The Federal Executive Council on Wednesday approved the contract for the engineering work of the Mambilla Hydro Electric Power Plant in Taraba State in the sum of $ 5 . 792 bn .
The Minister of Power, Works and Housing , Mr. Babatunde Fashola (SAN), disclosed this to State House correspondents at the end of the weekly meeting of the council presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa , Abuja .
Fashola said the construction would take approximately six years because of the extensive nature of the scope of work.
The minister said the work would include the construction of four dams , one of which is expected to be 150 metres high ; two others will be 70 metres high while the smallest dam will be 50 metres in height .
He said , “ Several efforts have been made to bring the project to reality since 1972 , which is about 45 years ago, but I am happy to announce to you that this government approved the award of the contract today through a joint venture with a Chinese civil engineering company for the engineering contract , including civil and electromechanical works , for $ 5 . 792 billion .
“ The construction should take about 72 months , which is roughly about six years. The scope of works are very extensive . It requires the construction of four dams : one of them is a 150 metres in height, intermediate two are 70 metres in height and the smallest of them is 50 metres in height.
“ The 150 metres one is essentially the size of a 50-storey building because you have approximately 3 metres per floor .
“ The intermediate one is higher than a 20 - storey building. It also includes 700 kilometre of transmission line. It will be in Taraba State, in the area called Gengu . It will involve a lot of preparatory work and resettlement .
“ It will really unleash the potential that have been reported about Mambilla : agriculture , tourism and also for energy .
“ It will also help Nigeria to strike a big blow on the climate change issue and fulfill its commitment under the Paris agreement because this is going to be renewable energy , coming also at a relatively competitive cost . This was approved by council Yesterday.

Please note that based on logistics I am trying to add 2 + 2 to get 22 premising my assumptions on so many variables of the recent past. I told my boss that three things would further make my answer of 22 very plausible mathematically. Those three things are:
(1) If Mr president returns and he grants a speech without mentioning the cause of his illness.
(2) If any form of renovation is done to the office of Mr president, and which would include replacing the air conditioning unit system.
(3) If a part or all of the immediate security details attached to Mr president is sacked or replaced.

Now guess what, number (1) happened, number (2) just happened and number (3) I am reliably informed a request for that is underway. Remember that this is my theory of conspiracy, a theory I derive from enhanced silence and manipulations of those in power(a manipulation which in this case might be for good intentions).

Many of us have tried to find out what Mr president was receiving treatment for while he was in the UK. Tried as we could(including powerful media giants), nothing about why he was admitted or what he was being treated for sneaked out. This in itself gave room to an hypothesis that the presidency was trying to contain and hide that fact, for the knowledge of that is capable of causing a war in the nation.

Make no mistake, if this theory of mine is right, and if the president had stated that he was poisoned, a war across all states would break out. It would begin as a war of the poor against the rich, the initial targets would be the political rich class(especially if you were of the PDP). Then it might snowball into an ethnic and religious war which at that point the consequences are only better imagined. Was the president trying to save us all by staying silent on what ails him?

Now talking about the PDP, I would single out two riff raffs with my focus on a mistake of a governor who God forbids him becoming president of my dear nation. Many would recall vividly that Fani-Kayode(or whatever he calls himself) and Fayose were so sure that Mr president CAN'T come back alive. Note my emphasis on the word 'can't' because it is important. For my singular question would be 'what do they know?'.

So certain was Fayose that Mr president cannot be alive that he demanded to go see him in the UK before he would believe, he told the entire world he had 11 pictures of the president in a vegetative state and on life support. FFK said Mr president had dementia, an early stage symptom of a particular class of poison that when inhaled affects the brain(and the easiest modern way to spread this class of poison is through the AC unit of an enclosed environment). One also need to understand that it was this period Obasanjo told us how efforts were made to poison and kill him, stories of poisoning many of us haven't heard before. Obj further gave a list of other leaders who had been poisoned but unlike him didn't survive it. I ask again, what do they know?

A particular prophet who calls himself Chukwudi told the entire world that if Buhari comes back alive, then he is not called by God. Now while I would disregard the fake wanna be god of man with his prophecy that God Himself have put he and his pay masters to shame, I would implore the DSS to look into a very critical angle. That angle is if any form of relationship exists between the pastor and the group Fayose/FFK. Was it possible they told him something that made him boldly give such a prophecy?

While a few would blame Garba Shehu for coming out to say the office of Mr president needs renovations, I won't join that band-wagon(despite my obvious reservations for Mr Shehu). For if my 2 + 2 to make 22 is right, then one can only continue to imagine that Mr president instructed him to tell what is called a 'good lie' for the interest of the nation. For the truth is before resumption of office in 2015, it is believed that PMB worked from home for nearly 3 months to have the demons of Aso Rock casted away and to renovate the place. Would you renovate again because of two cockroaches and a rat? Or is Mr president saving us ALL from anything that is capable of tearing a nation he swore an oath to keep united and protect even at a risk to his life?

You be the judge and tell me if 2 + 2 doesn't make sense as 22.

In another development, the previous administration sold an oil well that is worth $500b at a price of $1.4b. For quite some times now, I have been surfing the internet and through the history line and there have been numerous cases of Christians involved in terrorist related acts, but such cases are never investigated by the Police or SSS, even in instances where they were caught red handed in the act.

I will give a few instances in 2010
alone, beginning with Messrs.

Moses Ashaji and Papa, arrested on Friday, 19th February, 2010 along Akwanga-Jos Road with huge stocks of locally manufactured rifles.

Also, Daniel Chayi Gyang, Amos Akila and Mbono Musa, were arrested with deadly weapons, including rocket launchers, grenades and AK47 rifles, intercepted by the SSS in Maiduguri on 30th July, 2010 on their way to Plateau State.

There was another case of eleven well armed terrorists arrested in August 2010, including the village head of Nasarawa Village, Chief Danteri Bongwat of Langtang South, and an illegal armory located in Kuru, Plateau State.

These cases were widely reported in the media, but the CAN and DSS never took any action, because they were not Muslims.

Still in 2010, the Punch Newspaper reported the arrest of Five (5) Pastors “for operating an Illegal Military outfit” (a Euphemism for terrorist activity, since the word is exclusively reserved for Muslims), in Lagos, with their photographs published at page 11 of the Wednesday edition, 10th March, 2010.

The examples are too numerous to cite here, but the most recent were two news reports on the arrest CAN Military operatives by the police “for operating illegal security outfit” in Jalingo, Taraba State.

Those arrested included Reverend Chaplain Shehu Yakubu, a retired
customs officer Sunday Silas, retired SSS officer Sulaiman Audu, a retired ASP Y. Winew, a retired ASP Isma’ila Makaniki and many others.

This was reported by the Daily Trust Newspaper of Saturday, 2nd November, 2013 at page 10. In the same paper, at Page 8, was another report, “Police nab woman, 2 others over militia training in Gombe”, in which one Mrs. Deborah Babayo and two men were reportedly arrested by the Gombe Police Command “for conducting illegal militia training under the auspices of an illegal organization, called “The Elite Corps” on the outskirts of Gombe, on 1st November, 2013.

In both cases, which we believe the Police and SSS will sweep under the carpet as usual, the concern of the Police in the two reports was the ``sums of money involved but unfortunately,
though not surprisingly, they were silent on the cache of arms
recovered.

Perhaps even more revealing in the unfolding drama of double standards and deception by the previous Federal Government and its CAN controlled security agencies are widely reported cases of Christians, too numerous to mention, who were actually caught in the act of terrorism, which were never investigated, let alone prosecuted.

There have been more than twenty of such cases, but I will cite about half a dozen as examples, in Gombe, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Plateau, Lagos, Benue and Rivers States.

In Gombe State, there was a report on the arrest of Christian men that sprayed bullets on the Gombe Deeper Life Church worshippers. Igbos were the suspects arrested who were reportedly taken to Abuja.

Shortly thereafter, two Christians, Hassan Ojudu and Sama’ila Yakubu were arrested with a vehicle loaded with explosive devices and ammunitions.

Curiously, they too were reportedly taken to Abuja, and as usual, nothing has been heard from the SSS Spokeswoman or in the news, to date.

Still in Gombe State, one Madam Ruth was caught attempting to bomb ECWA Church in the Kalarin area of Kaltungo.

But the security agencies claimed she was “hypnotized” and was conveniently set free.

In Bauchi State, one Miss Lydia Joseph was also caught red handed trying to set ST. John Catholic Church in Bauchi on fire, but she was immediately set free, with the explanation that she had a problem with a boyfriend member of the Church!
