Not sure if am right but I think it's best to divide whatever speed it displays by 3 to get the correct figure (from my observation)

Data from Fast.com is not accurate here's mine but I know I have never had a speed higher than 5mb even during the early hours of the morning 1am to 6am (less traffic more speed) plus it's not even consistent.the speed even drops below 1mb most times so how is it possible that the site is showing 15mb per sec.

high temperature for them is like 17 degrees while cold is 9.5 degrees ,i hope you are beginning to understand how drastic the change in temperature would feel for them.I had trouble sleeping when Lagos got to 38 degrees ,it was 32-35 even as early as 3 am thank God the weather has become better but then again it didn't go back to normal i am not sure if anyone in Lagos has noticed for over 2 months now the temps in Lagos is lower than usual although it still gets a bit hot whenever it sunny but at night time the weather is unusually cold (gets even colder when it rains or drizzles).
