Good day everyone I run from the study thread to this place because I can't afford the money for student visa. I want to apply for visit/ tourist visa. Now this is my question and my profile

Am working in a logistic company as an inventory manager.

I also own a real estate consultant firm I registered in 2019 still active on cac site

I have my tax clearance certificate

I have a property which I collect rent from yearly.

I will be booking and hotel and a tour in Niagara fall.

I runs a personal and company account.

My question is will 11.5 million be enough as pof for family of 3 or I should apply alone and if I should apply alone how will I tailor my tour explanation that I want to go for tour living my family behind considering is tour and will be ideal going with family.

The bank statement opening balance is 4million and closing balance is 11 million while my company account is 500k closing balance

And Is mbs accepted for visit visa. Instead of the traditional bank statement.

What's the purpose of the Canadian visitor visa since you already set to travel to the UK on 27th of next month?

Abort mission, you can't get approval with your passport stamped before 27th.

Better still, you can apply from inside the UK.

2. My old passport was collected when I renewed my passport at Ikoyi, how can I prove previous visa stamp since I don’t have the old passport again.
Lastly I created an account using gckey (old portal) but I now want to use the new portal for my application, how will I go about this?

Any person here who has travelled of recent time or have an idea of how difficult or easy passing through the port of entry with BUSINESS VISA ( conference) for tourist or sightseeing.

I invited my sister to Canada May 2022. Before that, I invited my mom sometime in February and it was approved in April. My sister is single, young and has a very stable job. Around May this year, as the application clocked a year, I decided to email the MP of my district to intervene. He helped me find out the status of the application but says he can’t do much, that everything looks good and all we needed to do was to wait. I later advised my sister to go renew her passport to 10years cos she only had 2 years left. She did and soon after she got the passport back from immigration her PPR landed in June so she submitted ADR to update passport info. She submitted the new passport and was granted 9years VV

If you have a family member or friend in Canada, you can ask him or her to invite you, but if not, you can plan a vacation trip with your wife and kids.

You will need documents to support your application. The IRCC's new portal focuses on the following documents:

National identity number: Attach a copy of your NIN, if you have one.

Passport and travel documents: include a copy of your travel passport.

Proof of funds: include your 6-month bank statement that shows you have funds to cover the trip expenses. Add any other financial documents you have.

Employer letter: include a letter from your employer, your business documents, and your payslips.

Additional documents: Here you can include all other documents that you know will help your application especially documents that show Home ties. Documents like a marriage certificate, kids birth certificates, kids school records, family photos, visa cover letter, trip itinerary, proof of accommodation, previous visas if you have any, and any other documents you want to add.

You will need a lot of money and planning, you also habe options of Refugee/shelter homes,should u declare asylum, then if not,you wiill need a lot of money,remember winter is also fast approaching

please was it the new portal you used in applying? Where did you upload all these documents? Because when I was applying for my Dad there wasn't even a placeholder for invitation letter, the only placeholder I got was Passport, proof of funds and use of representative form. I am wondering if I should raise a webform and attach more documents? It's more than 2 weeks I applied for him and there has been no movement on his file since BIL. Also does your mum have travel history? Because I noticed that those with travel history seem to get PPR fast.

Thanks to all who have helped to answer my previous questions. I am just figuring out this application myself as I don’t have money to pay agents, hence my many questions. I have submitted and got my letter for biometrics. I tried to book online on VFS global website yesterday for Lagos but I didnt see any availability dates, is this normal? Has anyone successfully booked biometrics by calling the phone number on their website or using the webform? Please someone should guide me on how to book as I need to get this done asap. Any links or numbers to call to book biometrics will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Someone recommended you instead of using an agent. Please help 🙏

1) Can someone with an existing study visa application with no decision yet made by IRCC also submit an application for visit visa?
2) If yes to 1 above, what docs are necessarily for submission of visit visa?
3) In continuation to 1 and 2, should one include in the purposes of visit that one already has a study visa application that has been submitted?
4) Do you suggest a conference purpose to apply for visit or just go as a tourist and book a hotel?

I quess is ok to submit another application for VV,but if i were in your shoes,i would rather hold on,study permits dont usually take that long,max is 3 month,it is good to have patience, if you go ahead to submit another applicant it will queue up under your CUI ,this can spells another mesaage to them that you are desperate. I also.beleive this is what is affecting my wife VV applications having been denied twice for a study permits, she applied twice,then the same month VV again
