Politics / PDP To Buhari - You Cannot Blackmail Nigerians by liltee123(m): 9:06am On Feb 06, 2019
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) told President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday that he cannot blackmail Nigerians.

It insisted that Nigerians will defeat him in the February 16 presidential election.

The PDP lamented what it described as the administration’s incessant blackmail and threats against the opposition and law-abiding citizens.

In a statement by its spokesman Kola Ologbondiyan, the party said Nigerians will not buckle under the jackboots.

It also alleged efforts by the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) to heat up the polity, inject a crisis, undermine the general elections, then carry its heinous plots to use mercenaries from Niger Republic to unleash mayhem on the nation and blame it on the opposition.

The Federal Government has repeatedly accused the opposition of plotting to discredit the polls.

At a news conference on Monday, Information, Culture & Tourism Minister Lai Mohammed alleged that the opposition party has perfected a plan to attack the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the police.

He also accused the PDP of dragging the international community into what “is purely internal matter.”

In yesterday’s statement, Ologbondiyan drew the attention of the international community to what he described as land mines being set on the way of credible elections by the APC.

The PDP also cited the refusal by President Buhari to sign the amendment to the Electoral Act, the creation of illegal geo-spatial centers and polling units for allocation of “fictitious” votes for the APC, listing of APC supporters as electoral officials and the opening of borders to ‘mercenaries” to participate in the electoral process as some of the danger signals.

The statement reads: “It is now clear to all that the target of the APC is to demonise and cow the opposition, instill fear in Nigerians, undermine our democratic institutions, attempt to subjugate the citizenry.

“The PDP, as a political party with the highest demography of members and supporters, in their millions, across our nation, therefore states in unequivocal terms, that Nigerians will never allow themselves to be blackmailed, intimidated or cowed by the APC into relinquishing their constitutionally guaranteed rights, to freely choose their leaders, no matter the threats.

“The PDP stands with Nigerians, across the board, in demanding for a free, fair, transparent and credible general election.

“The PDP calls on the international community to note that the consequences of such resistance in a country of over 200 million people, who have made up their minds for a new leadership, is capable of triggering huge humanitarian crisis not only in Nigeria but also in the West African sub-region.”

Education / NLC To Begin Indefinite Strike On Jan 8 by liltee123(m): 6:21am On Jan 03, 2019
Following the inability of the Federal Government of Nigeria to urgently transmit the bill on the new national minimum wage to the National Assembly, the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has set Jan. 8 as a date for the commencement of an indefinite nationwide strike.
NLC President Comrade Ayuba Wabba said the strike would be inevitable if nothing happened before the said date.

He appealed to workers across the nation to support the strike action to succeed in the interest of their social and economic prosperity.
Comrade Wabba called on Federal Government to urgently transmit the bill on the new national minimum wage to the National Assembly for a speedy passage.
Wabba said: “It is unfortunate that the Federal Government is yet to transmit to the National Assembly an executive bill for the enactment of N30,000 as the new national minimum wage.

“Government’s dilly-dallying on the issue has strained Government-Labour relations with a potential for a major national strike which could just be days away.
“I want to appeal to the government to do the needful by urgently transmitting the bill on the new national minimum wage to the National Assembly.
“We also would like to use this same opportunity to urge workers to fully mobilise for a prolonged national strike and enforce their right.”

He further explained that the strike becomes inevitably the last option for labour, the NLC president called on all Nigerians and businesses to understand and support it.
He also assured workers that their labour, patience and diligence would not be in vain.
Wabba said the NLC leadership remains committed to giving its all to ensure workers get just and fair wages in a decent working environment appropriate to their well-being.
He added that the NLC leadership is similarly committed to social protection of workers.

Crime / Pregnant Woman Attacked By Neighbour Loses Pregnancy by liltee123(m): 12:40pm On Jan 01, 2019
A woman identified as Mrs Nkiru Peter, pictured above, has reportedly lost her pregnancy after one of her neighbours’ sons, ThankGod, allegedly gave her a headbutt during an argument.

According to Punch, Mrs. Peter lived in the same compound with Thankgod's parents  on Odinaka Street, Afromedia, Ajangbadi in Lagos State. Trouble started when Mama Thankgod got into an argument with Mrs Peter over the use of water. Mama Thankgod alleged that she pumped water and that the domestic staff of the Peters, Oluchi, wasted the water.

Oluchi was said to have denied using the water, which resulted in a quarrel between Mama ThankGod and  Mrs Peter, with the former said to have called the latter a witch. Oluchi was said to have told Mama ThankGod that her boss is not a witch.

Angry that the househelp challenged his mother, ThankGod allegedly attacked a pregnant Mrs Peters by giving her a headbutt, while his mother allegedly gave him a stone, which he used to injure the pregnant woman.

Peter was said to have fainted after the attack and rushed to the New Life Hospital in Ajangbadi for medical attention.

An eyewitness said that while Peter was taken to the hospital, ThankGod rushed to the Okokomaiko Police Station to report that he and his mother were manhandled by the pregnant lady. The eyewitness said the Divisional Police Officer sent two policemen to arrest Peter from the hospital, adding that when the policemen got to the hospital, a doctor asked them to arrange for a vehicle to convey the lady to the station.

“ThankGod and his mother inflicted serious injuries on the woman. While the woman was taken to the hospital, ThankGod went to report the matter at the Okokomaiko Police Station as though the lady was the one that caused the problem.

The DPO ordered the arrest of the pregnant lady from the hospital. When the policemen who were sent to the hospital to arrest the woman got there, the doctor told them that they could not drag the woman out of the hospital because of her condition. He asked them to provide a vehicle, which they did. When the woman was taken to the police station, the DPO ordered that ThankGod be detained instead, although he was later released. But from what we gathered, the woman lost her pregnancy in the process.” he said

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, Chike Oti, said

“The police had met with both of them and asked them to live together in peace. We let them know that they could not get anything by fighting each another.  All the parties to the incident suffered different kinds of injuries. The offence is open to bail. So, the man was released to go and treat himself. The police have also scheduled another meeting with them on how they can live peacefully.”

An Indian man with Alien Head who wants to fall in love and get married is desperate for surgery as he thinks his large head is putting women off.

Due to his mystery condition Anshu has deep set and narrow eyes in his enlarged head and the 22-year-old from Punjab, India, is unable to grow more than a thin strip of hair on top of his head.

Earning just £50 per month, Anshu has been unable to afford the money to visit a specialist doctor who could finally diagnose his condition.

He is hoping the government will step in and help fund his treatment, so he can live a normal life.

Anshu said:

“I like to hang out with the children in my neighbourhood but often go for long walks alone.I go to the local factory for work each day, spending nine hours there.”

“I wish to get cured as early as possible, so I can marry and have a family. “This is my ultimate dream. Wherever I go, people call me alien. “They think I’m out of this world and consider me an extra-terrestrial.

“Due to my strange and big head, people gave me this nickname. “When I was born, my parents consulted with a doctor, but he told them the disease is incurable.”

Crime / Baltimore Teacher Says She Forgives Student Who Punched Her After She Had Cancer by liltee123(m): 7:23am On Nov 11, 2018
The teacher who was attacked by a student at a Baltimore high school says she forgives the student who punched her.

The teacher had been away from school on leave so she could be treated for cancer. On her first day back at school after cancer surgery, she was attacked both verbally and physically by a female student.

The teacher has not returned to class since the attack. She had to go to a hospital where she was evaluated and released.

Outraged members of the community rallied to support the teacher on Thursday. They demanded the school press charges and remove the student from the classroom.

The Baltimore Teachers Union released a statement calling the attack on one of their members "absolutely deplorable."

Baltimore City Schools released a statement on the incident, saying:

School administrators at Frederick Douglass High School continue to investigate a physical altercation that took place today when a teacher was struck by a student following a verbal exchange. Ensuring a safe teaching and learning environment for our students and staff is paramount to City Schools. Upon review of the incident, school administrators will apply disciplinary action in accordance with Baltimore City Public Schools’ Code of Conduct.

But posts shared on Facebook have revealed that the student was not removed from the class because the incident was triggered when the teacher "misgendered" the student.

Health / Re: What Are The Causes Of Tooth Decay by liltee123(m): 7:51pm On Sep 24, 2018
liltee123:
Tooth decay is the softening of the tooth enamel and destruction of the tooth structure which can be caused by acids that are created when plaque bacteria break down sugar in your mouth. Tooth decay occurs when foods containing carbohydrates (sugars and starches) such as breads, cereals, milk, soda, fruits, cakes, or candy are left on the teeth. Bacteria that live in the mouth digest these foods, turning them into acids. The bacteria, acid, food debris, and saliva combine to form plaque which then cliques to the teeth.

What are the causes of tooth decay:

Poor oral hygiene; which can occur when you don’t brush your teeth regularly
Formation of Plaque
Dry mouth; saliva helps to wash plaque from teeth, but if you have a dry mouth with very little saliva, plaque may build up more quickly.
Bacteria and acid; bacteria naturally live in your mouth, when they digest the carbohydrates that linger on your teeth and in your mouth, there is formation of acid.
Medical problems; for example, vomiting causes acid in the stomach to flow back into the mouth and this may create a cavity in the tooth. Some type of cancer treatment that expose the head and neck to radiation can promote a tooth cavity by changing the makeup of the saliva to promote bacterial growth.

What are the signs and symptoms of tooth decay;

Pain in the tooth/teeth or toothache
Pus around a tooth
A visible hole in your tooth
Increase in tooth sensitivity

How to prevent tooth decay;

By brushing your teeth regularly with fluoride toothpaste
Eat fewer sugary and acidic foods, like sweets, candy, juice, soda etc.
Eat nutritious and balanced meals and limit snacking between meals
Check with your dentist about the use of supplemental fluoride, which strengthens your teeth.
You can consider getting dental sealants on your teeth
Drink fluoridated water
Visit your dentist regularly for professional cleanings and oral exam.

The following foods can help to combat tooth decay;

Fiber-rich fruits and vegetables
Calcium-rich foods
Fluoridated water or water with fluoride
Unsweetened black or green tea
Xylitol sugarless chewing gum

Health / NDLEA Destroys 110,542 Tons Of Indian Hemp In Ondo State by liltee123(m): 5:16pm On Sep 14, 2018
The Ondo State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has destroyed hard drugs weighing about 110,542 tons.

This was confirmed by the Chief Executive Officer of NDLEA, Col. Muhammad Mustapha (Rtd.) during the public destruction of the illicit drugs known as Indian Hemp (Cannabis Sativa) in Akure, the Ondo State capital.

The agency’s chief who was represented by his chief of staff, Femi Oloruntoba, decried the increasing rate at which hard drugs are being cultivated in the state, saying that it is becoming a huge concern not only for the agency but the country at large.

“This quantity of drugs weighing 110,542 tons which we are about to destroy is frightening and demands more reflections.

“The use of cannabis remains high in the state because of availability and affordability.

“Ondo State remains one of the six states in Nigeria where cannabis is cultivated in large quantities. As a result of cannabis plantations, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find virgin forests,” he said.

While commending the spirited efforts of the state commander and officers of the command at combing the vast forests of the state at ensuring that the illegal plant plantations are discovered, he maintained that the business is only prevalent in the South-West.

Politics / You Are The Most Incompetent President In Our History by liltee123(m): 9:14am On Sep 12, 2018
The Former Vice-President of Nigeria, Abubakar Atiku has described President Muhammadu Buhari as the most incompetent leader in the history of Nigeria.

Atiku Abubakar, through his campaign organisation, said his attempt to come to power “is to clean the mess that Buhari would leave which has resulted in job loss, poor economy and ranking of the country as one of the poorest countries in the world.”

Segun Sowunmi, the spokesperson for the Atiku Campaign Organisation, in a reaction to Buhari’s comment while receiving the All Progressive Congress nomination forms, said,

“Never in the history of Nigeria has a more incompetent person served in the chambers of the exalted office of the President. No President of Nigeria, politics apart, will speak in such manner.

The fact is that freedom of association is guaranteed by all the United Nations’ conventions and the constitution of our country. “That Buhari has not been able to provide leadership and keep high-network individuals in the APC is to his own weakness and a question of his lack of capacity to keep Nigerians together.

We are in the campaign and we are on the ballot. Atiku is attempting to become the President to clean the mess that Buhari caused in our country. “Buhari has made many Nigerians lose their jobs and our country has become one of the poorest countries in the world. He has divided the country and people cannot move freely.

He has made a mess of the economy. “Therefore, we take his comment as not possibly referring to us. He should speak to issues, development, job creation, restructuring and so on. Obviously, these things he cannot do,” Sowunmi said in a statement.

Crime / Nigerian Drug Smuggler Arrested In India With Heroin by liltee123(m): 9:44am On Aug 24, 2018
Good day to my wonderful readers, Recently, The Ropar Police in India have arrested a Nigerian drug smuggler and recovered two kilograms of heroin worth Rs 1.8 crore from his possession.

The police claimed that some foreign nationals, especially Africans, were engaged in smuggling of narcotics and now the police is tightening its noose upon them.

The 27-year-old Nigerian is seen as a big fish by the police that claimed the accused was in touch with several Afghan nationals in Delhi and Afghanistan for the supply of contraband to drug smugglers in the national capital and Punjab.

The police also added that the accused was currently residing in Delhi and headed a gang of drug smugglers, who are all African nationals. The police added that he came on a bus to Kiratpur where he was to deliver the contraband. The police claimed to have recovered a bus ticket from him.

SSP Rupnagar, Swapan Sharma, said that the police were now on the trail of other members of the gang.

“We had a tip-off about the accused that he is about to deliver the consignment of drugs. Investigations revealed that the arrested Nigerian was in regular touch with more than 25 drug peddlers in various districts of Punjab. Only in the month of July, he had sold nearly 3.5kg of heroin and 60g of ICE in the state.”

The police claimed that now the focus is on cracking the modus operandi of the gang headed by the accused who was operating mainly in Chander Vihara, Uttam Nagar and Dwarka areas of Delhi.

The police claimed that the accused is very cunning and uses social media platforms to deliver drugs.

The SSP added that amid the reports of foreign nationals indulging in large-scale smuggling of drugs, there were strict directives by the chief minister to trace and nab all such foreigners involved in drug smuggling.

Among the foreigners arrested under NDPS Act, around 50 Africans, of which 42 were Nigerians, have been arrested in 2017 while 39 cases of drugs were registered against the foreigners for allegedly supplying drugs. A total of 6.38kg of heroin had been seized from the suspects in these cases.

Similarly, in 2018, a total 20 cases have so far been registered under which around 24 Africans, including 42 Nigerians were nabbed along with the total seizure of 21.55 kg of heroin and 06 kg of opium.

Similarly, in 2018, a total 20 cases have so far been registered under which around 24 Africans, including 42 Nigerians were nabbed along with the total seizure of 21.55 kg of heroin and 06 kg of opium.

Romance / What Are The Psychological Effects Of Breaking Up With Someone? by liltee123(m): 1:03am On Aug 21, 2018
Anyone who has been through a break-up will tell you how much it hurts. When the person you care about the most tells you they don’t want to be with you anymore, it can feel like your whole world is falling apart. Breakups are never easy.

The end of a relationship can flip your world upside down and trigger a range of emotions. Some people quickly accept the demise of a relationship and move on, but others may deal with depression.

This can be a heartbreaking time, and it can feel as if your world is falling apart. There are psychological effects of breaking up with someone… whether you are the “dumper” or the “dumpee.”

When a serious relationship ends and it was either unwanted or not expected, the initial response is most often one of panic and confusion, because a sudden breakup is similar to other traumatic events a person can experience (where something familiar and trusted is taken from them, often without warning.)

If the Break Up Was Unwanted (The Dumpee Experience):

The most common psychological effects experienced by the person being dumped are:

PainObsession/RuminationStress ResponseIdentity Shift

Pain:  The psychological pain experienced when we are rejected, betrayed, or abandoned is very real. The pain can also be excruciating. The same part of the brain that processes physical pain is activated when the emotional pain of a breakup is felt, and the person feels, behaves, and reacts in a similar way as someone who is in a great deal of physical pain. It may be that people who say it feels like their heart has been broken are describing a real physically painful sensation. For adolescents, in particular, breakups can precede the development of major depression, partly because they may not yet have the life skills and experience to manage the psychological pain associated with the end of a significant relationship.

Obsession/Rumination: Because romantic love actually activates the part of the brain which is associated with cravings for food and drugs, a similar experience of craving and withdrawal is to be expected following a breakup.

The person experiencing a breakup can’t stop thinking about their ex and their past, the “good times,” going over and over what went wrong and what they might have been able to do to prevent the breakup. Seeking to reconnect with the ex-partner or continue to want to be some part of their lives is normal, and can include everything from the classic “drunk texting the ex” to the more dangerous forms of obsession and criminal stalking behavior.

Stress Response: The person is attempting to come to terms with a traumatic event, the end of an important relationship. Like other traumatic events, a person can respond with feelings of shock, being in denial, attempts to bargain with the ex to reconsider, feeling angry and sad, grieving, and eventually coming to accept that it’s over.

The brain is wired to perceive disconnection from sources of love and attention as highly distressing. To be dumped on the savannah by your tribe, by your mother upon whom you depend completely, or by your partner whom you trust is psychologically scary, painful, and stressful.

As the person is attempting to cope, all of the normal responses to being in a high-stress state can occur. The person’s appetite and sleep, ability to pay attention and concentrate, energy and motivation, and immune system can all be affected.

OTHER STUDIES HAVE ALSO SHOWN HOW BREAK-UP STRESS CAN CAUSE ACNE, LOSS OF APPETITE, AND SORE MUSCLES.

Identity Shift:  The person experiences an immediate shift in identity from being a part of a couple to being single again. Rapid shifts in identity cause disorientation for most people, requiring time and emotional and cognitive processing to reorient to their new identity. There can be a loss of status, home, friends, time with children, extended family, places of worship, financial resources, and other changes and losses that must be dealt with, but are not often anticipated. Above all, the loss of “what might have been” must be grieved to acceptance.

Healthy vs. unhealthy symptoms of a breakup

Since symptoms of depression can range from mild to severe, it’s often difficult to know whether sadness and grief are a normal reaction to a breakup or a sign of something more serious like depression.

It’s okay to grieve the loss of a relationship as you begin the healing process. But this doesn’t suggest that every emotion you feel is a normal reaction. There are healthy and unhealthy symptoms of a breakup. Knowing the differences between these symptoms can help you determine whether you’re experiencing depression.

Healthy symptoms of a breakup may include:

anger and frustrationcrying and sadnessfearinsomnialoss of interest in activities

These symptoms are troublesome. But if you’re experiencing a normal reaction to the breakup, your emotional state will improve little by little as you adjust to life without your partner. The amount of time it takes to heal varies for each person, so be patient.

While it’s normal to feel sadness and pain after a breakup, you should talk to a doctor if your symptoms don’t start to improve after a few weeks, or if they get worse. To be diagnosed with depression, you must experience at least five of the following nine symptoms for a period of at least two weeks:

feeling sad, empty, or hopeless for most of the day nearly every dayloss of interest in activities you once enjoyedweight loss and loss of appetite, or increase of appetite and weight gainsleeping either too little or too muchan increase in movements like pacing or hand wringing, or having significantly slower speech and movementfeeling as if you have no energy for most of the dayfeeling worthlessdifficulty concentrating or making decisionsthoughts about death, also called suicidal ideation

Depression can happen to anyone after a breakup, but some people are at greater risk. The cause of depression varies, but you may experience these feelings if you have a personal history of depression or another mood disorder. Other factors that may contribute to depression after a breakup include hormonal changes or simultaneously enduring another major change in your life, such as a job loss or the loss of a loved one.

What happens if depression goes untreated?

Recognizing signs of depression after a breakup and getting help for this condition can lower the risk of complications. If left untreated, you may rely on alcohol or drugs to numb emotional pain. Depression also takes a toll on your physical health. You may experience joint pain, headaches, and unexplained stomach pain. Additionally, chronic stress can weaken your immune system and make you more susceptible to infections and illnesses. Emotional eating can cause excessive weight gain and increase your risk for heart disease and diabetes

Other complications of depression may include:

panic attacksproblems at home, work, or schoolsuicidal thoughts

Treatments for depression

Ways to cope with depression that don’t involve professional help include:

Exercise: Physical activity can strengthen your immune system and boost your energy. Exercise also increases your body’s production of endorphins, which can improve your mood. Aim for 30 minutes of physical activity at least three times a week.

Keep busy: Explore hobbies and keep your mind occupied. If you’re feeling depressed, read a book, go for a walk, or start a project around the house.

Get plenty of sleep: Getting plenty of rest can also improve your mental well-being and help you cope after a breakup.

Herbal and natural remedies: If you don’t want to take a prescription medication, ask your doctor about supplements used for depression, such as St. John’s wort, S-adenosylmethionine or SAMe, and omega-3 fatty acids in the form of fish oil. Some supplements can’t be combined with prescription medication, so consult your doctor beforehand. You can also explore alternative therapies for depression, such as acupuncture, massage therapy, and meditation.

Education / What Too Much Sex Can Do To You by liltee123(m): 12:07pm On Aug 20, 2018
Reality star Kim Kardashian was once cautioned by her doctors to stop having too much sex following revelations about the star’s daily multiple sex routine in effort to get pregnant. Kim, who was 34 at that time, had revealed in the Season 10 of their family reality show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” that she and husband, Kanye West, were having “the best sex of their lives” and were going at it about 15 times a day in the effort to give their daughter North West a brother or sister.

During a preview for the show, Kim confessed to have “been having sex 15 times a day” but was forced to have a rethink after doctors warned categorically that too much sex was dangerous to her health.

There are many couples like Kim and Kanye (and not just in Hollywood) who are hooked on sex orgies and realising almost too late that too much sex can be too much of a good thing. Sex is a normal, healthy, fun part of adult life. Sexual attraction and sexual compatibility are the basis of many successful relationships.

Sex is good and glorious, but the truth is that too much sex is no just as bad as too little sex, if not worse. While science suggests sex can improve mood and decrease anxiety by reducing stress signals in the brain, excessive indulgence can interfere with overall quality of health.

In fact, it is known that a large appetite for sex can cause loss of appetite for other things including food. Scientists have suggested that people that spend their life on frantic love-making and engaging in marathon sex might not find happiness at the end of it all. “Engaging in too much sex can actually cause unhappiness, if findings by researchers from Carnegie Mellon University are to be taken seriously.

They instructed 32 married couples to double the amount of sex they were having, while a control group of 32 other couples kept having sex at their normal frequencies. When questioned afterwards, the couples who had sex more weren’t happier – saying that the increase in frequency led to them feeling less desire for each other. The couples also enjoyed having sex less when they were ‘doing it’ more. “The desire to have sex decreases much more quickly than the enjoyment of sex once it’s been initiated,” said Tamar Krishnamurti, a scientist at the College.

So how much sex is ideal, and how much is too much? According to research, youngsters aged18- 29 have sex an average of 112 times per year, while 30-39-year-olds engage in it an average 86 times per year. So if that’s average, what’s healthy? Experts say most couples in a relationship should be having sex at least once per week.

According to a therapist Dr. Barry McCarthy, sex once or twice a week is healthy. “During the honeymoon stage, when two people can’t stop thinking about each other, couples often have sex every time they’re together. And when couples first move in together, the frequency of sex increases, but only temporarily. Sexual obsession or hyper-sexuality, compulsive sexual behaviour, sex addiction and other forms of excessive indulgence in sex could be a sign of loneliness or depression. A study published in 2013 suggests that much of the time, hyper-sexuality is really just “high desire” and not necessarily a medical issue.

Regardless, if sex is being used as a substitute for dealing with a real issue, it requires therapy. “What matters at the end of the day is the quality rather than the quantity. Having sex daily doesn’t mean it’s too much, so long as both partners enjoy it,” sex therapist, Dr Ian Kerner noted. But if partners are regularly having sex and one person feels more satisfied than the other, sex can start to feel like a chore for the less-satisfied party. Really there’s no right way to go about sex, and the preferred amount of sex varies from person to person. For instance, the average male ejaculates three to six minutes after sex begins, so the majority of women don’t feel too left out because most don’t achieve orgasm through penetration alone. “Sex is a bilateral experience,” one expert mooted. “Both partners ought to be instrumental in its choreography and neither one should ever feel that they are being forced to adhere to the other’s agenda. “For a fulfilling sex life that’s just right, it’s helpful to be honest and open with your partner about how frequently you’d like to be intimate. And that doesn’t mean it needs to be a boring discussion.

Telling your partner about your desires—in specific terms—can be highly erotic.” One study found that couples who communicate about sex, especially during the act, are more sexually satisfied. So there should be mutual enjoyment, whether that means giving or getting. That said, if you ever feel overwhelmed (either physically or emotionally) by the kind or amount of sex you’re having, let your partner know you need a break. Sex can be dangerous if there’s any sort of pressure or force to do something with which either party isn’t comfortable. Having sex on the regular is part of a healthy, normal adult life. But when sex gets in the way of your day-to-day, it might be time to seek professional help. Appetites for sex grow and shrink, and successful couples are compelled to manage those ups and downs. Sometimes libidos will match up, but when they don’t, Kerner says everyone should take responsibility for their own sexuality.

In summary too much sex have the following effects;

Decreased desire
Reduced enjoyment
Unhappiness
Loss of appetite for food
