Yeah you need regularization because most of us that graduated earlier before this jamb data synchronization with NYSC most people where given admission in some schools above their quota and hence school did not send their admission to jamb.

No DE candidates will not be taken exam by jamb. Read below what jamb said

No discrimination attach to any kind of o level at times GCE more value in Nigeria and abroad. So don't panic, but you must be a university graduate to apply for medicine DE. Polytechnic graduates irrespective of your grade is not eligible for medicine through DE that is the the law of NMA

You can easily build your friends fast with US account that local IP account though my opinion shaa . I created account last night with US IP and do my little tweek within 1 hour I have gotten more than 150 request and before day break it was more than three 300 request. Facebook is highly secured but if you apply one or two wisdom you can bypass it's security
