1. Average? There is no perfect answer for that. Though, write until you exhaust what you have in mind. Great books are not measured by the number of pages, but how compelling and informative the book is even if it's 25 pages.

2. How long? Your level of laziness/expertise determines how long.

If you're an expert in a topic and you have your template/outline down, then it takes 24 hours to write a full book of 50 — 200 pages with voice to text technology.

If you're an armature, then a week or more. Sometimes, a month or more (pure laziness).

Sweetie, don't harm yourself. You have millions waiting for you to make in kdp writing, you just have to be patient and stay alive to get to those millions. I too started in 2017, though after writing two crazy books. I stopped and was doing other things. As crazy and stupid those books were they still trickled in a little thing. It's only this year January that I became more serious and started writing good books and I am now picking up slowly. If you can make $0.11 then you can make $1 million dollars too. All of us writers sometimes gets the small money in decimal points that add up to bigger money.
