This kinda make sense o, omo, all my guys we don build mansions in kano, abuja, nasarawa and so on will loose alot should war break out, that's why nigeria needs to divide peacefully and south east should experience no bomb, anything other than that will be somehow to igbo's investments nationwide. And acf or wat u call urself, Igbos love business, and we don't care if you guys do business in east or not, all we ask is that you should not bomb us both in ur home and in our own home, is that too much to ask  On the other hand, it's only on nairaland that some people don't wanna believe that igbos control majority of nigeria's economy, 45 trillion in just 3 states alone?? If saturday(yesterday) the day before sunday(statement day) was saturday(tomoro) the day after friday (the assumed day) or ....... If yesterday saturday = tomoro saturday, in between =assumed friday .'. Yesterday saturday = today sunday(statement day) |

Kachisbarbie: seconded ooo. I served in Uyo, lived @Abak Road housing estate, i paid 140k/yr with begggg! Uyo is damn expensive biko, meat na no go area, i used to cook with 1goat leg (sold @ 1700 then) and e no dey even do.I spent so much on transport, before i finally discovered it was even better to drive, dat was how I decided to drive in Uyo. I was just lucky to av a hapenning hubby, hunger for kill me dre - where i dey find happening place for NYSC.your own better say you even get bills, me no know wetin that oga de tok o, uyo too cost and i de hear am, if it were to be in another city, the money i spend here will be a very good save, but here, i cant present tangible something to show for my expenses here, uyo cost o. |

customized13: the small paper popcorn is sold for N500 and you aren't happy? Then you must visit silverbird cinema in lagos. Food price hike is a general problem in southeast and southsouth, you can only know how expensive a place is if you have kids you pay school fees for and a comfortable accommodation. Transportation around uyo won't require much litres of fuel, the roads are free and kinda deserted, unlike ph and lagos, I still stand on my previous assertion, uyo is relatively inexpensive.ok, i can't know the cost of living of a place till i'm married with kids? Issorait!! |

customized13: yap, they do show new movies, I was in uyo few months back, I really don't see anything expensive about uyo for now, I spent a month somewhere along abak road.you go and come back, but i have been living in uyo for more than 3years now, uyo is very expensive and boring, from clothing, housing, my cousin's house, 1room selfcon, 120k, foodstuff, imagine four tiny pieces of fresh tomatoes, #100. I dont need to tell you how much i spend on food, weekly. You are talking about keke, i have chattered longer distances for 50# in aba but in uyo here, from plaza to shelter afrik, chattering is 300# with abeg o. Uyo is very costly abeg, go tropicana, that small paper popcorn is sold #500! I dont know if u be working class, me na student o!! 1 Like |
