I remembered vividly sometimes last year a lady (21years) frolicking around me. This very lady usually visit my igbo girlfriend who stayed with me for 7months back then in 2017. really i mean really just pray your son or relative wont fall into the exact same mess, mine was actually worse and in both cases i didn't even know the accuser ,i just thank the almighty God for vindicating me . In the first incident some elderly had to intervene and check if the girl was actually raped because the entire story just didn't add up and found out absolutely nothing happened to her. upon further questioning she confessed that her mom always beat her whenever she goes outside to play for a long time which she just happened to do that particular so to escape punishment she cried rape.
the second time it was not the girl herself but her madam that was cooking up stories after she sent her packing (her husband might have been sleeping with the and she involved the police) but at the end of the story she told 4 different versions of the exact same story. it was plain to everyone that she was lying and attempting to cover up some that happened between her husband and the girl in question

i don't know if this particular story is true or not but something similar happened in the US although in this case it was the mother accusing the husband and trying to convince the girls their dad raped them(its been over 20 years and the entire fiasco was only resolved last year ) When the husband asked her why she lied her response was "why didn't you fight harder when you knew you didn't do it". The mother achieved her aim of destroying her family. A note to those who believe females are always victims and can never faslely accuse a male of an offense he didn't commit ,youtube and google is your friend do a little research and you will be surprised at the huge number of people that have been killed, imprisoned, sacked ,lost their endorsement deals, lost marriages ,scholarships due to false allegations and finally when the accused have finally been proven innocent he still wont get back all those things he lost.

We are gradually getting there...that era where marriage would be unattractive to all and sundry. Na "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" till the death parts the couple.

But this my gender sef...if women are economically empowered more than men in our current society, you'd be shocked at how they'd thrash the idea of marriage. I actually never thought about creating my own thread but I was planning on writing something similar to this in another thread in response to a woman . she spoke about her experience reading the WhatsApp msg on her daughter's phone and she adviced others to be careful about what their children do on social media and the type of content they access. my thoughts was she seems to have forgotten about music and movies that seem harmless but actually contain hidden messages reprogramming the minds of children.
