you don't have to take me serious because if you are serious you will call to make inquiry instead of wasting precious time and mb

Why should I waste my time & phone credit to call you when you are not transparent enough to post the pictures here!

What are you hiding??

If this is a genuine deal, then all relevant information should be posted online....unless you are just a time waster!

N890k is the total oackage

Please provide the breakdown of this =N=890k, oh??!!

By my own estimates, 10% of =N=600k for agency & legal should not exceed =N=720k. So where is the =N=890k coming from?

Hello, if the price could come down to =N=750,000 per year, then more people would be interested....please tell the landlord to drop the rent.

Thanks.

I'm a 35 yr old man also looking for my dream woman for immediate marriage. I'm desperate but careful in my search so I have looking for 4 yes now.
I've discovered 2 things. one a dream partner doesn't come ready made like we dream it, and 2 no one is perfect. But the upsetting thing is every single lady wants to marry a rich and handsome man even with so much poverty and hardship so commonplace. Funnily these rich guys and their families want to marry a lady of their own class meanwhile the guys are busy sleeping with and lying to all the other girls who want them..... consequently the 'leftover old cargos'.
An intelligent hard-working man with God's blessings and a loving supportive wife can become rich tomorrow and a rich man with all d world poor overnight.....a wise girl should bear this in mind and seek a man who will love and cherish her.
(Tall, big in build (tall), full figured and gentle natured and religious) if there exists any lady with these qualities, plus wisdom and a reasonable heart, ready for marriage then would I like to know her.

You have been talking to the wrong kind of ladies and searching for love, in all the wrong places.

Let God lead and direct you, please.....

But also try and remember that sincerity, transparency & respect will make a lady look beyond your lack of money and make her decide to stay with you.

Afterall, security guards and brick layers get married....and to good women, too.

The only challenge is that after a woman waits so long for a man & struggles with him to make something of his life, he usually turns around to stylishly dump such a babe, in order to marry someone else befitting of his new "status."

I was relying on NNPC for PMS to operate my generator since PHCN is never consistent. Now, that was before the fuel scarcity. I quickly opted for solar inverters and batteries. It's been raining everyday since then so the sun hasn't been consistent too hence my batteries aren't optimally charged. Should i build a dam and use turbines to generate electricity to run my business?

No need to build a dam.

Use an LPG Gas-powered generator.

There are different types in the market and they work with LPG Propane Gas Or LPG Butane Gas (a.k.a cooking gas).

There is no scarcity of gas! And it is 40% more environmentally friendly than PMS or AGO.

What title does this land have? And what is the nearest landmark to your site?

Hi, where exactly in Ibeju-Lekki is this plot located?

Is it Bogije, Eleranigbe or where exactly?

Kindly confirm. Hope it is dry land and not water-logged.

What kind of title does it have and how far are these plots from the Lekki-Epe Expressway??

Kindly confirm. If the price is right and the title is good, there are prospective buyers looking for property close to my office. I could send them your way!

Bros, can this ride fly for 3.5 million? Please confirm!

How far is Bogije from Ajah? And what kind of title exists on the property?

Are there any of these duplexes left for sale?

Kindly confirm.

Thanks...
