Hi everyone,

I have a question about the medical report.
I found out on their website that it costs 35k at Qlife
I couldnt access IOM's website so please can anyone tell me how much they charge for a medical report?
Thank you.
IOM is 46k+, approximately 47k.

This is wrong information. Canada accepts anybody as long as you meet their criteria for immigration.
Read the part where I said ''I think''.

Hello house, please help me with this question.

I have a friend who is a lecturer in a federal university. He has a master's degree in Chinese language and lectures Chinese language.

Please do you think he qualifies for the NOC 4011 which is for lecturers. This is because the details of this NOC seem to specify some subject of lecturing. The only language lecturer specified is French lecturer.

Please experienced people in the house please help me understand NOC 4011 as it concerns a Chinese language lecturer.

Thanks house.
That particular NOC is suitable for those in the sciences. I don't think Canada would accept a Chinese lecturer because their official language is French and English.

You can try Access Bank card. Though, the Access Bank dollar rate is high.
Access Bank restricted theirs as well. Only option now is to get a dollar card.

Hi everyone.
Please a friend needs clarification regarding proof of funds. She will be gifted the money but she wants the money to be transferred to a mutual fund account she recently opened (2 weeks ago) instead of her current bank account she has been using for several years. I think its for safety reasons.
She is concerned she wont have 6 months bank statement for the mutual fund account since the account is barely a month old.
Is this a problem?
Please advise
She doesn't need to show statement for 6months in her case, only the statement of account showing in the inflow and a gift deed will do.

Bug calculated September as December? cheesy

Good evening guys. The system updated my profile to 3 years work experience on the 1st of september but in reality it should be by beginning of Dec. As a result, I got an ITA few days ago. Is it okay if I should go ahead and submit my application?
How did your system update 3years in September if you didn't input your start date as September? undecided

But 471 is very fair unless you are losing points for age soon.

If you decide to still Go ahead, wishing you the best.
471 is a longshot in present clime. While he keeps the score, there's no harm in trying to max out IELTS. He stands a better chance with 474.

The range of 471-1200=6105

6105 - 4200 ITAs = 1905

1905 people left in the range of 471-474.

Another general draw in 2 weeks will be a blessing for people in 470- 474.

Let’s hope they keep doing general draw.
I wouldn't expect a general draw until last week in September.

Does it look like there will be a draw tonight? This month has 5 Wednesdays and they might not want to conduct 2 all program draws. Then again, one cannot predict what will happen.
it just happened. 475

Thanks a lot for this but my wife and I wrote in Feb and March this year and both TRF numbers start with 19 as opposed to 20. huh
I just checked them now and I am confused sef.

Is there anybody who this this sequence has worked for?
This is why I'd advise that you wait till you get the TRF. Extra wait won't hurt you but putting a wrong TRF certainly would. Just chill, if you miss today's draw, you won't miss the one that will happen by month end.

Download the (EOR) Enquiries on Results form on their website, fill it and scan it. Pay 15k to their bank account. You can call or mail them to get what account to pay into.
Scan the receipt of the payment, scan your filled form and send it to email. exams.nigeria@ng.britishcouncil.org
Thank you!

Do you have links to where I can download the forms? Can't seem to find it on their website.

Modified: Found it, thanks!

google it and stop arguing with the irpa and irpr or whatever.
It stated that you can't sponsor your spouse if you were sponsored by another spouse or if you have sponsored a spouse before.

That paves way for newly married persons. So I'm not wrong.

Wrong!
So, where's the plausibility in leaving my husband behind simply because I was sponsored by someone else, despite the fact that I can prove my marriage? That's an inadmissibilty ground that a good immigration lawyer would trash out in no time.

Thanks bro. She was sponsored herself, so she is under ban, she can only sponsor someone else after 5 years.
Not if you guys are married couple. She can sponsor you if you get married.

In the spirit of celebrating every milestone, I passed my BCS!!!!! First and last attempt. I've been on a high since I checked, I'm so thankful to God cz eh no be by my power especially for someone with zero IT background.
I passed my IELTS as well. Got L 9, and the rest 7.5. To God be the glory.

Wes coincidentally sent me a mail today estimating my report to be out on September 25th but now I want to add a second credential, I'm guessing the date would be moved? Or will I be getting two reports?
Indeed, every milestone in this journey is worthy of celebrations. A hearty congratulations to you smiley

Yes, they will extend your completion date but it shouldn't be too far apart considering the fact that communications between WES and BCS are usually seamless.

It will end in praise!

Thanks for your response.

I saw on British council site that there’s a chance the score might reduce? Does this apply for MOD IeLtS also? Has anyone been (Or heard of someone ) whose score was reduced after applying for remark?
Your score can not reduce, it will either increase or remain as is.

Hello Seniors/house,

I finally wrote IELTS for the 2nd time and had L: 8 R: 8 W: 8.5 S: 7.5. I have only my first degree, 4-year experience in reputable multinational companies, currently 28, and unmarried.

When I computed, my CRS came to 438..

What do you suggest I do from here.

I appreciate all responses.
That's a good IELTS score. You need an additional degree to boost your points. Do you have any other certificate aside the Bachelors degree?

My brother, so I thought... Until I sourced dollars from a BDC agent, paid into a Sterling dollar account and was told the the limit was $1000 when I tried to make payment. So it's better to be safe than sorry.
GTBank isn't the same. I paid $1350 for someone's Airbnb yesterday and it sailed easily.

Even some dollar cards have restrictions of $1000 so be sure to make adequate enquiries before using them.
I disagree. I don't see why they should restrict you from spending your own money.

Dollar cards work with a dollar account so you are literally spending the dollar you have. If the card isn't funded with USD, you can't use the card.
