Quick question house;

On a previously refused application,

Employment documents were; offer, confirmation, promotion & reference letter from “company name ABC” , MEANWHILE “company name ABC” is owned by applicant but applicant never indicated in the previous application.

How do we change or indicate ownership as the CEO in a new application as opposed to the business executive position previously claimed without contradicting information?

CAC registration documents are in the applicants name

I would suggest he utilize the Canadian visa first and fulfil the visa conditions by not overstaying but return back to his home country. He can then apply for the US visa by filling the Canadian travel history in his DS160. That may strengthen his profile. However, if he chooses to proceed to apply for US visa now, he has to bear in mind that his success at the US consulate would depend on how well he is able to respond to the officers interview questions. He has not yet utilized the Canadian visa so no travel history on record yet. He should not relax just because he has a Canadian visa. Let him prepare very well for the interview. The interview questions would most likely come from what he filled in his DS160.

This is how we mislead each other. Some people are here in Nigeria giving false information.

Guys will be scared if you see the rate they are denying applicants, but most people in the camp have a backup plan.

More reason they advise people in the camp to save their money so they can seek alternative options in case of anything.

Biometrics was done on August 15th

Refusal response today December 11th

Virgin passports

Husband and Wife applied and Husband was the primary applicant.

Wife bank statement of six months 14m naira closing balance and total logdement of 24m naira was used with no lump sum.

Number of days proposed to spent in Canada - 15days

Husband is a senior banker.
Wife has duly registered tailoring firm which the account was used.

Please, where can issues be from...

My mum was given a 5 year ban for allegedly "submitting a fraudulent UK visa" as stated in the Procedural fairness letter. Her UK Visa is not fake, she has been to the UK multiple times with it, She has just a week ago received another 2 Year UK visa and has already travelled to the UK again. Yet IRCC is saying the visa is fake.


If she contest this,shw will win easily and her visa will be issued to her

Withdraw the application and re apply with the right documents.

Inadmissibity due to misrepresentation would carry a 5-year ban and permanently documented in GCMS against you in the future.

i had a biometrics issue. I Paid for biometricsalongside visa fees when I submitted my application as my previous biometrics expires in May, they sent passport request first(which meant if I submit passport, my visa validity would be May) so I started contacting them everywhere to send biometrics request letter. They eventually sent it after 5 days, then the struggle to get biometrics date, had to eventually pay for vip (37,200) and on biometrics date, I wanted to submit passport but they refused .

Do u any idea how long it takes for them to acknowledge a sent package? It was received by them on Wednesday, how long does it stay with them before it’s sent to embassy?

Pls who else is in this situation. I sent our package via courier to vfs lagos. Its been over 48 hours since it was delivered (tracked it via fedex tracking) but no email acknowledged from either vfs or the embassy. Our 30 days window to submit our passports expire on monday. Package was delivered wednesday morning
I have been calling them all day. Nobody is picking. Tried to chat them and was told to send my details to them via email which i have done since morning, still no response.

Anyone else in same boat

After appeal for reconsideration on the claim that information request for declaration of US refusal was not provided whereas it was provided and there was an acknowledgement of mail from IRCC to that effect (though no any form was attached to the request for the applicant to fill,the applicant uses her discretion to write something and send it back to them,and was dully received) the applicant received infor that considering her appeal she should give them 5 working days for response but incase no response from them.within this period she should accept that her appeal has been refused,please whats the implications of this? Deos the applicant still have a chance after the appeal? ,has anyone find his or herself in this type of situation b4?...a friend of mine is in a dilema,please help.thanks

Those who have gotten their visa can you share how long you waited before you get the visa. This 3 months of a thing is annoying. I have about 12m for single application visit visa application. I’m yet to know my chances of getting this visa.
