getting a really good battery is a matter of luck you're better of buying London used batteries 7-12k but on standby you should be getting 1 hr 30 to 3hrs then when in use provided you ain't running apps that use graphics at least 1hr

its not a Nigerian problem the same can be said about countries all over the world the difference here is girls and boys in those countries actually have access to sex education, they know their rights and are been protected by the law. Intel Celeron.
I only have few softwares installed. just chrome browser, vs code for coding, internet download manager and Mozilla Firefox.

please what can I do to fix this.

I could be a couple of things
1. The cpu could be throttling due to over heating but if they happens it will shutdown after a while.
2. Virus could also do that
3. Your hard drive might be going bad

I know this is a very old thread but I have to comment on it. From last year till this march most areas I know have been paying 20-40k for electricity bills and they still don't have constant power some people even pay as much as 50k so what's the excuse

first try to connect using the vga or hdmi cable to either a TV or monitor if it works then its the screen but if it doesn't work then it's probably the ram, cpu it could even be a bios problem

Open Settings.
Go to Update & Security and open Troubleshoot from the left menu.
Scroll down to the bottom to find Windows Store Apps and click it.
Click on Run the troubleshooter.
This should start the troubleshooter, and it will start scanning your computer for any problems with Windows Store Apps. Towards the end, it can fix all the issues detected.
Concerning the second problem I still don't understand what you mean pls explain properly. Do you mean you can't install apps downloaded from the Internet you should know the architecture of you Windows version, x64 supports both x64and x32 or x86 app but you can only install x32 or x86 on a 32bit system.

what version is your system that's the first question, you can only run 32bit windows on a 32bit system 64bit system can run both 64 and 32 bit windows, also check to make sure your hard drive isn't failing or damages. If your hard drive is failing or damaged you would have to replace it
