All LIP and Eye services about Nigerians hating corruption can be exposed as a sham when European and American investigations nailed them. Hushppuppi is nailed, his people are not defending him, Tafa Balogun was dragged on the floor into Police car by his subordinate Nuru Ribadu, his people did not defend him. Even Tinubu has more critics among his people than outside. But others can do no wrong from the eyes of their people. Is this a retarded development or what |
Except for one ethnic group that condemn their own, most groups defend their 419, Money launderers, Looters and Militricians. It all boils down to whataboutism, infected apples are better than infected agbalumo. If we all condemn the rogues within us even when some within praise them, we would raise better morals and Youths. |
I will take achievement at home over the highest honor overseas. Congratulations my dear. |
Check those defending Buhari here and get a good understanding of how Nigeria went from the richest Black country to the abject poverty we are in today. If you do not cry for Nigerians, you are not an African. |
Abomination nor dey end for Nejeriya? Now decorated police officer Kyari, haba! |
This what African Youths are dying for. Live fast and die young have another meaning: Go wild and live for a few months. |
Nigerian Police becomes scary even more everyday. Junior one terrorize you on the streets. The senior ones collude with armed robbers, bandits and Boko Haram. Who is safe in Nigeria? |
Please leave Onyeka alone and stop defending PRO stunt to get into politics. How many of you know Cubana's mother or Oba before the obsequious spending. I am not from Anambra and reserve the morality to condemn exposure of Youths to neck braking activities to make money. |
Lagos in particular and the West in general are a melting pots where symbiotic relationships have benefited all. What changed? Touched by Onyeka Owenu and others like her that were rejected by their own but accepted in Lagos. |
Most Nigerians cannot afford food, school fees and hospital bills at home yet Central Bank of Nigeria prioritized allocation of scarce forex for those less than one percent of the population. Lion share of our foreign income for less than one percent! When poor people dream to become that one percent, they fight to preserve the privilege for those who are mostly looters. |
He will soon be sent on international assignment or take a seat for Nigeria in the World Court unless rejected there. It all started by giving them inflated positions in their state Civil Service, then seconded to the highest level at the Federal in the name of Federal character. |
Dude, you made a good point but messed up with cause of madness. Pierocash: |
See how you messed up your point. Are you telling those seeking to break free of slave madams not to do it, otherwise they would run mad? Pierocash: |
You should have learned by now that passion like love and anger have nothing to do with ethnicity. Would it have been better if it was his mother, sister or daughter he killed? A wife or lover has no ethnic color no matter how we paint them. Okhuadams: |
IBB should have completed the job on Buhari |
Ai tell ya, poverty don scata Naija no be small. Anybody that gets a job overseas or at home, buy a car or house, marry Oyinbo no matter how. Time to take out the drums and celebrate. Now millions of Nigerians get jobs, buy cars and houses everyday. If each of these come on social media to announce, Internet go pafuka. So most Nigerians are still reasonable. |
When Buhari wants to demonstrate his toughness, he looks for unarmed demonstrators and other ethic groups in the South. He cannot do anything to IBB who overthrew him or Danjuma who spoke out against him. He still fears the Military and coup from within. Not to mention Boko Haram because he is one of the members and negotiator for them. |
I may disagree with conspicuous spenders but to teach him what type of shoes to buy for his children is hitting below the belt. I even regret opening the topic. Busy bodies! |
When you talk about jealousy, this is what it means. Giant of Africa for nothing, nothing. So why am I jealous of these smaller countries? |
It is almost an instinct to covert naira salary to dollars. But what matters is what Naira can buy in Nigeria and what Zimbabwe dollars can buy in Zimbabwe. Most professors bought their last house or new car before Structural Adjustment imposed by IMF that later admitted it didn't take cultural values into consideration. Liers, their goal was already achieved. It was some of the same professors that supported and argue for SAP benefits which later justified Devaluations. No country except China ever recover from either. Nigerians must learn how to live locally. We cannot keep on comparing ourselves to salaries in Britain and USA while avoiding salaries in Russia, China, Cuba or Sweden, Switzerland and Poland. Indeed, since the collapse of the Union that brought those with less than high school into Middle Class in America, that country has never been the same. Some of the United Auto workers, plumbers, iron workers or carpenters were making more money than young lawyers, doctors, engineers and buying houses in Middle Class neighborhood right in America, Canada and Britain. Ignorance is killing us at home, not only professors, doctors and graduates. |
Paretomaster1:You are so right. It is about a one eye man that saw a blind man. He thanked God that he could still see. When the blind man heard some people crying he asked, why. He was told someone was being buried. He immediately thanked his God that he is alive and in good health. Those with cancer or in excruciating pain wish for death to end it all. With too legs, arms and sound brain we give up and refused to fight our demons back. Those with iPhone or Mercedes flaunt it as if the rest of us are failures or just jealous. Until the day they are caught. In a crowd, everyone was asked what they want or wish for. While most asked for billions and vanities, yes vanities the bad word in Nigeria. A few asked for life, few asked for good health but this lady did not want anything, just a cup of tea she could afford! Many people fall, the ones that get up are called success. When there is life, there is hope, |
This is the height of ignorance if these people actually had secondary or college education. This denial and counter denial about marks, scarification, tattoo and incisions by tribal and ethnic Africans also done throughout the world have been used by some Nigerians to debase one another. Those who claimed that Africans cannot read or write because they cannot read or write what African writers decorated caves, calabash, human bodies and sculpture with are getting encouragement from African children making fun of one another. Many of you guys are so sick of yourselves, it is not difficult to understand why you readily sold yourselves into slavery or open your mouth to suck shiit for printed papers. Then beat your chest blue and black. People whose complex are so deep, they run away from themselves, their villages and point to their homes with African cultural left hand. |
Morality has lost its compass in Nigeria. It reminds me of the time people used to go home and report to the mother that their son has gone astray. You know we lost it when some mothers started asking: Na your money e steal? People are defending obscenities! |
Please after picking the worst Abomination in Nigeria, also suggest the best way to get rid of it. Remember the saying that if your dearest right hand or any part of your body is infected with Cancer, cut it off. |
In an effort to disguise the whereabout of Sunday Igboho, many doubles have been discharged to different parts of Europe and America. The guy under surveillance in Benin Republic is one of the doubles. Those celebrating his capture go dance and drink kunu taya. Source |
Let us keep blaming others, until kingdom come we will be in the same situation. Since 1966? No! Nigeria has been ruled since 1959 by Alliance. Find out the members of those alliances. Gbam! Problem solved. |
Many of us agree with you. Suffering is hard to take. The spirit might be willing but our body is dented. This is why we run from one place to another. Even if you are comfortable abroad but you are picked up by lawful constituted Authorities and treated as if you are in the hands of bandits or terrorists, you will be glad you have a country like Nigeria to seek solace. Anyone, even the privileged ones, run out of Nigeria only to return when you are treated like subhuman outside. At least you can protest and fight at home. Abroad, who born dog? ojonugway: |
Greatomotoy:My buroda, you wicked no be small. You remember how the whole world was begging him to run for President. Whole Soyinka got mad because he would only run for Governor. Anyway, we would have done better with more activists running instead of a bunch of thugs. Another big disappointment was Bankole as the cry for Youth leaders got louder. He turned out as Bank-Ole. |
Hunger get ime own levels. Leaders in Ghana have done better on poverty levels in Ghana to where tiny pieces of nylon bags of rice, oil and gari have become an insult. It shows they are not as desperate as Nigerians. We have a country of few riches in the midst of massive abject poverty. This is why we celebrate any source of money. |
Wait O. This can't be true. If it is, some people blokes go burst. Sorry, I mean prostate. |
A beg park make Ai pass jor! |
I hope this good doctor is elected. It will send a message to all Nigerians that Activists deserve to be elected for offices if you want to change your state of hopelessness from the ground up. Charity and civilized climes begin from home. |
