LG autonomy does not exist. It only exists in the SC. All the states are still getting their allocations through their states and the chairmen are still appendages of their govs. It's the constitutional amendment signed by Buhari that moved electricity from exclusive to concurrent list that gave states the right to contribute to electricity not any act. An act cannot supersede the constitution. It's common knowledge. State police is still in audio after 3 years of being in govt. But when will the real restructuring of handing over resources of the states to them happen?
