However, most of those complaining lack the necessary understanding (technical know-how) to effectively voice their concerns because they refuse to recognize the progress that has been made. To put it simply: as of today, if someone needs $1 million and has the naira liquidity to back it, they can get it. This wasn't possible under previous administrations.
