Please I need help as regards this

I applied for visa and UKVI asked me to upload additional documents on two occasion. This caused delay and now the CAS deadline is over now the UKVI requested me to upload an extension in CAS.
I contacted the school about this development and I was told registration is over that I have to deffer admission.
I would like to know how I can pend the visa application or get refund for September intake or how best to handle this situation

I got a mail from UKVI to upload additional documents which is a bank statement. I uploaded the bank statement and later they requested for documents to show my engagement after completing studies. I have also uploaded my employment letter and payslips.
I want to know if I can stop my POF ( proof of Fund) guess they are ok with that pending visa decision .
I have uploaded the screenshot of the 2 mails I got from UKVI.

Please how can I contact UKVI to expedite visa action. I am at the risk of missing school enrollment . I paid for priority visa and I was asked to upload additional documents which I did. Their phone contact is not going through on the UKVI site

What happens if for example my school registration date ends January 23 and I get my visa Jan 30. I will like to know if I would be allowed to travel to UK under such case because my school said there will be no late registration
