She's in a private hospital in warri and the Doctor said she needs to undergo chemotherapy as the cancer has spread and is already eating her lungs and he also said he can't keep her for long without payment.

Like I earlier stated, she's not a stranger to everyone doing the osusu. Some joined because a friend of hers linked them up, others joined because she was a friend to their in-law and all that. A very close friend of hers is doing the osusu too. She knows that people who know her would look for her that's why she ran to Benin. She did this same osusu last year and paid everyone that's why some people decided to bring one or two people besides, on NL she's quite popular, she has done other business where she acted very genuine by delivering and all so it didn't occur to anyone that she'll throw her conscience to the dogs and behave this way.
