ChiefVal: Please can you change your ECA after creating a profile? Case in point: you had an ECA from IQAS (BSC only) which was used to create the profile but now you have a new ECA from WES that says 2 or more degrees. Can you update your profile by removing the first ECA to sub for the new one? Yes you can. |

Exmay02: And why would u think they might not consider NOUN?
Do u know that education is now going digital and online schooling is now making waves? Is NOUN fully digital? It's not about what's going on in the world but what conforms with their stated norms; the same way they couldn't evaluate a law degree as professional degree, feel me? |

cocococo: Hello guys. A friend wants to start the EE process. She has a first degree with Uniben, and a post-graduate diploma (PgD) with National Open University (NOUN). I know the highest degree is what is most important. The question is this: if she uses WES to evaluate only the PgD she obtained from NOUN, will the WES report read equivalent of Two or more Certificates? Or must she evaluate both first degree and the PgD in order for WES report to read equivalent of Two or more Certificates? I don’t know if WES recognizes results from NOUN but if they do then yes, it’d count as two or more degrees if the person evaluates both. |

COPR: Write to WES (via Contact us, Twitter, Facebook, and also call them on phone...bombard them from every angle), tell them that, that company they partnered with is inefficient, ineffective and very useless. As a result, your University isn't using them. Point them to read bad reviews online regarding that stupid company. If you're lucky, they may change their mind and evaluate your documents already in their office.
However, if that doesn't work, you can PM me for a contact in the Registrar's office that can help email it to WES. Apparently, they do not want schools to mail it directly to them. Rather, they want schools to mail it to ETX-NG electronically then the godforsaken company would now transmit it to WES. There's no leaving ETX-NG out if you are using the electronic option. Such shambles. |

BlessedDimma: Goodday everyone. I applied for transcript with Ebonyi state University January of this year, before the lockdown. I have already paid WES evaluation fee, sent my supporting documents to WES which is already acknowledged. I have been waiting for my school to send my transcript before the lockdown. I just got a mail today from WES that the transcript is not accepted. I don't know what the issue is, can someone help me look at the attached document from WES. I am so frustrated to say the least... WES just want to help this useless buffoons make money. Why is it so hard for them to read reviews of this useless ETX-NG before condemning people to them? This is definitely going to affect a lot of people. |

I have a GT bank acct and I cant make payments because its above the limit That's fine, you can use another person's account but try to get an AccessBank or Zenith Bank card if you can (their limit is $3000 per month). It saves you from having to go back to the person should there be a payment related issue. |

Elvis390: Good evening house. I’m a silent reader and I’ve gained a lot. Thanks to the guru’s in the house.
Please I’m post ITA and I’ve completed my documents and ready for submission but I’ve been struggling with paying application fees. It keeps saying decline. I’ve tried using my GTBANK master card. I need answers ASAP as I have few days to go. Thanks You can’t use GTB because they imposed a $500 spend limit on their MasterCard last month. Your best bet, if you don’t have a dollar card, is AccessBank. Walk into any branch to request for a VISA card. Their limit is $3000 per month so you should be alright. Rate is good as well I think. |

MamaHeaven: Hello All, Happ Sunday. Please can someone share with me a legit Unilag contact for transcript verification. It's been really tough getting them to reply Wes. Thanks They don’t respond via email; they do so via post. Best to request WES to send to them using DHL (you will have to pay $85 for shipping) and also ask Unilag to return via DHL. It’s the best way to get them to respond quickly if you’ve got the cash. |

niceeric: Good afternoon folks, please did anyone here evaluate both their bsc and masters degree? I did that cos I may be needing the first degree for certification in the engineering field over there. My question is that do I need to fill both degrees in education or fill in the masters and throw the first degree in personal history. I already filled my profile with both but I am thinking of removing first degree now till post ITA...just want to keep my profile as simple as possible Doesn't change anything. |

hazzaman: Anyone with the ETX updates should please furnish the house with details.... reviews I’ve been seeing online are scary... Scary is an understatement. Now that WES has condemned alot of people to them, their services would only get worse - going by the number of requests they'd get. I hope they start receiving directly from schools again soon else, a lot of people would experience serious delays in their evaluation process. |

Ebugatti: Hello guys
I had received my ITA and submitted my application. After approximately five months, I was asked to bring my passport to VFS shortly before the lockdown because my visa was ready.
I reckon that they sent it to Ghana seeing that there’s a Canadian embassy then however I’ve not heard anything since then and have been unable to reach them.
Is any other person in the same shoe as I am and is there anything we can do for now or only option is to wait You are not alone. Their website states that all their offices are currently closed due to this pandemic. I reckon they will release passports as soon as they resume operations. One last lap to get there, hang in there... |
