Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

John 9:4 "I must work the works of the lord God Almighty who sent me to give life and breath and all things, while it is day: the night is coming, when no man can work". 9:5 "As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world". Says the lord Christ Jesus. Direct statement from the lips of a true career man, not just some feelers, but someone who knows there is the Almighty eternal Ruler, and creator of all things visible and invisible to both eyes. The part you are able to witness. I want to share with you about career. it is the glory and the mystery of the Godhead, that you are carrying inside the womb of word, dwelling inside your heart right now, if only you believe. Beyond your flesh and blood. Remember last time out, I shared with you that the lord God Almighty breath into Adam and he received life and breath and all things. This is pure fact, and I know that there is no one on earth, even in allheavens who can dispute this facts, it is clearly written in the Holy Book. Firstly, the lord God Almighty created the original innermost man, and, then secondly the lord God Almighty in his next move as the first career author, formed the man of the dust, made a transfer of the first created nature, into the mortal man, he receives life and breath and all things. And began to live and breathe and all things. He was again transferred into the garden of Eden. This means the house of fellowship. That's why the lord God Almighty would always come to Adam and Eve in cool of the day to spend time with them in sweet fellowship. On that particular day, the history of how death entered into the world. Before the lord God Almighty came into Adam and Eve for fellowship, they have already received the slavery of good and evil. They have eaten the wrong information at the wrong time. Don't be like that folks. Don't act like your forefathers did towards the all loving Almighty healer of all of our thirsting and hunger for better days. He fills us with wonders too great, beyond understanding of men, if we can believe all things are possible to us. Who you are is only a top secret that only one person knows. He reveals this to his Son, the lord Christ Jesus, whom the lord God Almighty appointed Governor of his projects, and the Son takes it through the Holy Spirit, by his apostles and prophets to you. But you are not seeking the all supplying father of life, who is rooted and grounded in reality only. And there is no falsehood in him, or deceitfulness of the fallen nature. He existed before there ever was a career call time, to live, breath and all things to possess. Oh, you didn't know that time is doing his job, and in the future will be no more. You just want to exist, you don't care whether the earth breaks down or the heavenly elements be loosen, the only thing you care about is you. And this is the reason why you are going to lose out fully. Let us proceed to open the mystery of who you are and how you find yourself and realise a career you will be willing to lay down even your own life for. If all you do is just living, enjoying your time with what you call a better job or whatever professions and you never get to see the true light which brightens every man who come into this Land of darkness, you are of all men miserable. The almighty declaring to the whole generations of people, screaming through one of his prophets, Isaiah Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine; for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. 60:2 For, behold, the darkness will cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you. Make no mistakes about this, this is already happening right now, and no one would say it's not true. We can see the level of darkness in the whole wide world. Starting from the rulers and those being ruled. The grossly darkness is as much as the mouth of the lord God Almighty have uttered through one of his prophets. And so, you must accept what I am sharing with you right now, someone will not believe, but that shouldn't be you. Satan is working so hard to convert more people through the darkness in them. I am sharing the light to you right now so that you can see. Your career begins when you start reflecting the true light which is only shining from the very heart of the giver of life and breath and all things. If you reflect the fallen nature light, fearful future awaits you, things you don't even have a clue of. Let us proceed again to get this job done. Light is revelations that no one taught you, but a divine encounter given to you from the realm of the lord God Almighty. That's a career. It's the voice of you. Like you hear me speaking to the depth of you. Let us get this thing done quickly,. I have so many things to share with us. Only the lord God Almighty is able to answer this question about you. I know that many will try to say they know the answer to this all times question. I am telling you categorically you lack the information of who you are and it is at this point that your career begins. My insight is from the Holy Book because it's the way, the truth and the life of everything. Don't tell me that I sound religious. Religion is man ways of reaching out to the lord God Almighty without regard to the testimony of the lord God Almighty. He provided only two persons who have stood on behalf of the whole entire generation. Who we should trust and not just any speakers risen from no true sender. Before you accept anyone's message, they should at least give you an eternal sign to prove their authenticity in the history of human sojourners. One is Adam, we read from the Bible how that Adam and Eve plunge the whole universe into death, because of listening to what that proud fellow have to say. Romans 5:19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, Did you hear that?, Exactly what I have been struggling to explain to you all along. We are all connected to each other. You may not have known this mighty truth from the pure heavenly. What you are doing is actually affecting someone out there. You are related to one another. But you see, as long as you keep listening to that fraudsters call Satan, you will remain in the prison of yourself. What Adam as the first career man did affected the whole generations of people who knew him or never saw him. It automatically affected their life, breath and all things. Don't forget to receive the second part of this truth. "So by the obedience of one is many made righteous. The second witness is the lord Christ Jesus, he was tempted just as we were tempted by the wicked one called Satan. He passed the test and is glorified in the highest court of grace and reality, his father, the lord God Almighty honoured him with a crown of life and Joy for ever more. We are so excited about Christ Jesus's obedience and victory everyday of our lives. We must look to him everyday for life and breath and all things. That's how your career starts, by looking to Jesus, the author of life breath and all things and the one who made the way where there was no way to eternal life. Find yourself What is your message and the style and the measure of faith he has given to you to share with your brothers in darkness, to bring them to light. It's not for the money folks, for no one can serve two master This is my commandments says the lord Christ Jesus, that you should love one another, even as I have loved you. Greater love had no one, that a man should give his life to people he called his friends. I am the true tree, you are my branches, every branch in me which bears no fruit, the lord God Almighty, my father, takes it away from my body, but every branch in me which produces my kind of goodness and healing all who are oppressed by that foolish fellow Satan, he grants grace to the humble. And fills them with the Spirit from heaven. For the lord God Almighty is with us. Find yourself right now, and begin to flow and produce results or you will be cut off from the garden of Life and breath and all things. The next move.....

After forfeiting several properties, Allison Madueke moves to a small flat in London - Former minister of petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, has reportedly moved to a small flat in London - The ex-minister, who is currently embroiled in a fraud scandal has been asked to forfeit UK properties worth over £11 million - She has also been forced to forfeit about N7.6 billion allegedly hidden in a Nigerian bank There are reports by online media, The Cable, that former minister of petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, has moved into a small London flat after losing several properties to the UK and Nigeria government in an ongoing fraud case against her. The flat rented by the ex-minister is reportedly located in the same building as her apartment recently seized along with other properties by the UK government. Recall that NAIJ.com earlier reported that the United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency (NCA) froze a £10million (over N4billion) worth of London property allegedly bought for Alison-Madueke. According to the report, two properties at Regents Park in London, along with one in Buckinghamshire, have now been frozen based on the request of Nigerian authorities. A London court gave the frozen order since September 2016, but details of the rulings have been kept secret until this period. NAIJ.com learnt that Alison-Madueke, who was also recently ordered to forfeit the sum of N7.6billion by a Nigerian court, has had to cut down her expensive lifestyle, hence the decision to move into a rented apartment. Meanwhile, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has reiterated its resolve to follow the rule of law as a group, “Concerned Nigerians”, led a protest to its headquarters, calling for repatriation of Alison-Madueke. |

President Buhari to Inaugurate All-Inclusive Committee over N56,000 Minimum Wage Demand Author: Aanu Adegun Sen. Chris Ngige, Minister of Labour and Employment says that the report of the Technical Committee on Minimum Wage and Palliatives will soon be approved by the president. President Buhari is reportedly set to inaugurate committee on minimum wage The Minister of Labour and Employment said President Muhammadu Buhari will soon approve the setting up of a 29-man committee to engage organised Labour in negotiating a new national minimum wage for workers. According to him, the committee’s report will be subjected to the scrutiny of the National Assembly before government’s implementation. Recall that organised Labour comprising the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) and the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has submitted a N56,000 new national minimum wage request to the government. While addressing reporters in his office after a meeting of the technical committee, Ngige said the committee was yet to be set up. He noted that the technical committee set up to work out modalities for the review of the palliatives would soon submit its report to the main committee. On June 3, 2016 a joint technical committee of the Federal Government and organised labour was inaugurated on palliatives and minimum wage. He however claimed that it was within the ambit of the National Assembly to amend the minimum wage act, since national minimum wage issues are on the exclusive list. He also said that the main committee made up of eight ministers and the Secretary to Government of the Federation, including Labour leaders. He said they will adopt or review the report before submitting it to President Buhari who will then approve the composition of the national minimum wage committee, The Nation reports. https://www.naij.com/1094790-president-buhari-inaugurate-all-inclusive-committee

Prophet Ayenbumose says there is hope for Nigeria, fortunes will turn around soon The founder of Holy Michael C&S Church, in Ibadan, has said that Nigerians will soon have a reason to praise President Buhari once the economic recession is over. Prophet Ayenbumose says Nigerians will soon have a reason to praise President Buhari Prophet Olu Adekola who is the founder of the Holy Michael Cherubim and Seraphim church, Alakia, Isebo in Ibadan, Oyo state, has made some prophetic pronouncements on President Buhari and Nigeria as a whole. Speaking in an interview with Tribune, the prophet popularly called Ayenbumose said President Buhari will give Nigerians reasons to be happy in no distant time. Read what he said in the interview below: What do you make of the current situation in the country; is there any hope for the people? "I can tell you that there is hope for Nigeria. The case of Nigerians is just like that of the people of Israel in Egypt that did not listen to the voice of God and paid dearly for their disobedience. Let Nigerians return to God and see the fortune of the country turnaround. The economic situation will begin to change for good, when the people give their hearts to God. The people walked aimlessly for several years because they didn’t put God first in their journey. Let me say this again that Nigerians will rejoice after recession. They will praise President Muhammadu Buhari, for taking some of the steps he took before now. The results are beginning to come out in a way or two, but it will take time. Nigerians should continue to pray for the man and by doing so, he would be strong enough to fulfill the promises he made to them. The fact is that none of them at the top is a saint but, God knows how to use the few good ones among them to bring out positive results. There are many people who have been saying all manner of things in the media; some said he would not come back from London where he had gone to have himself examined medically. The man is back to work now and he will continue from where he stopped. I strongly believe that Nigerians will come out of this economic turmoil a better people." Many church owners have raised concerns about the poor condition of the economy, which they claim has affected attendance of members and even offerings. How are you coping? "My ministry is like Goshen in Egypt. The Bible says in the book of Psalms that ‘the young lion do lack and suffer hunger but those that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.’ We thank God for being good to us in this challenging period. We can’t say that we have not had our low moments and we still do, but God has been kind to us. God has his way of taking care of His people, no matter the condition. I don’t belong to the class of people who constantly complain about a situation; I am of the opinion that one should use every bad situation to his advantage. Prayer is the key. People should learn how to pray their way out of troubling moments. To the glory of God, we have been fine in recession. We have been sustaining the church because the Bible says ‘they that they that trust in the Lord shall be as Mount Zion, which cannot be removed but abide forever." Has God revealed anything to you about Nigeria for the rest of 2017? "This year will be great for those that choose to stay on the side of God. It is a year of judgment for those who have subjected the people to untold hardship because of their selfish interests. God will visit their households with fury that they would not be able to contain. Don’t be surprised when you start hearing that some people are imploring God for mercy over what they have done to the people over the years. The year 2017 will be an unforgettable one for Nigerians." https://gossip.naij.com/1094557-prophet-ayenbumose-hope-nigeria-fortunes-turn-soon.html

Xenophobic attack: Why Nigeria will retaliate – Interior Minister, Dambazau The Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau, rtd, has said that if South Africa keeps making things difficult for Nigeria, the only option would be to retaliate. He said South African authorities were not doing much to quell the endless extra-judicial killings and xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in the country. Dambazua gave the warning at a joint press briefing with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, yesterday in Abuja. The Minister reminded South Africa of the principle of reciprocity of action in international diplomacy. He said his ministry would collaborate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Consular Services. “In the event that the South African authority continues to make things difficult for us, we will have no choice than to make things difficult for them too,” he said. On the exact number of Nigerians in South African prisons, the minister said, “I have asked the Home Affairs minister about the exact number of Nigerians in South African prisons but he was not able to give me the exact figure. “I am going to have another meeting with the minister after now to sort out all those issues.” He added, “But from what I could gather, most of the Nigerians in South African prisons were convicted of drugs, fraud and prostitution. As at now, Nigeria has no prisoner agreement with South Africa. “That is an issue that we are going to discuss with the Home Affairs minister but one of the things that came up as the result of this xenophobic saga is to know the number of Nigerians in South Africa.” On the number of Nigerians living and doing business in South Africa, the Minister said, “They gave us an estimate of 800,000 while others say 600,000. The gaps we have is that, most Nigerians don’t register with the Nigerian mission in South Africa when they get there. “We have suggested that the Nigeria Union of South Africa should carry out a kind of registration of Nigerians living in each province, since the association has a presence in almost all the provinces in the country. “Then take all the names of those registered to the Nigeria High Commission in Pretoria, so that if anything goes wrong, the mission can be in the know.” http://dailypost.ng/2017/03/18/xenophobic-attack-nigeria-will-retaliate-interior-minister-dambazau/

Fresh tomatoes arrive Lagos from Kano by rail first time in 58 years For the first time in 58 years, fresh tomatoes would arrive Lagos from Kano by rail today, The fresh tomatoes are being transported to Lagos from Kano by rail This feat is being recorded just days after Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Nigeria's vice president, flagged off the Lagos-Ibadan rail project This revelation was made by Emmanuel Itoya Ijewere, who Daily Trust describes as one of Nigeria’s eminent businessman with extensive experience and interests across the banking, finance and agricultural spectrums. Federal judges block Trump's travel ban By Laura Jarrett, CNN The travel ban was set to go into effect Thursday at midnight Judges focused on Trump's statements about Muslims during the presidential campaign (CNN)Two federal judges have temporarily blocked President Donald Trump's travel ban, both citing Trump's statements about Muslims during the presidential campaign as part of their rulings. A ruling by a federal judge in Hawaii Wednesday resulted in a temporary restraining order nationwide, hours before it was set to go into effect. In a decision published Thursday morning, another federal judge in Maryland specifically blocked the 90-day ban on immigration for citizens of six Muslim-majority countries. In a 43-page ruling, US District Court Judge Derrick Watson, who presides in Honolulu, concluded in no uncertain terms that the new executive order failed to pass legal muster at this stage and the state had established "a strong likelihood of success" on their claims of religious discrimination Trump decried Watson's ruling during a rally Wednesday night in Nashville, introducing his statement as "the bad, the sad news." "The order he blocked was a watered-down version of the first one," Trump said, as the crowd booed the news. "This is, in the opinion of many, an unprecedented judicial overreach," he added, before pledging to take the issue to the Supreme Court if necessary. The practical effect of Watson's ruling -- which applies nationwide -- is that travelers from six Muslim-majority countries and refugees will be able to travel to the US. Unlike the previous executive order, the new one removed Iraq from the list of banned countries, exempted those with green cards and visas and removed a provision that arguably prioritizes certain religious minorities. The new ban was announced earlier this month and was set to take effect Thursday. It would have banned people from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen from entering the US for 90 days and all refugees for 120 days. "The illogic of the Government's contentions is palpable. The notion that one can demonstrate animus toward any group of people only by targeting all of them at once is fundamentally flawed," Watson wrote. "Equally flawed is the notion that the Executive Order cannot be found to have targeted Islam because it applies to all individuals in the six referenced countries," Watson added. "It is undisputed, using the primary source upon which the Government itself relies, that these six countries have overwhelmingly Muslim populations that range from 90.7% to 99.8%." "It would therefore be no paradigmatic leap to conclude that targeting these countries likewise targets Islam," Watson added. "Certainly, it would be inappropriate to conclude, as the Government does, that it does not." "When considered alongside the constitutional injuries and harms ... and the questionable evidence supporting the Government's national security motivations, the balance of equities and public interests justify granting the Plaintiffs' (request to block the new order)," Watson wrote. The Justice Department said it will defend the new travel ban. "The Department of Justice strongly disagrees with the federal district court's ruling, which is flawed both in reasoning and in scope. The President's Executive Order falls squarely within his lawful authority in seeking to protect our Nation's security, and the Department will continue to defend this Executive Order in the courts," DOJ said in a statement Wednesday night. Judge points to cable news comment After Trump initially blasted a federal judge in Seattle on Twitter for blocking the original travel ban, and several other federal courts halted its implementation last month, the White House went back to the drawing board for over a month and rewrote the ban -- hoping this one would survive legal scrutiny. Yet certain statements made by Trump's senior advisers have come back to bite the administration in court. Both Watson and Judge Theodore Chuang in Maryland brought up specific statements made by the President and Stephen Miller, one of his top policy advisers and a reported architect of the original order, in cable news interviews. Trump made plain his opposition to Islam in an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper last year, asserting: "I think Islam hates us." Cooper asked then-candidate Trump in the interview to clarify if he meant Islam as a whole or just "radical Islam," to which Trump replied, "It's very hard to separate. Because you don't know who's who." The judge cited this interview as an example of the "religious animus" behind the executive order and quoted Trump telling Cooper: "We can't allow people coming into this country who have this hatred of the United States." Likewise, the decision cited an interview Miller had on Fox News following the legal struggles of the first executive order last month, which the legal opponents of the ban have emphasized repeatedly. In a February interview, Miller downplayed any major differences the new executive order would have from the first and said it would be "responsive to the judicial ruling" holding it up and have "mostly minor technical differences." "Fundamentally, you're still going to have the same basic policy outcome for the country," Miller added. "These plainly-worded statements, made in the months leading up to and contemporaneous with the signing of the Executive Order, and, in many cases, made by the Executive himself, betray the Executive Order's stated secular purpose," Watson wrote. "Any reasonable, objective observer would conclude, as does the court for purposes of the instant Motion for TRO, that the stated secular purpose of the Executive Order is, at the very least, 'secondary to a religious objective' of temporarily suspending the entry of Muslims," he added. Judge Theodore Chuang of Maryland. Chuang agreed. "These statements, which include explicit, direct statements of President Trump's animus toward Muslims and intention to impose a ban on Muslims entering the United States, present a convincing case that the first executive order was issued to accomplish, as nearly as possible, President Trump's promised Muslim ban," Chuang wrote on Thursday. "In particular, the direct statements by President Trump and (former New York City Mayor Rudy) Giuliani's account of his conversations with President Trump reveal that the plan had been to bar the entry of nationals of predominantly Muslim countries deemed to constitute dangerous territory in order to approximate a Muslim ban without calling it one precisely the form of the travel ban in the first executive order." Changes not enough, judge says While Watson signaled that this temporary freeze of the travel ban may not last forever, he nevertheless concluded that the changes made between the first and second versions of the travel ban weren't enough. "Here, it is not the case that the Administration's past conduct must forever taint any effort by it to address the security concerns of the nation," he wrote. "Based upon the current record available, however, the Court cannot find the actions taken during the interval between revoked Executive Order No. 13,769 and the new Executive Order to be 'genuine changes in constitutionally significant conditions.'" Notably, however, Chuang issued a preliminary injunction, which will last through a trial on the merits of the case, whereas Watson only issued a temporary restraining order of the executive order, which is typically more limited in time. Watson said he intends to set an expedited hearing to determine whether it should be extended. Immigration advocates applauded Watson's ruling Wednesday evening immediately. "The Constitution has once again put the brakes on President Trump's disgraceful and discriminatory ban. We are pleased but not surprised by this latest development and will continue working to ensure the Muslim ban never takes effect," said ACLU attorney Omar Jadwat, who argued for the case for the challengers in Maryland federal court earlier on Wednesday. The Justice Department has yet to indicate its next legal steps. A federal judge in Washington state is also in the process of evaluating challenges to the new travel ban, but may defer ruling in light of the nationwide ruling in Hawaii. CLARIFICATION: This story has been updated to reflect Chuang's ruling was published Thursday morning. CNN's Eli Watkins contributed to this report.

Senate, Magu saga: 7 things that may happen next The Senate declined confirming Ibrahim Magu as the chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) twice in three months. Magu was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari as acting chairman of the EFCC on November 9, 2015 and in June 2016, he wrote a letter to the Senate seeking the confirmation of Magu as the substantive chairman of the anti-graft agency. After rejecting Ibrahim Magu, the Senate requested that the president nominate a replacement for him In December 2016, the Senate rejected Magu’s nomination, based on a damning report by the Department of State Services (DSS), which is also an agency of the federal government. In January, Buhari re-nominated Ibrahim Magu for confirmation saying he had been briefed on the security report by the DSS. On Wednesday, March 15, the Senate once again rejected Magu’s confirmation based on a status report by the DSS that indicted Magu as "a liability to the anti-corruption fight of the present administration.” Now that Magu has been rejected for the second time, these are what may likely happen. 1. Buhari may ignore the Senate After rejecting Magu, the Senate requested that the president nominate a replacement for him. The president is yet to react to the recent rejection. They said to re-nominate Magu for a third time would amount to undermining the DSS and portraying the agency as incompetent, incapable of doing its job, and rubbishing the institution. According to Femi Adesina, the presidential spokesman, the presidency will respond to the legislature’s rejection of Magu as EFCC boss after it receives official communication in writing from the Senate. Buhari may just decide to ignore the Senate and allow Magu continue as the acting EFCC boss. 2. Magu will continue in acting capacity The rejection of Magu as substantive EFCC chairman does not stop him from continuing to be acting chairman. The Senate can only refuse to confirm him but they cannot stop Buhari from appointing an acting chairman. It has not removed his powers to investigate or prosecute alleged corrupt people. Magu’s power still remains intact as acting chairman unless President Buhari says otherwise. 3. Rift between the EFCC and DSS There have been speculations of inter-agency rivalry between the DSS and the EFCC. The rivalry between both security agencies came to the fore after reports insinuated that the minister of justice and Attorney General of the Federation Abubakar Malami forwarded files of the seven Justices suspected of judicial corruption to the DSS instead of the EFCC because he was not happy with the selective manner the anti-graft agency handled previous petitions sent to it. Should the EFCC decide to retaliate against the report of the DSS, things will get messier and the public may lose confidence in their ability to perform their duties. 4. APC may run into internal crisis While some senators belonging to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) are in support of Magu’s rejection, others want him to be confirmed. Ali Ndume who expressed his dissatisfaction with the decision, accused the Senate of double standard. Recall that Ndume was removed as the majority leader of the Senate in January and according to him, it was because the Senate did not follow the proper procedure before rejecting Magu’s nomination. 5. Legislative and executive clash Apparently, President Buhari is determined to have Magu lead the anti-corruption campaign which is why he nominated and renominated him after he was rejected. The presidency will not be happy that the legislature rejected Magu for a second time and this may pitch the executive against the legislature. 6. Corruption war might gather more steam For rejecting him, Magu may just get fiercer with the anti-corruption war. Since he came on board, the EFCC has recovered a lot of funds and many prominent Nigerians who were untouchable have been arrested. Magu may decide to go after more corrupt lawmakers including those belonging to the APC who have been left out of the corruption war. 7. Danger for the anti-corruption war President Buhari’s administration is committed to fighting corruption and the EFCC has moved from being a toothless bulldog to being a bulldog that can bark and bite. If Buhari decides to nominate another person who is not as fierce as Magu, the anti-graft agency may just go back to the days when it could only bark and not bite and this will not be good for the country and this administration’s anti-corruption war. Magu's rejection is the topic on most lips. Some Nigerians are wondering if President Buhari is truly in charge. Meanwhile, human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN), said the Senate ridiculed the office of President Buhari by rejecting to confirm Magu as EFCC chairman. https://www.naij.com/1094041-senate-magu-saga-7-happen-next.html

Mockery you are dumb Suleman is a scammer Did he chop three some or not Are you sure or not |
Reno Omokri on Otobo scandal: El-Rufai is capable of blackmailing Suleman, if he could say this about Jesus Pastor Reno Omokri, the former aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan on electronic media, has said that if Malam Nasir El-Rufai can make slanderous comments about Jesus Christ, then he can equally do anything to get at Apostle Suleman, just as the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, has alleged. Omokri made a couple of remarks on Facebook regarding the adultery scandal that has continued to evolve and generate great buzz around Nigeria. He said: "Not that I agree With Omega Fire Ministry's allegation that Nasir El-Rufai is behind Stephanie Otobo, but there are many coincidences and it begs questions. On March 29, 2016, Suleman challenged Elrufai over his Preaching License Bill. On April 3, 2016, Elrufai responded. Reno Omokri on Otobo scandal: El-Rufai is capable of blackmailing Suleman, if he could say this about Jesus "A man who can pay herdsmen (as he himself admitted) instead of arresting them shouldn't be underestimated. What is Suleman accused of? Sleeping with Otobo. Okay, El-Rufai tweeted on January 28, 2013 that “if Jesus criticises Jonathan’s government, Maku, Abati or Okupe will say that he slept with Mary Magdalene”. "That tweet betrays a mindset. If a man can say this about Jesus, one wonders what will happen to a mere mortal. Also, of all the states in Nigeria, why did the second faceless accuser ask for the protection of the Kaduna state govt. Does Kaduna have a reputation for peace or security? And why would a govt confirm such a thing to Premium Times? Then consider what President Obasanjo, Elrufai's boss of 8 years, wrote about him in his book 'My Watch Vol 2 “Nasir’s penchant for reputation savaging is almost pathological.” What is happening to Suleman today? Is it not 'reputation savaging'?" A religious twist Omokri took the issue a bit further, opining that: "Anyone who wants to speak up in defense of the Body of Christ and against killings of Christians must prepare for blackmail or leave the struggle! Why? Because Christians, especially Southern Nigerian Christians, are so superficial in their Christianity that, with their own hands, they will pull down one of theirs on allegations without a shred of proof! Look at how Muslims behaved when their spiritual leaders were accused in the Ese Oruru saga or when the Emir of Katsina (unbeknownst to many in the South, Emirs are spiritual not traditional rulers) was accused of abducting an underaged Christian girl. With Muslims, even with proof, they stick to their leaders. With Christians, even without proof, they destroy their leaders!" During Jesus's time on earth, He was falsely accused, without proof, of performing miracles by the power of beelzebub (satan). If some Nigerian Christians had been there when the Pharisees made that accusation, I am willing to stake my life that they would have believed the allegation against our Lord and Savior! A failed attempt "Look at the girl now saying 'God will expose' Apostle Suleman. She is very good at exposing her body and she promised Nigerians she would expose Apostle Suleman. Now, rather than giving Nigerians her promised proof she has shifted the onus to God in her interview with Continental TV! And there will be gullible Nigerians who will still take this manipulator serious. Last year, in the middle of one of the most divisive elections the world has ever seen, a girl accused Trump of defilement but because she had no proof Americans dismissed her. If he had been Nigerian, we would celebrate such a girl." https://www.naij.com/1093968-reno-omokri-otobo-scandal-el-rufai-capable-blackmailing-suleman-jesus.html

World's best airports for 2017 revealed (CNN)In news that should come as little surprise to global air travelers, Singapore's done it again. For the fifth year in a row the city-state's Changi Airport has been named "world's best airport" at the annual Skytrax World Airport Awards. The awards, announced during a ceremony in Amsterdam on March 14, are based on millions of international passenger surveys. How Singapore's airport is making its economy fly At this point, travelers might be wondering if there will ever be an airport that can surpass much-lauded Changi. Among the amenities spread through its three terminals are two 24-hour movie theaters screening the latest blockbusters for free, a rooftop swimming pool and a butterfly garden. A fourth terminal has just been completed and is due to open in the second half of 2017. "Winning the Skytrax World's Best Airport Award for the fifth consecutive year is immense encouragement to our 50,000-strong airport community at Changi Airport, every one of whom is passionate about delivering the most memorable airport experience to our passengers," said Lee Seow Hiang, CEO of Changi Airport Group, in a statement. Hamad International Airport: One to watch Though no airport has been able to knock Changi from the top spot, there's been a bit of movement in the rest of the top 10. Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) jumped two spots to push South Korea's Incheon International Airport from last year's second place position, moving Seoul's gateway to third. Munich Airport dropped a spot and moved to fourth on the list, while Hong Kong International held onto its fifth place position. Doha, Qatar's Hamad International Airport moved up four spots to number six -- a particularly impressive shift considering it was 22nd on the list in 2015. Germany's Frankfurt Airport is the only newcomer to this year's World's Best Airports list, booting Osaka's Kansai International Airport from the top 10. No love for North America Once again, North America failed to have an airport in the top 10. Emirates named world's best airline in 2016 Skytrax awards Vancouver Airport remains the No.1 airport in North America for an eighth consecutive year, moving up one spot to number 13 in this year's rankings. The top US airport in 2017 according to Skytrax is the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, number 26 on the list, followed by Denver International at number 28. For the full list of the world's 100 best airports visit the World Airports Awards website. Skytrax handed out awards in a variety of other categories as well, covering everything from cleanliness and food to passenger service. Tokyo Haneda was voted the world's cleanest airport, while Jakarta's Soekarno--Hatta International Airport has been singled out as the most improved. When it comes to dining, Hong Kong leads the way, while Taiwan's Taoyuan got the top spot in the best airport staff category. In terms of shopping, there's no topping London Heathrow, according to Skytrax. 2017 Skytrax World Airport Awards 1. Singapore Changi Airport 2. Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) 3. Incheon International Airport (Seoul, South Korea) 4. Munich Airport (Germany) 5. Hong Kong International Airport 6. Hamad International Airport (Doha, Qatar) 7. Chubu Centrair Nagoya (Japan) 8. Stop causing friction between me and National Assembly members - Buhari warns appointees But for President Muhammadu Buhari’s intervention, the Senate was ready to boot out Colonel Hameed Ali (rtd), the comptroller-general of customs. The president, it was learnt, had further threatened to sacrifice any of his appointee who attempts to cause a friction between him and the National Assembly. Hameed Ali reportedly ran to Saraki after Buhari's intervention Vanguard reports that Buhari warned his appointees not to overheat the polity by creating avoidable friction between the executive and the legislature arms of government. Ali later met with Saraki late Tuesday, March 14 after the latter had earlier written to the Senate that he would not be present at the Wednesday session to answer questions from the lawmakers. At the time of this report, however, it was not known if Ali would now honour the invitation by the Senate. The report said the meeting between Buhari, Senate President Bukola Saraki and Speaker Yakubu Dogara was called at the instance of the former who pleaded with the lawmakers and tried to see how to resolve the looming crisis. According to the report, President Buhari was not comfortable with the language of some of his appointees and he particularly told the customs boss that whoever loves him will not at this point in time orchestrate any scuttle between the executive and the legislature. This was why, sensing the danger from Buhari, Ali ran to Saraki and reportedly regretted not honouring the Senate’s invitation, saying he was bereaved. Ali was summoned over a new policy that wants owners of cars in Nigeria to have custom duties and the senators wanted him to appear in the official uniform of the Nigerian Customs Service which he had never worn since taking up the appointment to head the parastatal. Senate spokesperson, Abdullahi Sabi, had said: “The subject matter for which we are summoning is not dire but critical to Nigerians. “We stand by the Nigerian people. The primary purpose of government is the welfare and security of Nigerians. “Any policy that infringes on the welfare and security of Nigerians is not a policy. The Nigerian Customs is being run in a way that Nigerians will pay for their inefficiencies. “You have done everything to buy a vehicle to give comfort to your family and somebody comes and tells you this – where is your customs duty? “This is why the Senate is not in support of the policy. It’s anti-people.”

BREAKING: Nigeria's inflation rate finally falls for the first time in 15 months Nigeria inflation rate finally fell for the first time since 2015 as consumer price index (CPI), which measures inflation in the economy went down in what signals as a recovery in the Nigerian economy. The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) says the inflation rate dropped from 18.72 percent in January 2017, to 17.78 percent in February 2017. “On a Headline basis, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) which measures inflation increased by 17.78 percent (year-on-year) albeit at a slower pace in February 2017, 0.94 percent points lower from the rate recorded in January (18.72) percent,” NBS said on Tuesday. “This represents the first time in 15 months that the headline CPI has declined on year on year basis representing the effects of slower rises in already high food and non food prices and favourable base effects over 2016 prices.” According to NBS, there are recorded price increases in “housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuel, education, food and alcoholic beverages, clothing and frontware and transportation services.” However, despite the recovery seen in the core inflation rate, it was noted that food prices remain on the rise, with a surge in the food index, from 17.82 percent in January to 18.53 percent (year-on-year) in February. The increase was driven by “increases in the prices of bread, cereals, meat, fish, potatoes, yams and other tubers and wine, while the slowest increase in food prices year-on-year were recorded by Soft Drinks, Coffee, Tea and Cocoa.” Meanwhile, in the video below, Naij.com visited markets recently to discover that despite President Buhari's return, prices of goods are still on the high side.
