Sahel region include countries such as Senegal, Mauritania, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Nigeria, Chad, Sudan, Eritrea, and parts of Algeria and Cameroon. Apart from Eritrea which broke away from Ethiopia and Algeria there no other members of the region that is not in Nigeria. The part of Algeria that falls into Sahel region just like the Northern Nigeria is not well developed. They have problems associated with other Sahel region countries.

More importantly, who told you those countries are better run than Nigeria?

People from Sahel region have been coming to Lagos from time immemorial and during colonial regime. People from West and Central Africa have also been coming to Lagos during this period. In the last two decades I have met a lot of them in Ogun and Oyo States. You are right by saying they are few in numbers compared to our population but one pertinent information that is important is that Sahel Region is the headquarters of Banditry and Terrorism in SubSahara Africa. Another Very Important Information came from Pa Tanko Yakassai few years ago during OBASANJO Government. He said the NORTH should strengthen their relationship with the Sahel Region. He said Sahel Region Supported Nigeria during the Civil War and that Nigeria is yet to reward them back for their assistance.

Nigeria problem was caused by Nnamdi Azikiwe. Nigeria problem is the foundation.

The Northern Elites and Elders rejection of Military Base in Nigeria is the Overall Request of the Sahel Region. Nigeria problem is easy to discern by a very intelligent and objective person and the solution is known.

Ranching the cattles is one way forward. Every state should invest massively in it. But no Eastern state should sell any parcel of land to Fulani to establish anything. They can be employed as workers in the ranch, but they must not become owners.
Those guys are very ev*l. Give them a yard they take mile.

There is no big deal in giving them land for ranches. You can do it on partnership basis. You need a water source and sheds then vehicles for hay collection. It is said that 1000 heads will need vegetation from 1000 hectares

How to end the unrest in Northern Nigeria

The root cause of why Boko Haram was formed is the rudderlessness of Nigeria. The Kanuri youths that formed Boko Haram believed their land, the traditional Kanem Borno in Nigeria and Chad had it better before colonisation. They believe the root cause of the malaise in Nigeria is the adoption of western values. They therefore reject those western values and are pushing for the Islamization or dissolution of Nigeria.
For now, the Boko Haram is semi quiet because they are running vast swathes of the North East. A CNN report said a while back that they are collecting over 200 million dollars in revenue per annum and you can not be collecting revenue and be causing trouble and unrest at the same time.
It must be noted that if not for federal allocations, Boko Haram would be the effective government in their traditional base now. Boko Haram is partly successful because they are collecting revenue.

The root cause of banditry in the North west and North Central Nigeria is the struggle for resources between farmers and herders. There may be some opportunists who are freelance kidnappers and bandits but the root cause is nomadic cattle rearing which is something no human being should be doing in the twenty first century.
The problem started in the North east and it was originally not related to nomadic cattle rearing but it is now in the North central and Northwest and it is now substantially caused by nomadic cattle rearing
The way to effectively end the banditry, kidnapping and etc in the Northwest and North Central is to, even if gradually, end nomadic cattle rearing. It is surprising that governments at all levels have not invested in cattle ranching despite all what the country is going through. If government want a business model in the country then they ought to invest in it even if they are going to privatize it later. Other people will then take a cue from government. Government has immense resources and cattle ranching is not rocket science. It is something done all over the world. If all government tiers have at least a one thousand head cattle ranch, it will be close to two million heads of cattle in government hands and we have around ten million heads in the country presently according to reports.
If nobody is allowed to roam the forests whether with or without cattle, the problem will end naturally.
It is better to make hay while the sun shines because the Northwest especially is prone to sprouting Boko Haram like groups that have nothing to do with nomadic cattle rearing if that is not the case already. The area has seen it in the past during the Maitatsene events
Lastly, it is said that ninety percent of Miyetti Allah cattle dealers are not Nigerians, therefore Nigeria can not guarantee land for them. We can't give them grazing reserves, grazing routes and etc. That idea should be jettisoned. Then there is no amount of land given to a nomad that can be enough. They will want everything. The problem is that they want to roam the animals instead of taking feed to them and there is no way they will not continue clashing with farmers if they are allowed to continue their old ways.
If they want to breed cattle in Nigeria they can easily get land for ranches and vehicles to be getting fodder to the animals.

In conclusion, government should lead and all local governments, state governments and federal government and even institutions should invest in cattle ranching

The nomadic cattle rearers should be given a deadline to station their cattle in one place where they will be getting feed to them and roaming cattle should be criminalized. It should be realized that even pigs used to be roamed in the past. How will it look like today if piggery owners let the animals loose on us?. The nomads should stay in one place and live normal lives.

Anybody from Sahel region coming to Nigeria automatically becomes AREWA and defended as a Northerner. They have easy access to NIN , they have GSM number and some have bank account. In 2015 immigration officers are exploiting and harrassing a Togolese family from Yoruba area of Togo living at Akinyele on the way to Oyo town on the outskirts of Ibadan. I wasn't happy. I asked one of the immigration officers why they are not on enforcement duties at International Cattle market and at Goats market in the same community. The man said it is very difficult because they all called themselves AREWA and protected by the Sarkin of the markets

I don't think we have many people from the Sahel in Nigeria. Nigeria alone is already half of the population of West Africa. Those countries are better run than Nigeria and how many of them can possibly leave their already sparsely populated countries?

In any Nigerian city, a large percentage of bus and taxi drivers are Yoruba so also tailors, bricklayers welders and etc but you will not find them congregated in one place. For Igbos they are boutique owners, patent medicine dealers, spare parts dealers and etc and they are in the markets where they are conspicuous. I have made some research and I believe Igbo do not outnumber Yoruba in any Northern city

Yorubas are also in other places. Igbos and Hausas are often conspicuous as they are found in markets. Yoruba are artisans in the main and are not often found in markets but they are everywhere too

Population is money if you manage it well. If a single person leaves a city the GDP will drop

Northerners come mainly during their dry season. They always return to the North to farm but whenever they are around they are always all over the place.

There is nothing wrong with borders. It makes everything more beautiful. People are naturally divided into nations that speak the same language, cities, families and individuals etc. If all nations are responsibly led, it will just be just as if there are no borders

Speciation and Mutation

For speciation to occur, there must be the same several mutations happening to many members of a population or parent population at the same time. The mutated members will then migrate out of the parent population to be breeding among themselves as the foundation members of a new species.

It is the only way that speciation can occur or be possible. Speciation is not feasible to occur over a long period of time. It has to be instantaneous and the operation have to be on many members of a parent population at the same time so that they can breed among themselves

The problem with JW is that your ideology that classifies traditional spirituality as false religion can not be acceptable to the majority of right thinking people from different human cultures. JW are not equipped to run even a village not to talk of the whole world.
The world is not where we were in the nineteenth century. We are moving forward. In the nineteenth century the most powerful will reduce others to tributaries.
In the coming years we will achieve peace and prosperity on Earth. All the ingredients are already on ground.
