- Taking Fura da Nunu makes me sleep like a baby
- Stay off your PC and mobiles at nights
- I have had to undergo few days of lexotern doses to re-adjust
- Also watch your BP, sleeplessness drives it up fast
- Stay off caffeine, nicotine
- add fruits to your diet and exercise regularly
- i also warn my wife not to bother waking me up if i sleep off on the couch, getting back to sleep could be herculean

Other points have been thrashed. Good luck.

I have made some improvement and i still am. Good luck buddy.

EducationRe: Jamb 2015: Unilorin, Uniben, Unizik Leads List Of Most Popular Universities by LeStylo: 10:04am On Feb 10, 2015
Parkac:
With the 2015 JAMB UTME registration officially closed, Campus Portal Nigeria have compiled the list of most sought after universities.

Out of the over 180 universities in Nigeria, University of Ilorin (Unilorin) has the highest number of JAMB UTME applicants with over 85,945 candidates seeking admission into the institution. This is followed by the University of Benin (Uniben) with over 60,020 applicants, and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (Unizik) with over 58,410 UTME applicants.

The 4th, 5th, and 6th most sought-after higher institutions are the University of Nigeria, Nsukka – UNN (57,539 applicants), Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria – ABU (52,785 applicants), and the University of Lagos – UNILAG (49,059 applicants) respectively.

Best wishes to all 2015 JAMBites...

That's the power of visionary leadership. I recall in 2002 when the Unilorin VC said, "I envision a day when at your departure to start the university, you have the clout to look at your parents and say,"Dad, Mum, I'll be back in April 2006". Yes! With that level of precision and confidence".

Those words are hallmark of good, passionate and visionary leadership. That is what defies us at the National level.

God bless Nigeria.

Quite small a jet. This is an example of how they will lead Nigeria prudently and efficiently.

Not 11 jumbo jets, running the 3rd largest airline in Nigeria for one clueless man that postpones elections.
Yea, this is so scarily small! A turbulence in this mini will make some swear never to fly again! Lol.

Yep! Truth is no one can successfully rig out a very popular candidate. This also does not absolve APC of possibly rigging too. Like GMB said in his coup speech in 1983, the better rigger won. This is good development though. It will strengthen our Democracy.

This is just one of the many rail promises for 2015 votes. The design has not even been done, much less ground-breaking!

When I told someone yesterday that it has been revealed to Obasanjo that Jonathan is planning to go to war if he loses, the person was asking me how I knew. Actionable intelligence was given to Obasanjo last year in Tony Blair's bedroom in London about activities of Jonathan. All the plans Jonathan thought were secret are not so secret after all. Jonathan first action action is to destroy Nigerian Army before the election....... then the rest of his actions to follow. Jonathan is armed to the teeth and ready to fight. He has the money and equipment to fight war but he won't win at the end.

I think when Buhari was arrested in dordan barracks that's where his might have misplaced his certificate.

I don't know, just thinking.
News have it that it was part of the looted/destroyed personal effects when Dodan Barracks was taken over. That's why he's referred authorities to the army for confirmation of his educational qualifications which IMO is in order.

Buhari I loathed based on massed misinformation. I embarked on a personal fact finding effort to justify the hate! The more I read, the more I fall in love with the personality behind that lean frame.

To imagine he never even awarded himself a General or a GCFR or even a modest GCON!!!

Foreign AffairsRe: Beware: Charlie Hebdo May Be An Hoax (video Evidence) by LeStylo: 12:43am On Jan 12, 2015
seagulsntrawler:
Moslems do not have a motive to commit the alleged crimes cos the French have a favorable view of them and even passed a law supporting Palestinia last december in the lower chamber of parliament.
The kosher shop incident was to give the whole saga a tint of anti-semitism. A clever plan indeed by those behind it.
Supposedly, the motive is in the "offensive" cartoons published nearly a decade ago. The "terrorists" were likely teenagers then and likely not to ever have seen the cartoons ever before. Strange motive if you ask me!

Apart from the following concerns raised in the video:
- no blood after AK47 was shot at a very close range
- ID card conspicuously left at the crime scene
- All suspects killed and case closed!

What about:
- How did the police figure out the face of the other terrorists? They see through masks?
- Why would the terrorists scream, "We have avenged the Prophet!"? Looks like need to leave behind a readily understood motive by all
- How did the heavy traffic in Paris gound to a halt ahead of the attacks? Someone made road blocks ahead of attacks?
- The camera footage is not by a rookie. It's too calculated and stable for an ordinary witness to crime and gunshots. Not even when the rifle exploded did the video shake. Odd?

Take this with a pinch of salt. May not entirely be what it seems! If terrorists will attack France, no better place than the "stolen" oil interest by Total in Libya.

Just my odd feelings about it all!

I can imagine the DSS could be this partisan. So the APC would hire mere beginners(that would be watching/following video tutorials) to do that dirty job for them when there are crackers in abundance in Nigeria.Any sensible Nigeria will take this allegation with just a pinch of salt. This is just a sheer distraction to shore up GEJ's faulty and poor re-election campaign. The DSS's allegation is not well thought-out.
Yea, that's the best investigation a DSS of a country could do. A DSS that could not as little as bypass passwords for the equipment they seized. So far, there are no criminal charges here save a barrage of poorly conjoined conjectures; replete with the typically incompetent execution that has become a trademark! We expect more from a National Intelligence Agency with balls!!!

Yet we have been heavily subsidising in fictitious volumes for that price of N50. The godlessly obscene level of corruption under GEJ is sad. How he manages to keep a straight face amazes me. A 4-ltre keg still sells for N600!

Stop typing trash from another region especially when there are people on ground to refute your claims. I think you're just trying to malign your Next VP's image.
Thanks for this piece. Unfortunately, many people mistake Lagos for any other typical state where the governor performs wonders in the state capital and get sung to the high heavens. Unfortunately, Lagos is a conurbation, there's no distinction between the capital city and suburbs. Lagos uncontestably remains perhaps the only state where development is spread across all parts of the the state.
The simple test is leave your home and highlight every positive effort of Fashola's govt on your way to your destination. You will be amazed how littles attention we paid to the efforts by the govt.
But then, he still could have done a lot, lot more!
PoliticsRe: PVC: Fashola, Wife’s Name Missing At Polling Unit by LeStylo: 7:47am On Nov 29, 2014
Goddex:
Some media outfits are so sensational in their reportage.

INEC had clarified this earlier by stating that the data of some centers are corrupt and that voters from that center will need to register afresh. That incuded the center where Fashola and his wife registered.

The Independent National Electoral Commission on Friday failed to distribute Permanent Voter Cards at the Ward G3, State Junior Secondary School, the polling unit where the State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, and his wife, Abimbola, registered.

It was learnt that some INEC ad-hoc staff had earlier pasted a notice to notify voters who had registered in the two wards on Itolo Street that they had no PVC.

The commission said the voters would have to register afresh at a later date.

The notice pasted at the entrance of the school read, “We regret to inform you that those who registered in this polling unit do not have Permanent Voter Cards. Please come back between 3rd and 8th of December 2014 for fresh registration.”

Lagos State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Dr. Adekunle Ogunmola, attributed the development to loss of data arising from the crash of their computing system.

“Yes, some of the data captured during the registration in 2010 crashed. This was the reason we lost about 1.4 million data for voters. We are embarking on fresh registration for them and others who were unable to register in the 2010 registration.”

Fashola had yet to react to the development

http://www.punchng.com/news/pvc-inec-says-fashola-others-must-re-register/
Story for the gods. INEC had no multiple back-up system? Even WAEC has all their records intact since inception. Yes! Despite multiple fire outbreak over the decades in their offices.
