Thanks for the correction. It also make you wonder how ingrained Fulani domination of Hausa remains. Not only in Danjuma but with Buhari with Hausa mother. Does it mean that a Yoruba or Igbo wife of Fulani can pursue Usman Dan Fodio mission? Watch out for El Rufai. 1 Like |
Politics / Some Hate To Believe Idiagbon Was The Brain Of Buhari Success by laiperi: 2:55pm On Jan 17, 2023 |
How many years later do we now realize that the reputation that took Buhari to Presidency was not his but that of Idiagbon. Buhari fooled not only most Nigerians but Idiagbon too who thought he was a patriot. Buhari a halfbred, actually had nothing solid but remained a religious fundamentalist carrying out the dream of Dan Fodio against Hausa and the rest of Nigeria He got the opportunity after the first coup help by Gen. Danjuma, who is not even Fulani or Hausa. But exploited and established the distrust of our natural ally. |

Look, I am not going word to word or one to one with uninformed arrogant brats. As a doctor, you should have known what I mean by jack of all trade. But then, maybe some Nigerian medical schools specialized early as a first degree. But for those who understand what I mean, they would take it as a compliment. |
Health / Re: Brain Drain: FG Moves To Hire Nigerian Doctors Abroad by laiperi: 6:03pm On Jan 11, 2023 |
Please stop. Medical education is heavily subsidized in Nigeria and you know it. Engineering students face more ardous challenges and they are more intelligent. Now physicians face their own challenges as the jack of all trade willing to be more sensitive with empthy. It is hard to be all that. So, many branch into academics and become scientists and professors. What some young doctors think is that you can become rich on government jobs anywhere including Britain and USA. The fact is doctors can become rich anywhere as long as you can work long hours. It is part of their training. So much so that regulations are in place to cut the hours they are used for slave labor in training. But if they want to make money, even in Nigeria, they must work long hours in private practice after government job. Most Nigerian doctors do not know how long their colleagues work abroad. You want to get rich? You work until you drop. But wait, is that not true of every skill? Owing salaries and allowances! Doctors have to feed their families like everyone else. Emmaxy9: 1 Like |

BTW, the Teaching Hospitals in Ibadan, Ife, Nssuka, Zaria and Abuja already have five star specialist hotels/Hospitals at the top floor of their Hospitals to treat any disease. If they do not have the specialist in any area, they have the facilities to fly them in. Much cheaper than than the medical tourism of looters treating headaches abroad. Send the money to Teaching Hospitals, they know what to do. Which Nigerians trust politicians with foreign allocations? |

You claim Splitmind wrote nonsense. So what you wrote is not nonsense? If the politicians can destroy the country, you also have the right to do the same, abi. Most of these spoiled medical graduates on welfare throughout their lives, without loans or obligations forget that many of their professors left well paying jobs abroad to come home and teach them. The same medical students are the children of well connected doctors and politicians. Ask them about local medical infections, they are deaf and dumb Except those that are children of Babalawo. Until Nigeria learn how to train Community Heatlth Officers in abundance like India, China, Russia etc, these uninformed brats that pass foreign medical exams before local exams will continue to japa like the unfortunate neglected Youths. Africans were not religious? No wonder they sold you into sugarcane plantations and named them Saints this and that, called your countries Ivory and gold coast. Evil people tell you to worship them and call them God for your salvation! Go and find out about Papal Edict that approved you as slaves for Portuguese sailors. Even before that Arabs sold and castrate your men while they killed the children of your women they raped. Worse than the Europeans in Americas that sold the children of your women they raped. Hausa men would dagger you for being " infidel". Most of you are still mentally enslaved. It shows in your names and the names you give your children Tommydare: |

Igbo women have always exceed and at the forefront in tradition and Liberation Struggles. Yes, more fronts need to be broken. But never translate African women achievers into American lexicon. When it comes to women, Canada at the border of United States achieved more. |

I can believe so many of you are so hard on Harry and even called him a simp. Do you know what it is to lose a mother or father so tragically and keep stiff lips like a royal? I am surprised one of them did not end up in a psychiatric hospital. Even the Queen was forced to bow to his mother Diana's corpse by Public opinions. When you find comfort in the bosom of a woman in grief, it does not matter who she is, even a nanny or house girl. Some of you think suicide could have been better. In this case, he married a BLACK divorced older woman that demonstrated the love he never got from anyone. The British Press were ready to kill Megan for being BLACK the way they killed Diana. Is Harry the first British Royal to abdicate the Throne and marry a divorced American woman? It is a shame that a young man like William thinks like the traditional family and most whites whose real gross is BLACK. Nijjers here are on the same page with them O! 2 Likes |

Be careful of what you wish for. The idea that if he is named Biafran, Nigerians will be exonerated is myopic. Abdul Mutala Farouk is a Nigerian that broke a new African record as underwear bomber. It has gotten worse. Mind you the guy is from a wealthy home sent abroad where he got radicalized. He comes from Talikawa area of Nigeria where he could have been useful during their high class weddings as a terrorist. Some years ago before Nigeria degenerated, we were known by FBI as (nonviolent) white crime criminals championed by Yoruba. Until Nigerians that make up majority of Africans rise up and claim or use our God given talents to develop our God given resources, NO AFRICAN OR Black Man will be respected anywhere. Japa or not. For now, we may need to go back to our tents where it will be easier to administer our local culture to arrest bastardization of Africans. |

Culture / A Lady Secretly Pass Money To Husband During Marriage Ceremony by laiperi: 8:15pm On Dec 27, 2022 |
Dowry has been abused no doubt. Funny enough by most ethic groups. Dowry is not money. It is the pride of a lady to her nucluer and extended families. Ladies insist on it to show they have a responsible worthy suitor. As the demand of this lady increased, she had to pass money to her man to satisfy the demand of her families. You can imagine that she expected it while planning for her marriage. You know what? They are not Igbo o! |

Most of you are just joking around. You know the good doctor is right. Reminds me of a guy who went to his doctor for a note to his wife after a heart attack. Romance / Re: Marry Me! I Will Bring Half Of The Cost Of The Wedding, She Just Told Me by laiperi: 5:46pm On Dec 25, 2022 |
Young men have been frustrated by calling them brokeass. Now when a girl promises to foot half or all of the bill, they sense danger of a rich family trying to buy them. Guys, what do you want? Unfortunately, that girl will get a glad loser that will treat her badly. How much is half anyway? You can get a girl you love for less than half. High dowry in itself is not culture specific, some families just greedily abuse it. Even where we think dowry is high, girls have married who they love. Some even pay dowry later. We mistakenly think it is Igbo that demand high dowry, not in these days. Remember, dowry in those days was not what money could buy. But how much you love the girl and her family with what you can offer. Everything has been bastardized. 1 Like |
