Of course, but it is gradually being phased out. E-dividend is a few years old already, it's not like it just started this year.
Thanks

You can use your SAVINGS account for E-dividend but warrants can't be lodged into them over the counter.
Please I don't understand. Do they still send warrants to share holders? I thought with this e-dividend everything is paid into the account.

My sister took my mother to skye bank to open an account to enable her claim her dividends with forte oil and they were told it must be a current account. Is it that the account officer is ignorant or what?
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by leo1234(m): 4:51pm On Feb 12, 2016
How will those who don't have current account get their dividends since it is required to fill the E-dividend form?

http://www.veritasregistrars.com/Downloads/new-e-dividend.pdf

Fill this form, get your bank to sign and submit to Veritas Registrars. You can as well ask your bank if they have implemented the new E dividend management system which should make the process easier.
Thanks

HealthWeight Gain In Pregnancy by leo1234(op): 4:21am On Feb 08, 2016
It’s a normal thing to gain weight during pregnancy. It’s important to help you grow your baby.
By the time you are due, just over a third of your extra weight will come from your baby, the placenta and amniotic fluid. Here are some averages:
At birth, a baby weighs about 3.3kg.
The placenta, which keeps your baby nourished, weighs 0.7kg.
The amniotic fluid, which supports and cushions your baby, weighs 0.8kg.
The other two thirds of extra weight is due to the changes that happen to your body while you’re pregnant. On average:
The muscle layer of your womb (uterus) grows dramatically, and weighs an extra 0.9kg.
Your blood volume increases, and weighs an extra 1.2kg.
You have extra fluid in your body, weighing about 1.2kg.
Your breasts weigh an extra 0.4kg.
Weight-gain guidelines
Single gestation
A woman who was average weight (BMI 18.5 to 24.9) before getting pregnant should gain 11 to 16 kg after becoming pregnant. Underweight women (BMI < 18.5) should gain 13 to 18 kg. Overweight women (BMI 25 to 29.9) should gain 7 to 11 kg during pregnancy. And obese women (BMI 30 or more) may need to gain only 5 to 9 kg during pregnancy.
Multiple gestation (twins and other multiples)
A woman who was average weight (BMI 18.5 to 24.9) before getting pregnant should gain 17 to 25 kg after becoming pregnant. Overweight women (BMI 25 to 29.9) should gain 14 to 23 kg during pregnancy. And obese women (BMI 30 or more) should gain 11 to 19 kg during pregnancy.
In general, you should gain about 1 to 2kg during the first three months you’re pregnant and 0.5kg a week during the rest of your pregnancy. If you are expecting twins this would be an average of 0.7kg per week after the usual weight gain in the first three months.

OANDO ENERGY RESOURCES MAILS NOTICE OF MEETING AND MANAGEMENT
INFORMATION CIRCULAR REGARDING TRANSACTION WITH
OANDO PLC TO ACQUIRE OER MINORITY SHARES
CALGARY, ALBERTA, FEBRUARY 3, 2016 - Oando Energy Resources Inc. (“OER” or
the “Company”) (TSX: OER) today announced that it has filed on SEDAR and is mailing
a Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular (the “Circular”) in respect
of a special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) scheduled to be held on February
25, 2016 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The documents present the reasons for the unanimous recommendation from OER’s
Board of Directors that shareholders vote IN FAVOUR of a special resolution (the
“Special Resolution”) to approve a proposed plan of arrangement (the
“Arrangement”) with Oando PLC and Oando E&P Holdings Limited (the “Purchaser”).
As announced on December 22, 2015, pursuant to the Arrangement, the Purchaser
will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of OER (the “Common
Shares”).
The record date (the “Record Date”) for shareholders entitled to attend and vote at
the Meeting has been set at January 19, 2016. The Meeting will be held at the offices
of Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, 885 W Georgia St., Suite 2200, Vancouver, British
Columbia, V6C 3E8 at 10:00 (Vancouver Time) on Thursday, February 25, 2016.
As part of this transaction, the Company has notified the TSX and applied for the
delisting of the Common Shares upon completion of the Arrangement. In addition, in
accordance with Section 720 of the TSX Company Manual, the Company has applied
to voluntarily delist the common share purchase warrants issued by the Company (the
“Warrants”) from the facilities of the TSX upon completion of the Arrangement and
an exemption from the requirement for security holder approval of such delisting is
available pursuant Section 604(f) of the TSX Company Manual because Oando PLC
holds more than 90% of the Common Shares.
- 2 -
Shareholders are recommended to vote IN FAVOUR of the Special Resolution. All
Shareholders of record as at the close of business on the Record Date are entitled to
vote at the Meeting. Shareholders who are the registered holders of Common Shares
directly in their names and hold certificates representing their Common Shares should
cast their votes no later than 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver Time) on Tuesday, February 23,
2016. Shareholders who are not registered as the holders of their Common Shares
but hold their Common Shares through a broker, custodian, nominee or other
intermediary should cast their votes no later than 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver Time) on
Monday, February 22, 2016. Further information on voting, including specific details
of how to vote, can be found in the Circular.
Completion of the Arrangement, including the delisting of the Common Shares and
Warrants from the facilities of the TSX, will be subject to, among other things, approval
by the syndicate of lenders in OER's US$450 million senior secured facility.

[b]My question is " What are common shares?" and how does this help Oando cos they are encouraging sharholders to vote in FAVOUR of the sales and delisting of the common share.
What are the possible implications?

lol. okay I hear you. I'm only advocating we give buhari a chance.

some people are wishing and praying and hoping he fails so as to justify not voting for him. something like cutting off one's nose just to spite the face.

I'm sure you get my drift.
I get your point. The truth is, if you keep attacking those criticising Buhari you won't notice when Buhari will Bleep up.
Criticism is allowed and it is good for democracy.

Not that I want to buy it. I just want to know the factors to consider when analysing stock.
I was surprised to see the positive earnings per share.

If there are other things to consider please let me know because I will enter market for the first time on monday cheesy

hello... am not the one taking anything personal, its your people who can't realise that they lost an election and need to move on.

you need to advice yourselves on the need not to be like the fly who follows the corpse into the grave.

I prefer to eat rice from Aisha than to take from mama piss.

whether you like Buhari or not is not the issue, we can't simply sit back and watch people with an infantile level of reasoning shape the level of discussions in this country.

you may be entitled to your opinion, but once you put it out here, you better make damn sure you can defend it.
If you must know I am pro Buhari. I campaigned seriously against Goodluck and PDP in particular during last election.
My opinion is, no carry politics for head like gala because Buhari can still fail you.
Thank you.

If I may ask, how did you where I come from?
