Dpredictor: When I talk about online business, a majority of sceptical people think it is a form of business majorly for losers. A lot of people forget the fact that most world’s richest men control some online business that yields major revenue for them.
Starting from the local market here in Nigeria to the global market, I will be showing you some of the businesses that one or more world rich people control.
It doesn’t matter which online business you decide to venture into. Even if you don’t end up as one of the richest in the world, you would make enough money for you to spend.
You would be shocked to see some online businesses that several young millionaires practice.
Online Store (E-commerce)
The E-commerce industry introduced itself as a million dollar industry after Jeff Bezos exploded with Amazon. It is based in Seattle and founded in 1995. Selling to consumers without them touching the product physically is something that Amazon was able to achieve. After the success of Amazon, several firms followed suit by creating their own online stores. Alibaba, Aliexpress, even our local players in Nigeria joined the bandwagon, and it has been a sweet tale ever since.
Web Mastering
This online business has produced more millionaires than any online business in history. When Web Mastering wants to make you a millionaire, it doesn’t consider age or location; it just gives you what you deserve.
Millionaires like Evan Thomas Spiegel (27) came on board by creating an application that helps users connect with others in the world. The idea didn’t suffer because a similar application was there already. Instead, it came with its unique features that were accepted by the global community.
Affiliate Marketing
John Chow of “Dot Com Lifestyle” showed that affiliate marketing could be so lucrative. He didn’t learn by researching materials on the internet, he made several mistakes that almost rendered him broke.
He later found a winning model, which has helped shaped the tactics of modern-day affiliates. I was opportune to have a sneak as to what John Chow had to say about affiliate marketing, and it helped shape my own affiliate strategy. That is why I created this book on how to make money with affiliate marketing, click and check it out.
I have decided to show Nigerians the methods that would help them make money as affiliates on the global market, and I decided to write my own guide for Nigerian affiliates.
Connecting buyers with suitable products (Affiliate Marketing) is a cash cow if you know the rules of engagement.
Freelancing
This is a broad word, but we talk about rendering services to people for a specified amount at an agreed deadline. I wouldn’t want to go as far as mentioning foreign freelancers who have made millions of Naira on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
Even in our local communities, we have freelancers who have made fortunes on freelancing platforms. We have the likes of Gbolagbade Adetunji – who sold to me the first manual on freelancing, my humble self – who has become an expert after years of practice, and several others whom I can’t start calling out. I have a link to the secrets I shared for those who wants to become freelancers on Fiverr. Check the blog to see the link.
When you understand the tactics and strategies behind freelancing, you would know that making a million Naira is an achievable feat within 6 months of starting. I am willing to help all those who have the right mindset to start.
While the above millionaires are negligible as compared to thousands and millions of other millionaires who have made their money online, it is no big deal to say that money is on the internet.
I will end by saying “The best time to start an Online Business was 5 years ago, and the second best time to start is NOW!!!”

MISFITrep: Pls I am trying to pay my college application fee online and it's unsuccessful. I used my GTB Mastercard savings account. Do I need a Canadian account or a domiciliary account with Canadian currency to do this? Pls I am stuck. Thank you for your kind response It wasn't successful because you're using a debit card instead of credit card. I guess it was stated in the college website that payment should be carry out in credit card!! If yes then you need a credit card to complete your registration. I register recently at Brandon university and I also encounter such issue but was solved with a friends dorm account credit card. Though some schools in Canada accept debit card for payment but few only require credit card. So check the instruction again. Finally, try to check the balance in your GTB account and be sure its up to the required amount when convert into Canadian dollars considering the killer exchange rate . May I know the name of your college? Let me help check it too |

Buhari still the most prefered candidate My dear I think you're wrong based on your mentions. Firstly, remember that GEJ was anchoring Youwin, sureP, he increased NYSC allowance from 9k to 18k and many others I can't remember before 2015 election, but his government was underperforming, corruption everywhere, inefficient leadership etc that got Nigerians fed up and started complaining thus led to his downfall. And everything that happened under GEJ govt has replicated itself x5 in PMB government and you still expect Nigerians not to do the needful. I JUST BELIEVE YOU'RE NOT A LAZY YOUTH SHAA |

PassingShot: Anyway, what I know is that PMB will sweep the Northern states more than he did in 2015.
He will win very big in the North except Benue, Kogi and possibly Plateau. He will defeat Saraki hands-down in Kwara and that will be the end of Saraki political dynasty in that state.
In the SW, irrespective of what PDP does, Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo and Ogun are going to go the same way as 2015 (probably 60%:40%) in favour of APC. PDP will need to come up with a VP candidate who can be loved and accepted better than Osinbajo for them to have a chance.
Irrespective of what PDP does, PMB will score well above 25% in Edo, Cross-River, Delta, Imo, Rivers and even Enugu in 2019.
2019 will spell the end of politics for so many known political heavy weights. PMB will ensure that once and for all. Be consoling yourself with fake calculation, just wait and see how PMB will fail even in North. Let me remind you their is no educated southern Nigerian that will vote PMB. Maybe you try come to Lagos or Ibadan here and see people negative reaction when you talk about voting PMB again. In the SS/SE 5% for PMB will be miracle except in Edo state which I can't tell but as for IMO state 1% of vote to PMB will be miracle too. So keep dreaming, unless APC pick another candidate like Tanbowa or Kwankwasor it can't win with a presidential election in Nigeria for now |

Dorisdili: Hello house. Got to Canada safely. The immigration process at the point of entry isnt difficult. You just have to follow through the different process as directed. You will be asked questions by the immigration officers just answer them confidently, that's my own little advice.
At the first point of entry i gave them my immigration form that was given to me to fill in the plane. I was asked what are my basis of coming to Canada, what program, what school, how many years program. I was also asked to show a proof that am really going to study, then i showed her my admission letter and fees receipt. So its advised to have them in ur hand luggage as u might be asked. She also asked if i had and alcohol on me, if i had money or treasures on me worth up to 10000CAD(cos u have to declare it at the point of entry if you do, else u will pay a fine if they find out and u didn't declare it). How much i brought into Canada. So i answered the questions and was given back the stamped form to proceed to the second immigration officer.
At this stage i was asked what program i was going for, what school and how many years. Then the immigration officer threw a joke and said " i know u ran away from the hardship in Nigeria, i hear living in Nigeria is difficult" then i laughed and said not really, that i came basically for studies. Then he said "how is the cold in Nigeria, how is the snow" at that point my mind went to he probably wanted to know if i was really coming from Nigeria like i said. That was the only thing that came to my head that would make him say how is the snow. Then i laughed and said Nigeria has no snow, Nigeria is very hot. Then we laughed over it and he stamped my study permit and asked me to proceed to get my SIN(social insurance number) for work. I went to the next immigration officer and filled out a form and was issued my SIN. Basically that's about the summary of my experience at the point of entry.
So to all those coming in soon just answer ur questions at the Point of entry confidently and u are good to go. Wish u all best of luck . To all TRV hopefuls trust God and he will make it happen.
P.S Canadians are nice people, they smile at u for no just course, so don't hesitate to ask questions when u are confused at any point. If you tell them its ur first time in Canada they are always excited and eager to help you.
I am still trying to settle. Also make sure ur phone gsm broadband is compactable with Canadian gsm broadband before leaving ur home country else ur phone wont work with Canadian sim. I am having same issue right now cos i wasn't pre-informed. I jost got a new phone here. Information is key!!!
Best of luck guys!!! Hey congrat dude!!!! I will like ask you some few questions, please don't get angry with them I'm asking because I'm part of the preparing team. OK 1. How much did it cost to fly from Nigeria and land in Canada? 2. When is your studies going to start June or September? I'm asking because someone told me that its possible to land in Canada 3 months before the start of ones studies. Please do Justice to the questions above thanks |
Education › Re: When Will WAEC Results Be Out? by Linzo(m): 6:30pm On May 05, 2018 |
dalexz4: when Will WAEC 2018 Result Be Out? Is WAEC result out for this year? Find out When will WAEC 2018 result be out in this article. The 2018 WASSCE exams have come and gone, and the question on the lips of so many candidates who sat for the examination this year is “When will the results be out?” You need not look any further to get an answer to this question as this post will give the relevant answer to your question.
In recent years, the strategy adopted by WAEC is that few weeks after the conclusion of the exam, marking of answer scripts starts. Marking of the scripts and collation of results are expected to last for up to three months, which consequently means that results will be ready after 3 months of concluding the exams. To be more practical here, WAEC usually ends in May, so by early August results of candidates who sat for the exam should be ready. So when exactly will WAEC result be out for this year 2018? The just-concluded WASSCE examination results will be uploaded to WAEC result checking portal around August or September.
What Can you do before your WAEC result is released? - Learn a trade/ Skill Don’t just remain idle. If you remain idle, you’ll never be prepared for the University. There are lots of skill you can learn nowadays, such as tailoring, barbing, web design, shoemaking and all others.
- Attend Coaching Lessons If you think, what you’ve been taught at school will keep you up till the day of JAMB. Bro, I tell you now that you will fail, you will fail woefully! Its better you find a coaching center and join so your memory will be kept abreast concerning certain topics you don’t understand in some subjects. One bitter truth I don’t want to hide from you is that you’ll play. I mean play with guys and ladies when you attend tutorials. What is left for you to do is to be determined, don’t let Amaka make you fail JAMB? Her dad already paid for her special center. Don’t follow the crowd bro, I repeat, don’t follow them.
- Prepare for JAMB Don’t just stay at home for Momma to send you messages round the street. Pick up your school textbooks and buy your relevant subject past questions and answers booklet. Practice at least 10 years from each past question and you’re good.

Op you're ignorant of the current WAEC marking and releasing of result, your assertion was old method. Currently WAEC stays just 60 days and that will be mid June or last June this year. Last year may/june was released on 23_june, 3days after NECO exam started thus most of my students refused writing NECO which they registered because their WAEC results were very fine. Last year GCE was written in September and result released in mid November, this year GCE was written in January and result released in March 13. Mr blogger please blog with fact not fiction |
