Blazetrailer:Where is your proof that subsidy is back.....if you don't end the rent seeking Forex market that was bleeding the economy by subsidising dollars for the rich in the name of supporting the naira now, then when.....GEJ was not able to achieve subsidy removal because he made people aware before doing it..... drastic situations need drastic measures. Same people complaining about high cost of living are the same ones supporting labour to demand for a minimum wage increase without minding it's consequences such as hyper inflation.....just because they hate the man who is president, they don't mind the country burn to the ground. If you are in export business you won't be complaining right now,if your import business is affected, shift to other ventures that are profitable right now. |
Streetdoctor:You see the difference between Yoruba and other tribes is that the yorubas don't hold on too hard to chauvinism, yorubas are the once shouting the hardest despite their son being there..... check the results of the last election,SW had the highest spread across party lines......but with this thinking of yours there is no way Nigeria can ever progress because of your likes. |
jumper524:It's typical Nigerian entitlement mentality....very lazy way of thinking,if they were hardworking and industrious, that name they bare alone will open doors for them the way Nigeria works......even members of the British royal family works their arses off to earn a living not totally depending on the royal estate |
Skyfornia:Yes,you can't heap that much tomato in that container without damaging the once at the base....there is no way anyone should be fooled with this. |
Streetdoctor:I laugh when people always compare a present govt with the previous once and saying it was far better .....it's a myopic way of assessing the problems we have in this country.......since independence, every govt basically see a problem but instead of facing it frontally to solve it they begin to patch it up so as not to take tough and hard decisions so as to be politically correct. Naija is like a case of a transport vehicle with many drivers that takes turns to drive....the first driver notices a problem, instead of solving it he covers it up for the next driver to fix and that one also does same because the vehicle still drives, but that problem would persist and lead to other problems then you have a whole broken down vehicle. |
DagashSamson:In normal economics this should be a good omen for Nigeria as it should naturally discourage imports and encourage local production and exports but here, reverse is the case......we import basically everything, even LPG that we claim to have in abundance that is essential for survival of households . These same reason is why food prices are going up because the little food we have is being being bought up by those who want to export while those here cannot afford the prices the exporters are willing to pay.....the cassava demand for export or processing to other finished products apart from food is so high that we can't even meet the demand.....prices then go up and the local populace can't afford it.. The annoying thing is govt isn't making the right policies and noise that we are having a food crises.....a state of emergency should have been declared a long time ago on food.....we really need to work on local food production.....it's the most basic for any economy. |
Riskymarvelous:What would your any other party do better......in normal climes, this should discourage imports there by leading to more local production and encourage export......but we are having complex problems in Nigeria. |
abobote:There are companies folding up all over the world.....poor planning, management or location can be a reason for the closure.....yes I agree that the purchasing power of the people has dropped drastically. |
DevilsEqual:High renumeration alone can't stop stealing at any level ....but an efficient system that will quickly detect malfeasance and sanction appropriately is enough deterrent for any intending corrupt person |
Omoluabi16:I am the only one noticing the aesthetic in this pictures .... David looks rather clownish and boyish like a kid in a candy store but chioma on the other hand is looking bolder and and far much deeper....if you get,her look is totally in contrasts with David's feel good face. Don't hate I love both of them and I wish them all the best....just thinking out loud. |
Racoon:Exactly,I am struggling hard to believe this statement I am reading from NPF....can you imagine.....is that the reason why someone has to take someone else's life |
jeromestarks:If that's his house....I did say that's quite impressive. |
Titanium001:It's the road union guys who try to create more units for themselves. |
Mindlog:They won't compliment this and see the good in it for the economy that it's not all negative and there are people who still believe in Nigeria, but if it was pampers leaving or mobil or diageo,u hear them screaming doomsday......very toxic group of people with their brains eaten up by hate. |
Racoon:His spirit is still very angry.....needs to be appeased. |
omoredia:Accidents happen everywhere,it's not peculiar to Nigeria alone.....where when u when a vessel brought down a whole bridge in Baltimore just this year. |
89green:Tug boats don't carry goods....that are basically fro towing or piloting other vessels |
tuoyoojo:The duration of the relationship doesn't matter as regards Magun.....it can be effected at anytime even a bf can use it on his gf's husband and it still would have same effect.....Magun is a Very dangerous thing..... though I am not too sure I believe.....it's those kids watching by the window that got me,I wonder what would be going through their minds or should we consider this part of informal sex education ![]() |
ihavesense:There are several unresolved murder cases in these so called saner climes you are quick to point out .....crime is everywhere, don't go about yapping on about that of Nigeria like it's only here crime happens. |
Inobeyourmate:I am very careful dealing with anyone calling himself or herself a prophet, those guys are psychics who seek to take control of their gullible followers lives...if they see you are not taking their crap, they run away.....I tell my wife,if I see you going to or famzing any damn pastor or prophet,u are a gonner |
doggedfighter:That's the work of all this spiritualists who go about deceiving people by turning them against their family and friends just to take control of their lives......if people don't have self believe and enough enlightenment, these marauders called spiritualist will continue to rain havoc on their gullible followers.....do you know how many homes and families have been broken due to these menace......how can someone tell you your mother or father is the cause of your problems and you get brainwashed to the extent of killing them..... |
princepee:It's not only in naija, things like this happen......it's even far worse abroad......the USA for instance isn't particularly more safe than naija......there are far more homicide cases in California or Texas alone than the whole Nigeria.....crime is everywhere, you have a higher chance of being knifed walking alone at night in the UK than on the streets of Lagos......you have a higher chance of being robbed in SA than anywhere in Nigeria. Don't be always too quick to condemn your own. |
Godsonkemz:Most likely it was a hit on the DJ.... could be a deal gone wrong or Gameboy tinz!! |
TechBaron:For where gun dey......even police would retreat if they are not certain they can contain the assailants fire power. |
ROTTWEILER007:Many clubs have sound proof structures, you won't even here any sound from inside even by pinning your ear to the wall from outside.....the shots must have been fired inside and not outside, then maybe 1 or 2 get away shots to clear the way for a quick evacuation which the police would have been able to respond after they have all gone..... however they will be caught, that's certain if thorough investigation is done. Don't be always too quick to blame your own, even things like these happens a lot abroad. |
Zxcvbnmghtr:That guy tried...for him to go beyond first ballot before loosing out.....that's some effort,I never expected him to get this far. |
kereman1:So was Enugu,Aba,PH, calabar,Jos and Kaduna....now tell me which of these compares to Lagos in terms of development.....is it still the colonial master plan for Lagos, the govt is still using? Because I don't support obi to be president of Nigeria doesn't make me fail to recognise the good things he did when he was gov of Anambra. |
slaawomirr:Edo noh be Lagos....how far with bros obaseki ![]() |
ogascomax:Yes!! As long as you didn't see him with any bomb and you can't prove beyond the statement he made earlier,it's not enough prove to find him guilty.....the law does not ride on emotions. |
Judolisco:Which pdp will do that? Didn't you read where PDP were even asking to be joined as defendants with the assembly members |
tishbite43:I am for civility and common sense.... |
