Which obstruction does frsc remove......you have state traffic management agencies like lastma,trace,EDSTMA etc,you also have the police which still has a traffic unit in every state...... FRSC standing on the roads obstructing free movement is an aberration under the law.

Basically, Oseni was referring to the partial subsidy (which government lied about) that was paid between October 2023 and april 2024. (I of course saw what was happening and was amused by the lies. The figures were even public knowledge back then).

What pisses people off is that the subsides did nothing to reduce oil prices . Of course it won't To really reduce oil prices, government would have had to pay far more than that and over a longer period of time.

As far as we know, no subsidy has been paid since may 2024, and if government has been doing it since then, may the gods have mercy on us, because our debt would eventually rise to levels not seen in anyone's lifetimes.

People think that a subsidy coming back at that time would have reduced prices to N200 or less. That;s not how it works.

That makes him a formidable Kano champion—not the political landlord of Northern Nigeria.

An alliance with Kwankwaso is therefore not automatically an alliance with the North. The North contains governors, traditional political networks, religious and community leaders, competing parties and millions of independent voters whom Kwankwaso neither owns nor commands.

The historical references to Azikiwe, the NPC, Shagari, Ekwueme and Ojukwu are elegant. But history is not a transferable voter card.

My inference is straightforward: Kwankwaso is attempting to convert one-state electoral dominance into the appearance of regional authority because his present position requires him to sell Obi to northern voters.

He may deliver Kano.
