Prayerful crowds of Roman Catholics have gathered outside the Sime Darby Medical Center in a suburb near Kuala Lumpur since last weekend after an image believed to resemble the Virgin Mary was spotted on the hospital’s seventh-floor window.

Rev. Simon Labrooy of the suburb’s Church of St Thomas More says he met with hospital officials and agreed the crowd situation could affect medical emergency services.

He said in a statement late Monday that the hospital glass panel would be moved to a church and tested by theologians and religious authorities.

Christians comprise nearly 10 percent of Muslim-majority Malaysia’s population.

Good afternoon guys and beautiful damsels, please how often should one change his/her tooth brush?

I do change mine after some 6 - 8months once am in my place, but if I travel then it's basically around 3months after which I use it as shoe brush

So please do let us know how often you change yours and what is the recommended time range. Thanks

Restricting Google in China, what will be the outcome??

The Chinese Government are taking a stance in what it calls “separating Chinanet from Internet”.

The impliacations? Blocking off all Google’s web domain throughout the world’s most populous nation.

Google Search, Gmail, Google Drive and all other web products were largely blacked out and, in a statement to Bloomberg and Reuters, Google said it had “checked and there’s nothing wrong on our end.”

Google’s own Transparency Report website, which shows usage levels around the world, showed a sharp decline to Google sites in China on Friday.

The country has censored Google before, during a stand-off in 2010, but has never taken the drastic step of blocking the popular Gmail email service too.

The outage left countless users without access to email throughout the nation and could be a watershed moment for the issue of web censorship in China, according to one watchdog.

GreatFire.org posted on Twitter: “One step closer to fully separating the Chinanet from the Internet.”

Ensuing Protests??
In an article on its own site, the group also wrote: “We’ve argued before that the authorities didn’t dare to fully block Gmail since it has too many users already. Fully blocking Google goes much further. According to Alexa, it’s the Top 5 most used website in China.

“Never before have so many people been affected by a decision to block a website. If Google stays blocked, many more people in China will become aware of the extent of censorship. How will they react? Will there be protests?”

GreatFire.org also said that VPN servers (which allow users to circumnavigate in-country restrictions) have also been targeted.

As a blogger and web publisher, I wonder if this is the right step for the Chinese government to take. Blocking off google domains mean blocking a huge stream of income to the plentiful web publishers/bloggers in China (adsense and co).

Isn't this a bit harsh as many bloggers in China would probably lose their adsense and google affiliate accounts if this happens.

Darray: I was there for the delivery of our first daughter some 8weeks ago @ one of the Federal Teaching Hospitals .
The experience is one I've been praying not to miss before I got married and I got my wish granted.In addition, it was against the hospital's culture to allow such, but fortunately for me they were doing this research then to know the effect of the husband's presence during delivery.
That day, I understood the definition of pain.Never knew my wife could be that powerless and defenseless.
Women are to be appreciated and respected.
I pray to be there again next time to wipe the tears,to offer my palms to be tightly squeezed,to give moral support,and assist in pushing with my mouth.

A tweet sent out by Barack Obama to herald his re-election as President of the United States has rapidly become the most popular of all time.

The post, which simply read “Four more years” and was accompanied by a photo of Obama embracing his wife Michelle, had already been retweeted over 350,000 times just an hour after it was posted (so far 576,850).

The same tweet had been favourited by 122,000 Twitter users, with both numbers growing exponentially.

The victory tweet surpassed the previous record held by teenage pop sensation Justin Bieber which was retweeted 223,376 times, according to The Atlantic.

Sadly, all that changed when 50cent dumped his and Floyd Mayweather’s boxing promotion company called – The Money Team productions (TMT) a couple of months back.

The long time friendship between the duo came to an abrupt end and paved way to social media ‘dissing’ which they took turn to shower themselves with on twitter.
