to call naija conveniently. thing is their network is on 3G. Guess it doesnt get to my house.
They have terrible customer service, I ordered for their sim, and it never arrived at all. They haven't even replied to my mail till date. That's the issue I have with them.
When my house wifi had issues, I needed more data . Me that uses 4.5 gig monthly in Nigeria, 25gig no dey reach anywhere even when wifi was working. So I transferred my number to Eir mobile.

Eir
Only reason I moved to Eir is that the unlimited plan is cheaper, they have 4G which goes on and off. Since the wifi is not there, I needed to keep up my new lifestyle as I watch Aljazeera, CNN, YouTube live and other consistently. I could do this with Eir for €20. I ordered the sim online and on the Third day it came.
If not for the lockdown, I would have done my heavyweight downloading in school but I need to update you guys na.
Then I transferred my line to the Sim. I will switch back to lycamobile when the wifi starts to work. Switching in this country is transferring your number to a new network. In Nigeria grin, due to free browsing, cheats and plan differences, I had mtn, airtel, etisalat and glo sim, ready to switch once I spotted a better offer. Main line was aired.
I had two phones also.
I didnt know lycamobile had a cap on their "unlimited data" which was 100gig. Before 5days, I consumed I got a message telling me that

You have reached 100% of the monthly Fair Use Policy allowance. Further data usage may be subject to limited speeds.

It's like they brought it down to 3G even though the 4G is showing. They just brought it down to lycamobile level, lol. I checked and saw that I found pay €30 to get a 750gig cap, voila. But I'm still enjoying the way it is now, its fast, I can stream, watch Netflix, but downloading huge file is terrible.

Tesco, Anpost, I haven't used these,

For phones, buying a phone with a monthly plan isnt a good idea. It pays to buy it outright. Its cheaper. I rather order it .
You can get a sim easily here, just walk to a network provider shop and smile. They don't do what MTN does to us under hot sun. Theyll just give you the sim, you can then put a bundle and that's it.
I got my lycamobile sim from a shop, it was lying there like junk letters. I picked it up, took it home and bought a bundle, that's all.

All phones are useful here, these old guys still love their iPhone 4s, Its a beautiful phone, my sister recently replaced the 4s I gave her after using it for a year, I used it for 2yrs. The younger ones are the ones that go for the flashy phones. Older women love samsung. I dont know why. Sissy eko and few guys use the recent iPhones.
Refurbished phones are the way to get it cheaper and easily. You can order online or walk to the computer village in Dublin. Lol.

Thank you for the question, Dimaxy.
kudos bro.

Glad, you are enjoying ireland. Please talk on pay TV,like we have dstv, gotv and startimes here.

What about theirs, and please update more on way of life and food.
