Pregnancy is usually calculated from first day of last period and not from date of conception.

A friend is pregnant, she said she took in November saw her last period October 16 or so. She went for scan on 31 December and it's showing 11 weeks 2 days+-1 week. Now she's wondering why it's 11 weeks as against the 7-8 weeks she's thinking. What Could be the problem? Biko help is needed. Thanks

Ingredients:
1. Groundnut (freshly grounded or roasted and grounded).
2. Rice.
3. Lime, lemon or tsamiya. (Used lime and lemon, squeezed the juice out.).
4. Water.
Preparation...
Par boil your rice and make it a bit soft and not hard, after that bring it down and remove the water.
If you're using fresh groundnut, grind or blend and then sieve to remove chaff then turn the sieved water into the rice and allow to boil. Add tsamiya or the lemon and lime after it boils for a while then allow to boil finally.
If you're using already roasted and grounded groundnut( Groundnut paste like the one used to eat garden egg), just fetch the paste and mix with water, then add to the already boiled rice and boil. Add tsamiya also or lime and lemon. Bring down after 10mins. S

Na local food o made from yam like amala but this one comes out one one like rice instead of the way amala does... Best eaten with fish, oil and pepper.

All the village food I have missed. Kunu geda and home made akara for breakfast, wasawasa and fish for lunch. Village life is fun though
