someone should assist with this request.

My employer are unwilling to issue me with a reference letter stating my roles / responsibilities as this against the company policy.

The only person available to sign for me is on the same level with me. Can i or my colleague of the same level sign the statutory declaration since i have all other documents like, tax clearance, pay slips, employment, promotion, confirmation, etc to support the claim.
I sent you a pm. kindly reply

Sorry. A few more clarifications please

For the proof of funds - I am the principal applicant but can the proof of funds - property, etc be in the name of my spouse?
Can it be joint or must it be my name primarily? Would they really accept pension funds account as POF?
wow . i thought PR doesn't require proof of funds?? some one please clarify this for me . thanks

Good day everyone, please i need help as am in a dilemma , i am about to send my documents to my accessing body ( AIMS- AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENTIST) as i am a medical lab scientist by profession. but one of the documents required is a reference letter from my company to back up my employment/work experience claim. now my problem is i don't want my company to know of my immigration plans, so getting this letter means i have to tell the management which i rather not. pleaseee any advice on how to cross this bridge would be highly appreciated.. thanks
