I think it way higher than that.

I don't think you can completely rule out FA from what is happening in the market.
Price rediscovery is part of FA.
Some stocks have had their share price gone up 300, 400% in the last one year while PAT has only gone up for about 50,100 or 200%.
In addition, the cbn circular is also a factor of FA

What you normally do is to multiply the best quarter earnings(eps) by 4 but in this case you are multiplying the full year eps by 4.

0.31 x 4 =1.24

Target Range N1.24-N1.55

Better still if they pay a dividend of 5-7 k in which case could target upper range.

Even with RED across board, EPS is King. Stocks hardly fall below EPS x 4. That’s the beauty of the strategy. Any one significantly below that is a BUY. Just Common Sense.

In my case, I get dividends for the stock I have on trove within few days of payment. Licensed apps like Meristem (Meritrade) never pay my dividends unless I write long emails and fill forms.
Actually, my Zenith dividends for last year is still with Meritrade. Some hundreds of thousands which they haven't paid me. I filled forms for UCAP but I hate that I have to fill it for each stock I own.

Your dividend is not with meristem but veritas.
Veritas is one naughty registrar, dealing with them could be very frustrating. My last year DS dividend is still with them.

There is possibly that the price could drop lower. That is where the trick is. Will you still be comfortable when you buy at N14 today and price goes to N12 N11 or even N10 in weeks or months?

Instead, I am looking for a stock that strikes a balance of providing a great dividend return while also being equally good for long-term investment

The market is already up and making a recommendation at this point in time could be productive and or counterproductive. The market could continue on it's upward movement or we could see the bear taking over, nobody could tell. So caution must be exercised.
A dividend yield of 10% should be ok in this present market though it is advisable you buy in tranches.
Check out zenith Bank and ucap for consideration.

In 13 days for the month to end, it is very likely unity bank will achieve that.

AFTER THE MONTH ENDS, it is[b] extremely dangerous[/b] to hold onto or buy Unity bank .50-50 chance it pumps like ftn cocoa or crashes like penny stocks like abc transport. Whichever one happens, will happen with speed.

The problem with unity bank is that the cbn can wake up tomorrow and liquidate that bank without notifying any shareholder. I don't think there is a way the charts can predict the cbn move.
Trading on a bank with a negative capital is a highly dangerous game.
One can loose everything and that is when gamblers will start blaming everyone except themselves.
