Cons of the Ipaja Apartment
• Extra 600 transport (which will definitely be more than that on 50%+ days of the year) as compared to Ikeja residence.
• More time spent in traffic + increased stress level
• Insecurity
• Estimated Billing (corporate robbery)
• Classless
• Flood as you mentioned.

The extra you'd spent on tfare if you reside in Aburo will more than offset the difference between the Ikeja apartment and this one.

You can look at areas like Oworo, Mushin and Ilupeju if they are close to your work too. But house scarce for Lagos o and e too expensive (agent doings), so it'd be better if you have direct contact to a compassionate landlord.

The arrangement of name on the NIN is correct. It was rearranged(first & middle name) during pp registration. So I was asked the correct arrangement and I chose the NIN. The problem was with pp registration, not NIN. Now the passport will have the same name with his NIN.

They graduated before 30, so even if they are 80 currently they can still serve so far they are fit. That's the rule.

Since your son has a passport already and it's renewal you want to do, I'd advice you go to NIS office servicom to enquire.

I had this problem for my son. Middle name on NIN was first name on NIS. They asked me the correct arrangement, and I said NIN is correct. They told me to look for an officer like that, I found him and he took me to meet another officer in servicom. The man gave me his phone number and told me to call him at a certain time. I called and he said he has to send a mail to NIS Abuja for rearrangement. I was told to pay 5k for that. Then my boy captured a week later. I am diy but little mistakes like this is what they use to get money from diy people . I chose NIN to be correct because I didn't want them to send me to nimc. No nimc office close to me. Also, I felt that it will not be too stressful for them to do it in immigration office there.

You should have done NIMC correction. That rearrangement may affect his future docs unless you want him to continue using the names as currently arranged now

I am in Gwagwalada immigration office now to collect the passport I captured for, on the 20th of September. But what I am seeing here is beyond me, the officer they referred me to in S. A. to PCO office is showing me my file, that they pulled it out from production because I did not pay for settlement they called it compliance fee, that they are not going to do it.

It was a big drama today in their office, after I raised my voice that he remove my file because of bribe and no fault of mine and he didn't call to notify me of it since that day, to bring the so call compliance fee so that they can go ahead and produced the passport and he didn't even know if it was on health ground that I am doing the passport.

He asked that we should discuss and I told him that there is nothing I will discuss with him, that what I am there for is my passport, that he will explain later why he decided to remove my file from production when there was no issue with the file. At this point a lot of people both visitors and his fellow officers where all listening to the issue.
He decided to work away from the the office and asked my to leave, of which I told him I am going nowhere He came back about fifteen minutes later and called me and start by saying that he is going to produce the passport since it was on health ground that he is actually sorry for the whole thing, that he actually noticed the day I came for capturing I was not feeling well and that was why then he allowed me to captured, that it was a mixed up, and I will get the passport next week and he end up giving me his number. All this was because I raised my voice that he must explain why he removed my file from production.
NB, they are very fast in Gwagwalada office, they have finished up to September and they now producing October.

You shouldn't have taken his word for it, now he may find an issue to pin to your file and still won't produce the passport.

You should have done to servicom to report him and also report to the PCO and 2IC, so he'd be sanctioned and your passport produced immediately.

Mail NIS servicom.

Oh walk to the NIS HQ since you are in Abuja, ask for servicom unit and lay a physical complaint.

Or look for a more senior officer in that same Gwagwalada and report to him/her.

Those junior officers are wehrey, they almost pulled a fast one on me yesterday too.
