Alleged Killers of PDP women leader, in Ochadamu paraded by the police in Lokoja.

The Kogi State Police Command has paraded Ocholi Edicha and five others for allegedly burning to death the PDP woman leader a day after the State Governorship Election.

Addressing Newsmen in his office, the Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Busari said the suspects would be arraigned in court very soon.

Ocholi Edicha, during interrogation confessed that he led the gang that burnt, Mrs Salome Abuh - the Police commissioner said.

He said the suspects further confessed that they were responsible for the series of armed robbery incidences in Ochadamu and its environment.

The Commissioner of Police condemned the killing of Mrs Salome, called for calm and assured that the perpetrators would not go unpunished, adding that efforts were being made to arrest other fleeing members of the gang.

Speaking on behalf of the gang, Ocholi Edicha confessed to slapping Mrs Salome Abuh on the day of the election, but denied the burning down of the house.

According to Ocholi Edicha, the burning down of the House of late Mrs Salome was carried out by members of the APC. He went further to explain that the members of the PDP earlier, were involved in a face-off with some members of the ruling party which led to the burning down of the house.

Juventus suffered their first Serie A defeat this season after losing 3-1 to Lazio last night, which left them two points behind rivals Inter.

Ronaldo scored the opener but the goal was not enough to secure the victory.
And in the game before, when Juventus only got a 2-2 draw with Sassuolo, Ronaldo merely had any contribution aside from a penalty goal, as well as blocked an effort from Paulo Dybala.

One week before, Ronaldo picked up his MVP trophy at the Serie A awards.

A hat trick against Atletico Madrid to overturn a first-leg deficit of two goals was particularly outrageous, but in general Ronaldo's performances in the second half of the season were far removed from the dizzying 450 goals in 438 games that he registered at Real Madrid.

It was this eight years of dominance at Santiago Bernabeu that convinced Juventus to splash around €100m on the then 33-year-old. The Old Lady even gave him a four-year-deal, and why wouldn't they?

Despite his advancing years, Ronaldo had shown no signs of slowing down. He looked fitter and faster than most players in the world and scored 44 goals in as many games during his final season with Los Blancos.

Flash forward a year-and-a-half and the Serie A questions must surely be questioning their decision - even if it is only slightly.

The €31m-a-year salary that Ronaldo allegedly receives is a staggering three times more than any other player in the league and simply put, CR7 is not currently justifying his astronomical wage.

The forward has managed 10 fewer goals than top scorer Ciro Immobile this season, while four others scored more including Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez.

Ronaldo is similarly lacking in assists, sitting well outside the top ten, which begs the question: what is he offering to the Old Lady this campaign?

One thing that he has and always will offer is commercial value.

A Financial Times report recently revealed the full extent of Ronaldo's financial power by finding that the club's product and licensing revenue increased by €16m after he joined.

Juventus signed 520,000 shirts in the 24 hours that followed the announcement of his arrival, while his social media influence has also seen the club's Instagram following skyrocket from 10m to 34.4m.

Ronaldo's signing was always therefore going to be more about just his performances on the field, but taking his footballing displays in isolation this season - something does seem wrong.

Perhaps he does not get on with Maurizio Sarri, who attracted the ire of the forward after having the audacity to substitute him when he wasn't play very well in a series of football matches last month.

Perhaps age is finally catching up with the once untouchable freak of nature.

Or perhaps he just does not fit the system and his side needs to redeploy out-and-out wingers to get the best out of one of the best finishers the world's ever seen.

Whatever is wrong, Juventus will want it sorted out as soon as possible. 34.4m Instagram followers and a bunch of shirt sales will be little consolation if Antonio Conte's Inter can end their stranglehold on the Serie A title this season

The major purpose of having a boyfriend, girlfriend, sugar mummy, sugardaddy, big god, etc. is for sexual gratification, most time in exchange for pecuniary, material, or promotional reward.

Below is why having a boyfriend, girl or the likes, is a sickness: Ever since Satan hijacked the authority over this our World from Adam our father through deception, he has ensured that he used those that have bowed to him to reconfigure the World in such a way that a child is programmed through all the media to be selfish and self-destructive. Scientists have not told us everything that we need to know as humans, most probably because they don't know everything too. And Medicine don't have the solution to all human problems!

If you are too shallow minded to think deeply and see beyond the facade, you may not be able to grasp this revelation. 1 John 5:19 "... the whole World is in the hands of the Wicked(satan)." Medicine don't have the solution to all human problems! As against having boyfriend or girlfriend, whenever the heart is able to break out of this egoistic bondage of emotionally preying on the opposite sex, we as humans immediately have our minds reset to settle down with a life partner. That is when you hear persons start talking of fiancée or fiance. They stop shopping for souls to emotionally suck up like orange and dump like bad habit. Depending on how soon we decide to accept the Truth, the age at which we accept the help of Holy Spirit our CREATOR to de-program our minds from this satanic mindset varies. In fact, right from the day you break this bondage of lust, you stop searching for a boyfriend or girlfriend and you don't enter into a relationship unless you genuinely consider the person to be your future husband or wife; this is called courtship, never the same as dating. The bitter truth is that dating is satanic, while courtship is godly.

Have you heard the saying that "the heart wants what it wants"? It is interesting that somewhere in the innermost part of our hearts, we humans always know the Truth but sometimes submit to self-deception and allow Satan to lure us into becoming his tool for the destruction of fellow humans. We deceive ourselves by saying we engage in having boyfriend/girlfriend because we are looking for future partner, when our real hidden motive is just to sample and move to the next one. The Truth us that, whether at 16 or 40 years, whenever we've made up our minds to settle down, we don't view people as sex objects anymore, we don't even date anymore. Rather we start courting when we meet someone we wish to marry.

It doesn't take living too long on Earth to know and face the Truth of the need to decide not to emotionally prey on other souls to satisfy our egoistic selfish self-esteem. I'm always amazed and elated when I read news of Virgin teenagers that tie the knots in holy matrimony, here on NL. My mind goes straight to many Souls that would have been individually destroyed by the 2, if they chose not to marry and satisfy their sexual urge in Marriage as commitment to the only One they love forever. They have saved themselves from becoming tools in the hand of Satan to destroy other persons' future marriages ( if .you are having sex with anyone that is not your wife or husband, you are already destroying that person's future Marrige.)

Many shallow minds blame and castigate young Virgins that choose to marry early, but the truth is that the young Souls that refused to destroy other Souls in the name of girlfrinding/boyfrinding, tasting and sampling for years before finally settling down, are wiser than most of us. Their Souls are at peace with their CREATOR and with fellow humans. Let's stop giving Satan and his agents undue access into our lives and Glorious Destinies by allowing this sickness to enslave us. Human rights lawyer, Mr Femi Falana (SAN), who leads Mr Omoyele Sowore’s defence team, has asked the Nigerian Bar Association to take disciplinary actions against lawyers in President Muhammadu Buhari’s cabinet over what he described as desecration of the court with Sowore’s rearrest at the Federal High Court in Abuja, causing a disruption of court proceedings.

He said his legal team would meet on Saturday to determine the next line of action.

He said there were 10 lawyers with four of them Senior Advocates of Nigeria, who ought to live up to their oath to defend the Constitution and other laws of the country, by ensuring that the rule of law was observed by the government.

The SANs in the cabinet are Vice President Yemi Osinbajon (SAN), Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami; Minister of State for Labour, Mr Festus Keyamo; and Minister of Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola.

He said, “Even though President Muhammadu Buhari has a duty to caution the Department of State Services, the blame of the desecration of the court today (Friday) rests squarely on lawyers in government, who are under a duty to ensure that the rule of law is observed.

“Nobody is above the law. You either abolish the courts or allow them to function effectively.

“This is a situation where the DSS operatives invaded the court and forced the judge to adjourn proceedings; they chased the judge out of her court, disrupted the proceedings and forced the judge to adjourn all cases.

“These are manifestations of fascism, which cannot be accepted in any civilised society. This has never happened in Nigeria where you take over a court forcefully in order to arrest an unarmed citizen.

“You remember that it was the illegal invasion of the National Assembly by masked DSS men that led to the dismissal of the former DG, DSS, by this government.

“So for the same barbaric conduct to occur again is unacceptable. This is a regime that parades 10 senior lawyers, including four Senior Advocates of Nigeria.”

Asked if he had been informed of any reason why his client was rearrested or whether he was going to be freshly, he said “no”
