Or is it too early for me to expect a passport collection mail?

Bro I got the same message too on November 4th, you don’t need to worry, the message simply means they want to chop another money from you. What I did was I sent a message to this email: Visits.UKCustomerEnquiries@fco.gov.uk

NB: 39 working days today. I pray to hear from them tomorrow ooo.

When you sent a message to UKCustomerEnquiries@fco.gov.uk did you get a reply?

i sent paid email to UKVI and told me to contact then again after 15 working days, today is the 16th working day and they replied me with the mail attached

im worried something might have happend to the passport for them to tell ne that my emalil is bot on there record that i should go and do paid email again.

Maybe you should try calling them through a paid call to speak with their customer care.
Usually when you send a first paid mail, you shouldn't have to pay again for further enquiries.

Calm down, call directly if you can.
Also, did you reply the exact mail that sent the initial “escalation message”?

I’ve not even bothered to track my application since, they need to remove that 15 days timeline for Nigerians, other countries are still getting theirs processed within 15 days though. My main bother is that I hope they don’t pull the American method on Nigerian applications because this sudden influx pass their power.

I am super sad as this my first time applying to UK, I did my biometric 29th of October and I got a refusal mail on the 2nd of Novemeber(priority).
However i feel upset as the consuler did not go through my supporting document infact he made a mistake in his explanation.I clearly stated that I was going to spend 1,200,000 for my trip and in his response he wrote 2,000,000 which I clearly and obviously dint write.I also stated that my husband was going to support with 1m which he transferred to my account and he attached a letter with his signature and stamp.
I also attached my salary account as well as piggyvest and investment account.
I would like to know the next step to take as I even typing this I am yet to get a collection mail from Tls.
I would like for the critics to help look at my information and let me know where i went wrong.

Along with your documents, did you submit a “letter of leave” from your employer or any letter at all from your employer to establish employment ties to the country?

1 passport returned , the other stucked @ DMC.

I have sent a paid email and they replied they have escalated the issue that i should give them 15 days o.

PLEASE I'M WORRIED, CAN I SEND THEM A MAIL AGAIN ASKING ABOUT THE PROGRESS (NB: 15 DAYS OF THERE ESCALATION IS HAS NOT COMPLETE YET )

Hi, I think you should wait for the 15days to be over or make a paid call to them (if you are really worried).
When you call you can ask for the status of the application, if a decision has been made or still awaiting decision.
I made a paid call last week and got a mail this evening that they have escalated to the ECO and I will get the passport and decision soon.

I tried to track it and it has been stuck at “DMC” for weeks now. I made a paid call and the lady said she has escalated and gave me a reference number to hold on to, when next I call, if the issue isn't resolved.
Has anyone had similar issue?
