whaow! and someone's saying Nigerians don't read, guess whomever said that must be doomed for a wide awakening after going through this blog, anyway, i am a book lover too and the truth is, i read everything, motivational,detective,adventure,romance,medical fictions etc, i love JOHN GRISHAM and SIDNEY SHELDON just read 2 of sidney sheldon's but they were tight,for John Grisham i just want to read all his books heard they are about 10 but have just gone through 4 , A TIME TO KILL,PELICAN BRIEF, THE FIRM,RUN AWAY JURY,THE BROKER at the moment am reading his THE PARTNER, and a Motivational from Joel Osteen "become a better you"

The sunlight pierced through the bush like a golden paint on an artwork: thoughts of wild animals coming covered her sense of reasoning as Ada ran speedily through the lonely bushes calling for help. She had never been to her village before; she had spent all her infancy in Lagos state Nigeria and had grown up like a city girl seeing big houses, offices and roads and had ever had opportunity to walk in between unkempt grasses and trees een ills and swim in streams. She had always longed for an opportunity to behold sweet blossom of the beauty of nature.
One day at home sha had insisted they traveled to the village so she could know her hometown .few days later Ada and her mum set out for the journey in the village thoughts of seeing and being I the village made her happy. The journey was a long one which took almost eight hours. Before the got there it was late at night and the house in the village was deserted. Ada could hardly sleep that night thoughts of the beauty of the village engulfed her, she wanted to see really how it was like in the village living with wild animals as she heard.
Very early the next morning before her mother woke up she sneaked out of the house and walked towards a pathway across her house. The place was deserted and quiet and she loved the serenity. She walked across trees till she came over a hill “this is the view” she said to herself happily. Everywhere was green and looked small, the hill was shaped like a wave and she could see almost all parts of the village. Sighting a river afar off she ran down the hill to get to the river. the journey to the river took more than she expected but the songs of the birds kept her happy as she galloped to the river; on sighting the river she ran to it excitedly removing her clothes she dived into it and played with water when she had her full of the water she decided to go look out for more interesting things round the bush.
When it was almost evening and she was getting worn out she decided to trace her way back home. Se had a great time in the bush and couldn’t wait to get back to school to share her wonderful experience
As she turned to go she realized she had gone too far off the bush; what has set out to be a pleasant day began to get her upset as she realized she was lost. She turned round not knowing which way to so, \fell down and cried. After sometime she decided to trace her way back fortunately she found a pathway which she took but the journey seemed endless. She was getting scared as the sun was setting, thoughts of her house in town came to her as she remembered that their might be wild animals lurking around. Help! help! She cried but there was no one only the sound of crickets, rabbits and birds kept her company. A wave of anger went over her.
She removed her shoes this time desperate to get home before nightfall she ran across grasses screaming with all her strength she leaped the brambles and brushwood twisting between close trees then she tripped and fell hitting her arm on a fallen tree. She groaned in pain as se bled; still desperate to find her ws she got up among tall grasses tore them open to find a clue to her destination. Her heart leaped as she saw another pathway praying this time she will get home,she walked swiftly panting after the run as the night drew near . far away she saw a road, joyful that she made it sher ran towards the road. Out of the bush she heaved a sigh of relief, happy she was amongst humans again. She sighted a group of people coming towards her, her heart beat faster as she recognized they were with her picture “this girl looks like” her one of them said as they came close she was too tired to talk she just lay there still bleeding on her arm .”we are search partiees looking for you” one of them explained. We have come to take you home.
Back in lagos she thought of her ordeal in the village ,it was more of a nightmare than of reality. It hung on the surface of her mind as she remembered her fright she shrugged and said “am alive”.

JOHN GRISHAM i love his style

Leave here immediately! he said sternly,walking towards me boisterously his eyes filled with rage."Go to the next room" he ordered. His voice echoed with great trepidity. My heart raced thoughts of rape and death clouded my sense of reasoning as i opened the door to the next room to face my tragedy, chorus of "happy birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!" filled the air. It was my birthday, i had forgotten!. i was really embarrased but then i saw the funny side of it.
