If u live in Lagos or have someone in Lagos then just go straight to Alaba. That's where I usually get mine. However there are so many fake in the market now these days coupled with fake coils inside. So be very cautious and insist on a replacement policy if discovered during installation. Cheers.

Please who knows a very good dish installer around Isolo area of Lagos.... I'm trying to install a 3M dish for hotbird and all the rest. And my current installer has being messing me up. This is one month now and the guy no get jack shit

Sky UK , no longer receivable on 4M in jos in the last 2weeks and cuts across all guys having 4M.

Signal is so weak that it cracks badly during the day and goes off in the evening.

a summary of my failed hunt today. location: Maiduguri north east Nigeria. dish size 2.4m. had set out to track paksat. I used the frequency 4007v15555. after over 2hours of sweat in the hot Maiduguri sun, my efforts were greeted with red bars. I gave up on it and decided to hunt down idman. I used the tp 3730v30000. I got green in less than 10min. I was optimistic that after changing to my Ku band lb, I'd hit green but to my utter dismay, the bars were redder than ripe miango pepper. all efforts proved abortive. I then moved over to hunt for Eri TV. it was another difficult task but as I was about giving up, I hit green on 12523 v 6000. I was about rejoicing when I imputed the frequency for eritv on 10832 V 2780 but once more I hit red. after over 7 hours, I got nothing to show for it. am so sad but I've not given up. I still believe these channels are receivable and I'll continue d hunt. anyone with useful suggestions should please assist.

Thinking of bringing down the dish and reinstalling all over with a new lnb like digisat.

Kanal D freq is 11911 H 27500. But u can use Ntv Spor freq 2 search 12015 H 27500. It is about 6degrees away 4rm Dstv 36 - 42. Mind u dis same freq 12015 is @ Dstv position with full signals. Drive down a litle

I tried to hunt down TM2(ORTM2)on intelsat 31.5w TP 12341 v 2120 with my sat metre today but i did not get it on my 1.8m dish.this channel also shows epl,laliga &other leagues.According to najmsat&it is receivable in mali west africa.i have its latest biss key released in june 2015.pls other gurus in NIGERIA with big dishes should also try to hunt down this bird.I'm reporting frm ABUJA- NIGERIA

This is not a correct wire chart for use with DC.
Look out for DC Cable sizing charts on UK sites.
For your information also
A 16mm² flexible cable of one meter is capable of handling up to 94 amp of 24v DC at 1% acceptable loss.
Therefore the cable attached to the 1.4kva Sukam inverter is for more sufficient to do its job at 100% load which will only draw about 46amp.
Moreso, no body expects you to load inverter up to 100% for a prolonged period.
This is the last time I'll talk about this.

@life707 according to flysat ..TM2 is same as ortm2 on 22west Ku (11552/H/40000)band right?seems like the Channel is already close!

seems like you picked astra2e/2f..both sats was launched between 2012 and 2013 probably migration of transponders reduced the signal quality besides this is UK regional beam I think you are fortunate enough to lock Astra uk beam though..

Surprisingly some people in Lagos get it on 2.6M dish with a good Lnbf.
