Am planning to expand, imagine I just have five students, that's like 125k weekly. There are several things you can do with part of the money both online and offline. Online like Affiliate marketing, Amazon KDP, etc, Online-offline (you buy goods offline and sell it to another state online using ads), offline business that are good are farming, import and export, transportation, etc.

Just keep on pressing her to send you the balance, and if she refuses plan a meet up with her whenever she’s within and get your money from her or seize her phone.

A former colleague of mine faced something similar. In his former compound as soon as anyone pack in, things start going downhill to the extent that most of the tenants lost anything good they came to the house with ranging from jobs, cars and even relationships. This my colleague almost died of ailments too.

It was an electrician that came to work in his house that asked him if he didn’t make enquires before entering the compound. He told him if he like his life he better move out ASAP.

Immediately he moved out things started working out for him. He got a better job and even a car.
