A pleasure to have you, I'm an Agronomist based in Southwestern Nigeria. In over 5 years of dealing with crop farmers across the various regions of Nigeria and West Africa, I have observed the glaring gap in information and knowledge sharing among researchers and farmers within Africa. When farmers know the right herbicides, insecticides, good agronomic practices etc to implement, they begin to love agriculture. Researchers and input providers as well get to see agriculture as a more lucrative industry to invest in.

This thread has been designed to provide timely information on agricultural knowledge, good agronomic practices, news and other information needed for practising farmers as well as those who intend going into the field. Not only farmers are invited, Agric practitioners are also welcome however this thread will be limited to Crop farming only. We hope to diversify as it grows.

Its annoying and barbaric. Check their customer care centre and its always filled with customers bringing in their faulty gadgets. Same thing goes for other brands the current and annoying of them is Kelloggs Cornflakes. The imported packs were in town till about 2 months ago but have recently been replaced by flakes in polythene bags that taste like crap.
