I just left wema bank now.

The ATM seized my card after a while I thought it would come out but it did not so I went to the banking hall to complain.

Thank God it is a Wema card I use on a wema ATM.

I was asked if was wema and I said yes, the Lady told me she has to get permission from her boss to either release it or not. I asked her what she mean by that she said CBN has directed that ATM cards seized by the machine should not be released anymore, except the ones by the card.

The card owner is expected to go to his bank and request for a new card.

I just want to inform NL people to avoid using different ATM for different bank.

2.Healthcare-Lets be serious for ourselves do we have efficient medical unit for the over 80% population of Lagosians who are mostly lower/middle class, are they affordable if any, do we have healthcare insurance for the cadre of people we are talking about, how effective is primary and secondary healthcare that suppose to be free for this cadre of people or even minimal charges
3.Environment-Be the judge here, even you knows that Lagos is overcrowded and dirty mostly mainland, YABA area leading to Akoka,APAPA, Ikotun, Ketu, Bariga, Mile1-12, Oshodi, Aje,Agege/Pencenima, Iju/Ishaga don't tell me Lagos is only V/I, Lekki, Ikoyi, Part of Ikeja, the greater part of Lagos is a mess and eyesore to say the least, cost of leaving like accommodation is still high in Lagos unless at a rejected area,look at our water bodies and drainage very dirty and smelling, harbours of mosquitoes, cholera, dysentery etc we should avoid dumping refuse in water during rain to avoid drainage blocks
4.Infrastructure-We still have a lot to do for infrastructure to be simultaneous to the growing population....in my own opinion for them to even rate Lagos high for infra doesn't mean they have pass mark i stand with analysis of NAIRALAND poster NoreenUG....Lagos traffic alone can give you a nightmare it doesn't mean that we have more vehicles in Lagos than NY its because no adequate road network/Interchange in Lagos, No pipe borne water in Lagos, no metro rail link in Lagos, no efficient sea transport in Lagos, no steady power supply in Lagos despite huge business compliant friendly,
5.Culture-Not much to talk about even though we have minimal uncultured lifestyle like gay, diabolism, drug cartel etc
6.Education-We have a lot to do here to harmonize the teaming population explosion witnessing daily in Lagos still have leaking roofs and decay school building in Lagos environment which does not suppose to be so in a place like Lagos, Lack of teaching aids, we are not talking about the same schools in Lekki, V/I, IKOYI etc which are mostly private and highly exorbitant not for lower/middle class population
My conclusion, if we want Lagos to be rank in the committees of great cities let us consider the indexes very important and work towards attaining those height you cannot underscore the fact that the aforementioned cities worth it such as Vancouver, Toronto, Melbourne, London, Paris, Tokyo, Vienna, Swiss etc Let us not develop the habit of criticism rather see it as a yard stick and avenue to use it and improve our living standard however if the condition is better it still we that will enjoys it not the raters nothing good like a nice place to live

Having gone through all the pictures.....i want to thank you in the first place for your determination to own a property in place like Port Harcourt the 3rd cosmopolitan city in Nigeria.....if i may comment though i saw the plan, foundation, terrain, materials quality.....i may say that is not easy but then block work/Foundation ....58% solid, the plan shows ground floor/1st floor but some physical structure shows up to 2nd floor...i doubt the capability of the foundation to carry upto that considering the rod sizes and scanty nature of spreading anyway.....58%, Finally by the plan arrangement seems you will have several flats in there....but if on the contrary fine if not be ready to contend with tenants for packing space either you will wake up early to remove vehicle for a tenant to go to work or one problem or the other due to lingering parking space.....notwithstanding......40%, Cumulatively......you got my 52%......cheers but make sure the land is registered at Greater Port Harcourt city Development

Genesis2:1-3 is an account of the creation of Heaven and Earth which God rested on the seventh day which also known as the Sabbath day....after MAN fell from God's liberty through SIN.....it was Jesus who came to die to reconcile MAN to God......He came as a sinless child to manifest in mankind through a sinless womb that bore Christ.....take note Christ means Saviour.....before his coming there was a great quietness in Heaven as regards who will come to safe mankind before he offer himself to come and die to redeem us from the curse of the land....... on the 3rd day when he resurrected he keep appearing to the disciples that gathered to pray as he commandeth that they should not forsake the gathering of one another......it is on this note that Christian gathered on Sundays to commemorate his resurrection on the first day which also known as Sunday.....If you don't believe on the ressurection of Jesus Christ......then you don't have any business to be a Christian because it is through Christ we have Christians.......kindly find the attached verses..... Op, The human mind is like a computer.. Everything you are today is what you have been programmed to be. You were not born with any religious inclination, you were thought to a religious.

I was raised by a very Godly man.. I was raised to be christian. I grew up mimicking everything that I saw and heard in Church. At age 12 I got baptised by water and of the Holy Spirit. I remember the day of the Holy Spirit Baptism seating in a room full of people praying super hard.. I was just a kid, but I really believed in what I was doing. I was genuinely Born Again, I prayed daily, I had stopped stealing my Mums money and meat from the pot, I was preaching to people and even use to anchor some morning devotions in the house. I remember praying so hard and waiting for that 'Holy Spirit' baptism feeling to come and it never did.. Everybody was acting like they were under a spell, speaking in tongues and I just never got there.. SO I started rambling nonsense.. Well, long story short, that day I became Holy Spirit baptized.. I started preaching in school and had the nickname 'Pastor'..

But by my natural nature, I am inquisitive and a rebel of sorts.. I started asking questions. I got a lot of 'Go and pray for the Holy Spirit to reveal the answers to you' response to most of my question. I wondered why they who the Holy Spirit spoke too couldn't provide the answers I needed. Then I started reading broad (outside of religious books).. I realized that the one key aspect of all religion was BELIEF.. The Christians believe that a Virgin Woman was impregnated by God and she gave birth to his Son to come and die for us so that God can forgive us for committing sin which he also created. I realized that the Muslims believe that the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the most holy Prophet of Allah and that his messages were given to him by God for Mankind.. The traditionalist believe that their ancestors seat in the great council of ancestors in the sky and preside over them and to reach them, you need to believe that a stone, or a carved wood or whatever was the medium. Basically, everyone believes, nobody actually KNOWS..

I find that in life, you don't need religion to be a Morally Upright person. You don't need religion to know that stealing is bad or that telling lies is bad. You dont need religion to know that Peace is better than conflict. You dont need religion to actually know the difference between Good and bad. All people who follow religion are looking for is how to elongate life. How to keep living beyond the grave. Sadly, whatever lies beyond the Grave is unknown to the living. I live my life to be as good a Human being as I can be. I had no clue how I got here and if there is an afterlife, when I get there, I will figure it out and get it right.

After careful digestion of various thoughts from people i came out happy that no one put up superior argument that there's no God/creator.....it is also on record that no other religion has been able to give us a convincing evidence of how man came to be apart from christian religion....Now we Christians believe in Holy TRINITY that is God the Father......who made MAN and when MAN fall out of the liberty God gave him.......God the SON comes in.....who pays the price of our disobedience and sin through Crucifixion and buried.....God the Holy SPIRIT is the one who gave us liberty today through the redemption and immunity which we enjoys today which his Resurrection offers us.......If Christ did not raise up from the death we wouldn't have this liberty today to live like kings and queens and the old order would have been applied but because he has done it all and now Sited at the right hand side of the creator who sent him and Mediate for us when we go astray.....it is through this that we have a Bible to give you comfort and encouragement anytime you intend to go astray just like a constitution to guard Legislatures anytime they found wanting......Finally there's no Religion like Christianity....a religion of tolerance, peace, wisdom and understanding...a religion where everybody are stake holders no superiority....a religion where you can know him today and also become a king instantly without segregation
