The difference is that those ones you talked about have not began production, so no royalties is being paid for now and I believe they will settle the ownership tussle before production commences but for Edo-Delta, oil production had began a long time, royalties was paid to Edo before it was diverted to Delta.
Oil money is no respecter of familial. The most shocking was Akwa-ibom and Cross River. It's Akwa-ibom that turned Cross River into a broke state. They only have Tinapa and Seaport, even those two are moribund. Cross River wey dey ball before, Akwa-ibom collected all their oil wells.

The rate of inflation for the period was about 24%. The Fund's profit growth of 59% did exceed this rate of inflation no doubt, but...adjust for currency devaluation (I forgot to mention this) and this so called 'performance' is not noteworthy.
