though fair value is N1.70 but there are many stock that can perform more in %

MONEY MARKET e.i Treasury bills & Bonds are risk-free assets while EQUITY MARKET e.i Stocks is a highly risky assets.

80% of my fund is in FX, 18% in TB while only 2% is left in NSE So don't get it twisted.

I thought you sold most of your dollars to buy TB?

I could I remember asking about the stock when it made the first move but no body responded.
I quickly sold @ 0.54 when someone hinted they won't declare dividend.

No dividend was declared. I was in the bus for one year and sold for 0.54 when someone hinted they won't declare dividend. They may like declare dividend in q1.
