As part of his ongoing consultations, the leader of Indigenous Peoples of Biafra IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, yesterday, June 29th met with elder statesman, Chief Mbazulike Amechi (Dara Akunwafo), the Nigeria's first Aviation minister at his country home Ukpor, Nnewi South L.G.A Anambra State.
According to CFR magazine, the details of the meeting haven't been made available but in one of the video clips posted online, Kanu was seen receiving prayers from the elder statesman.
Although, Kanu was overheard in the video below saying nothing will happen to him when the Elder statesman was watchful of the amount of persons around to take a group photograph, with respect to Kanu's bail terms, The IPOB Leader said he was not scared of court, insisting God has been with him
Recall thatthe IPOB Leader had earlier called for election boycott across the "Biafra Land" which included the upcoming Anambra gubernatorial election in November 18, until a referendum is conducted.
Meanwhile, there have been mixed reactions over the command, drawing vast condemnation. Some of his die-hard supporters said the move to boycott the elections may not be the right one while a handful majority believes civil disobidence could be a move in the right direction.
MasterChen: Y'all potor clowns better just "jejely" enjoy your thread before we pee on it. The thread has nothing to do with Yorubas and I wouldn't even have posted anything If you didn't mention Yoruba

ikorodureporta: A Junior Secondary School pupil I of the Lekki British International School, Lekki, Lagos, has been expelled for allegedly putting sulphuric acid and ethanol in the water bottle of his classmate.
PUNCH Metro gathered that the 12-year-old was envious of the 11-year-old female classmate, who had beaten him to the first position in the first and second terms.
The incident happened around 1.30pm on Wednesday, June 14.
The school was planning for the third term exam when the 12-year-old allegedly sneaked into the school’s laboratory and stole the acid and ethanol.
He was said to have mixed the chemicals and poured them into the 11-year-old’s water bottle.
Two pupils of the school reportedly caught him in the act and reported to the school management.
The suspect allegedly owned up to the crime, saying he had been planning it for sometime.
A member of the 11-year-old’s family said on Wednesday that despite the culprit’s confession, the school allowed him to sit for the third term examination.
When our correspondent contacted the school management, an official, who did not identify herself, said the pupil had been expelled.
She said, “The boy has been expelled with immediate effect. The girl is in school and she is fine. We have zero tolerance for such misbehaviour.”
Thewrath: Did you know? There are people who won't be happy about this, just watch!

Sanchez01: One of these three things would likely happen at the end of the Gubernatorial election in Anambra state.
1. Should the people truly sit at home, all it would take the APC is to monetarily mobilise the ever jobless youths who would cast their votes in favour of the ruling party. APGA would suffer a huge loss and the APC would easily pocket the South East should they get Anambra. IPOB would shout and threaten but nothing would happen. Should there be signs of unrest or anarchy, the FG would declare a state of emergency in the state.
2. Should the people come out to vote, IPOB would lose its power since it is partly vested in the people. Any other sit-at-home order thereafter would be a bluff. APGA or the PDP would win but IPOB would bear the major loss.
3. Should the sit-at-home be strong and effective and voting across wards fail to take place, the FG would appoint a sole administrator, most likely a military person. That would mean that Anambra would find itself five steps backward and tactical means would be fully engaged to curb anarchy.
All in all, it would be a lose-lose situation for the IPOB and a win-win situation for the FG who understands that the APC might not be able to win but that rendering the orders of the IPOB useless is indeed effective. Kanu is dumber than I thought. The game of command is by no means a chest beating fanfare.
lol its obvious u aint in the east ur so called jobless yoots are so pro ipob its scary appointing a sole admin?pls go ahead u will see igbo ppl in action finally take a trip to d east and see with ur own eyes hw ppl believe in biafra heck even rochas after trying force had to sack his commissioners to save face after d sit at home
dlondonbadboy: That's the sense most of you don't have...Anytime you hear BIAFRA, gun, shooting, blood would becloud your brains and thinking would become a problem. Are you people cursed?
Shey IPOB forced people to close their businesses few weeks ago? Abi would APC force people outta their houses to vote? No election in BIAFRA land...Period!
my bro stop arguing wit dm most of dem are paid by d govt to come online and spew nonsense then d oda half are kids who listen to thier folks who think we still in 1967 biafra is coming, anyone against it should pls feel free to delude themselves with one nigerian facade
Diademk07: Did you think I want one Nigeria? LOL! You're speaking to the wrong person here..
However, I won't tolerate manipulative people who can't come up with the whole truth. There's no problem if an ethnic ask to secede but calling other ethnics hateful names and shifting the blame on them when your lots are culpable is unjustifiable!
They clamoured for an Ibo pastor like Kumuyi to be killed at aba, right?
They had an hateful media named Radio biafra that preached hate against many ethnic groups in Nigeria?
They called some ethnic group "amala" tribe in front of the president like Chief Athur Eze and his fellow eediots did in front of Jonathan?
These are what your folks did, even before tribalism became the norm on nairaland! Yet you would be the one to cry your manipulative cry and play the victim everytime we retaliate. Not forgetting the fact that your lots lied about events leading to the civil war and what happened in the civil war! That's exactly what am against!
I don't care about the North short changing us because we all know where we at with them but first and foremost, the manipulative hateful liars are whom we should be wary of. I would rather dine with the devil than a treacherous manipulative liar! Got the gist?
one naija is a scam d british begged hausas nt to secede so dnt be tinkin dy too want one naija jst prep ursef fr d reality ds is 2017 nt 1967
Diademk07: Aren't you Ipobs again? Is that not the umbrella name you use for your secession cover?
BTW, it's all good shouting afonja this or that but we won't tolerate any of your hate speeches, revisionism or your manipulative cry on here!
u backin ur bros fr doin same bt vexinn fr my bros why fam? face reality even d ss are fed up already d earlier we face d truth and dissolve d better d north and south ARE not one
Diademk07: You started the hatred and lies, hence our response. Don't tell me you aint aware of your brethren screaming afonja on every thread on nairaland?
What I dislike the most are liars and manipulative people. In fact, if a brother of mine showed such attitude, I would move far away from him as possible. Such people can kill!
Everyone makes mistake but what makes a man is taking responsibility of your action and not shifting the blame to others!
so your brodas screaming ugadans, ipob ipod yoots, developers are saints? wow just wow
ettybaba: When the leader is as useless and irritational as nnamdiot cownu, you already know what becomes of the mumu followers.
nnamdi kanu is not leading anytin igbos are not held by tradition or religion so d igbo man is always ready for anytin if u want kanu take him anoda person will resume igbos are already leavin ds sham
greenermodels: after the Hausa vs Yoruba clash at ife, only yorubas were arrested including an oba, they're still unjustly detained till today plus many other problems affecting the yorubas but you hardly see them agitate or discuss their problems rather they would be moving from one igbo thread to another spewing hatred over what is not their concern. a famous sage said that "an unexamined life is not worth living"
bro i tink dy are nuts hw can u cry more dan d bereaved ffs?
Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has said he does not hate the North as widely believed.
In an interview with The Sun, Kanu said he loves former Presidents Shehu Shagari and late Umaru Yar’Adua than Nnamdi Azikwe.
He described both northern leaders as unique, stating that Shagari built the Port Hacourt expressway while he was growing up.
“People think I hate the North; that’s not true, but the only thing is that I say things the way they are, I don’t know how to tell lies to curry favours. People do not know that I love (former presidents Shagari and Yar’Adua more than I love (former president, Nnamdi Azikiwe) Zik. I’m saying this because when we were young and were growing up, the only notable person that built any notable infrastructure I saw with my two eyes was Shagari. The Enugu/Igwuocha (that the white man named Port Harcourt) Expressway, was built by the National Party of Nigeria (NPN) government of Shagari and then you can travel with joy because it was smooth and very clean.
“Now, tell me who has ever done that since after Shagari, no, tell me. Which other infrastructure will you be proud of, nobody has ever done anything again.”
He also described late Yar’adua as a gentleman who handled the agitation well.
He said Yar’adua was “a good and perfect gentleman. That was why you had the agitations cooled during the time of Yar’Adua. The man was a gentle man; he knew how to deal with people. I never met both men one on one, but these are good people. I’m not saying we don’t have other good people in the North, no, we have many of them, even in the judiciary, who are nice.
“But the few terrible, horrible ones won’t allow them to emerge, that’s the problem.”
lol see d nl kids jubilating o lmao biafra is not just one person o its a whole tribe so yes igbos will leave ds contraption dont let ds interview deceive you my candid advice to anybody believing in d one nigeria facade is to start preparing already igbos are already relocating so feel free to stay online and delude yaselves oh
FrancisDiote: It is only illeteracy that makes people come here and post rubbish. Ask a yoruba man why Nigeria should stay together, he doesnt know. It is only the elite hausa who wants us to remain the way we are because of their selfish interest. The Ibo man feels marginalised and wants to breakout. It is only foolish for a yoruba man with all his education if he has any to come here and post rubbish not knowing that Nigeria is due for restructuring
bro they truly don't funny enough after the counter coup of 66 northerners wanted to secede but were begged by d british who were tired of seeing their colonies in africa and elsewhere dissolving they are d only tribe that never wanted to break ds sham from d north to south south everyone at a point in time wanted out
lol ds nl kids won't kill me ooo remember wen achebe warned u all dt d igbo man is no hostage to religion or archaic tradition like hausas or yorubas dont be deceiving yourselves o biafra is coming and fast too ds pips saying otherwise are called efulefu eg joe igbokwe type majority of igbos are already back home
I need your advice on some issues bothering me now My girlfriend (dating for 2 years now with pastor and parents consent) has been behaving very funny these days.
She suddenly starts flirting with other guys openly and anytime I ask her who those guys are, she gets angry and tells me I have no right to ask her who they are even after I discovered she is having hidden chats and dates with them.
The first instance happens to be on her birthday, I planned to take her out and on getting to her shop I met this man there, though I didn't ask her who he was but on getting to the eatery she became very cold and didn't eat any of the things I bought for her...On asking her who the guy was she started telling me I shouldn't ask her but I later got to know the man cos his wife happens to be a patient of mine (I am a male nurse)
Second instance happens to be with a street guy I know Though I recently started seeing the guy in her shop every day but didn't ask her anything. My suspicion arose wen the few times I actually met the guy in her shop. She starts acting strange and both of them get very quite In one instance the guy was just in front of her and she texted him not knowing I saw what she was doing...
And the following day, I met them together on the way and immediately the guy saw me...he pretended like he wasn't with her and stylishly walked away. When I asked her who he was, she started over reacting and telling me I shouldn't ask her and if I don't trust her that is my problem.
Now I don't know what to do about her cos our families are close and we go to the same church...pls I need your opinion.
No insults
lmao anoda tales by moonlight thread bloggers kill us wit lies and nw dis ok no p carry on linus we behind u smh and sum pips actually believe ds is true

Governor El-Rufai assured the Igbo Leaders on behalf of the Northern Governors that everyone is safe in the North.
chiwetaluAGU: The senator representing Ogun Central Senatorial District, Olanrewaju Tejuoso has lamented that Nigerian senators are paid peanuts, hence their inability to achieve much.
Tejuoso, who doubles as Chairman, Senate Committee on Health claimed what some of them spent daily was more than what they earned.
He told Punch that, “All I can say is that whatever we are paid is not up to what we pay to and what we do for our people (constituents) back home. We are paid peanuts compared to the expenses we incur daily. We pay their (constituents) school fees, rent, funeral expenses and even bills of child delivery. They expect us to do everything. If you don’t do it, they will say you are a bad senator.”
When asked which bills and motions he has sponsored in the Senate, Tejuoso said, “the amendment to the National Health Insurance Scheme Act aimed at ensuring that we make it mandatory for every Nigerian to contribute and to make the administration of the health insurance process better. We also have the Cancer Bill to ensure that we have more cancer centres for people to have their cancers managed in the country.
