EventsRe: Is This Okay For A Moderate Wedding? by LaParisienne(f): 12:04pm On Oct 11, 2012
Santi222: Well, its actually a once in a life time event but being financially okay does'nt mean you'll cut off your head for people!! Are weddings of 10 million naira budget any better than those of 200K? Does the success of one's marriage depend on the cost of the wedding? Times are changing, and people with it. You have to realise this.
Go ahead and be cheap if you want to, but stop putting down others who can afford to have a classy wedding. Really, comparing a 10 million naira wedding to a 200,000 naira wedding? You must be from Mars.

1ndidi2: What do you think?
There's a fine line between being frugal and being cheap. I think you are cheap. But that's just me.

RomanceRe: Help!!! Could This Be Love? by LaParisienne(f): 12:32pm On Oct 05, 2012
Czar-Chris:
I trully need an advice here.
I normally like dating mature ladies, because of the way they reason and less drama. Now I travelled home sometime ago to see my mom and sis. I met this pretty, dark skinned, 6ftplus young lady at church. We just clicked off immediately. When i asked what she does, i found out that she just left secondary sec. Last year and is hoping to gain admission this year, she's from a very good family, and from the way she sounds, as an retired player, i bet she hasn't had a bf before. Am like 9yrs her elder(she's 19), but since i met that girl i just hear wedding bells ringing anytime i think of her or talk to her on the phone. I can marry her and train her to any level of education she wants, but there is this nagging feeling i've got that she might start acting up in her early twenties. Problem is i've never felt like this for a female before. Please constructive advice needed
I think you answered your own question.

It could be love. It could be lust. Heck, it could even be madness. The choice is all yours

RomanceRe: It‘s A Man‘s World! by LaParisienne(f): 8:16pm On Sep 22, 2012
omotola1: So many cases of abuse, maltreatment, infidelity, promiscuity etcetera in relationships/marriages.
Not to mention gender discrimination.
Women are always at the receiving end.
I pity them sometimes.
It‘s really a man‘s world!
First off, none of these things you mentioned are applicable to me. So quit generalizing.

I believe in myself, I stand up for my right and I don't tolerate condescending treatment from anybody- man or woman.

I have a much better life than a lot of men I know, no kidding.

For me, it's not a man's world. It is my world!!!

They keep saying not all muslims are evil. So my question is, where are the good muslims? Why are they not condenming these barbaric acts? Why can't they educate those violent animals?

Oh I get it, they are all the same. Fighting for their incompetent pedophiile god.

Religion of peace my arse. The world will be a better place without these brainless pigs

Fvck islam!!!!!!!!!!!!

Floxyluv: Like totally!!
I can't trust anyone, irrespective of the gender, and i dont except anyone to trust me!
I trust only God.
I trust in my God, with all my heart, body and soul. This is an entirely different level of trust!

That said, I trust human beings too. The world will be such a bitter place for me if I live in paranoia and trust no one.

Let me ask, how would you get married if you can't trust your husband?
RomanceRe: Should We Ladies Trust Men? by LaParisienne(f): 3:19pm On Sep 06, 2012
MRbrownJAY: ^^^^ what if her soulmate happens to be a bad boy?!
That's why I said she should make up her mind about what she wants in life. I believe if she wants a truly kind and trustworthy gentleman, bad boys wont fit, and can easily be weeded out.

But if she wants to have fun, live on the fast lane and is willing to compromise her happiness and peace of mind, then bad boys can come in handy.

At the end of the day, it's a personal decision.

And if a woman wants to choose a bad boy as her soulmate, c'est la vie cheesy cheesy cheesy
RomanceRe: Should We Ladies Trust Men? by LaParisienne(f): 3:07pm On Sep 06, 2012
Teeshy: Pardon me! Trusting men is so difficult for me! They tend to play smart on we ladies n they think they can get away with it! Ladies in d house,do u think there are still men out there that can be truly trusted?
Yes. There are good men out who are worthy of trust. But they are very very few, and this makes life difficult for a lot of good women.

Make up your mind about what you really want in life and shine your eyes wella. Don't ever fall for the tricks of a bad boy, thinking he'll change in the future. When you meet your soulmate, trusting him will be so easy.
