Good day, I am a graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, but I have great passion for agriculture be it crop and livestock but the main problem I am facing and other graduate are facing is access to fund, I have access to land but the most challenging pat is the fund for doing the business, pls how can we graduate have access to loan, even I don't mind using my certificate as a collateral. Pls enlight us remember I am not the only one this thing is affecting pls share your experience with us.

They were actually 7 weeks old. I got them from a farmer who raises hatchling to 6 weeks. I stay in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Hello house. I am a new turkey farmer, with 30 6-, week old birds.

I have heard that it is recommended to separate the birds with a male:female ratio of about 1:4. This is to ensure proper fertilization of the females(because I plan on collecting and hatching the eggs, and selling off the hatchlings), and also to prevent fighting (something I witnessed firsthand! )

So, I would like to know if keeping the turkeys in pens would disrupt the organic farming I'm aiming for(less fat when they are table-size)

Any other advice would be appreciated (eg best feed to give, when to change type of feed[chick to growers mash], any precautions to take, etc.)

P.S.: They are still on top feed chick mash. How may weeks old is it advisable to switch to growers mash? I plan on using top feed throughout, because I heard it is good for laying female turkeys. any contrary opinion?

boss my advice is take it, because mine worst I was given jss1-3 basic technology, Physics ss1-3 mathematics ss1-3 for just 15k
