As for the pain, there is a bony projection in human buttocks called ischial tuberosity. It pushes onto muscle and causes pain if we sit for long. Also as for the short term dangers of prolonged sitting, there is DVT(deep venous thrombosis), basically a clot they forms in your legs and travels up to your lungs, heart or brain to cause blockage. It is hardly seen in young men anyway, then long term complications will just be lack of physical fitness, back pain etc. And just hope then you don't get a serious illness in the future because the lack of fitness will complicate issues for u.

The only fitness I engage in now is squat. I’m a lady and I really do hope it doesn’t affect me. Right now I battle with back ache and muscle pull a lot and yes, my legs are always swollen.

That’s my area and the light is no longer good. I heard about Egbeda having steady light and I’m presently exploring the area. Contacted 3 people there and they confirmed it. I was only told to stay clear off Shasha area of Egbeda. They don’t have light like other sides do.

Honestly, I’m still searching as well and that light is a major factor for me and likewise good road. Igando areas with good power supply are From Roundabout (coming from Ikotun) to Church bustop. Those are the areas I know of and the road is good as well. No trailers based on your post� lol I also fear them.

I’m beginning to consider the Agbara areas someone mentioned earlier.

Also looking for a self con in another part of Alimosho with good electricity. Based on research so far, Igando light seems to be stable now. I just can’t say how long it’ll remain stable.

I’ve lived in Egbe all my life. The light was very good until about 2months now that Nepa started showing their true colors. Now we have light for like 6-8hrs a day unlike before when we do have uninterrupted electricity for 4 days straight.
I’m speaking for Liasu Road and other areas like Agodo using “ 33 electricity”

Self con here depends on the Area and the newness of the house but you’ll see a decent one for 250k

This dude is giving you wrong info. Read the post he quoted again and follow the guy's advice. You will be admitted within 2 weeks max a month of applying in as much as you have all the necessary documents. Look for the USA students visa thread on the travel section and read through it. Don't be lazy and you'll gain enough knowledge. If you can write GRE and ace it, you stand a chance of getting full scholarship. With that, getting visa won't be an issue. We are talking about USA here, the land of opportunities. Keep a positive mind, get all the documents you'll need and see yourself achieving your goals.

That looks like fraud. Will not advice to do so, even the system will not capture you, cause you already have a data in the system. The best you can do, is to present your case to them in Abuja and let them know you want an upgrade from 32 to 64 page for urgent reasons and you already captured in Lagos. Let your reason(s) for very genuine with strong backup.
