Lagos state is building something similar in ojo which will be the ojo general hospital its as massive as this and its to serve just one LGA,also the massey children hospital is equally as massive as this to cater for children's paediatric needs and maternal health......kudos to enugu state we need things like this to be replicated across the states,oshiomole built his on sapele road but obaseki locked it up for 8 yrs,amosun also built a 300 bed hospital in abeokuta but dapo locked it up to.....I wonder what kind of politics we play in this country .

Yes these roads are benefits of subsidy removal because when you remove subsidy, govt will have more monies for critical insfrastructure......show us 1 govt since gowon/ obj military govt that has taken on so man roads like tinubu.

On economic benefits, these roads are opening up economic corridors, an orange juice company can easily set up factory in benue with cheaper land,and labor knowing that their finished goods can easily get evacuated from their factories to the cities,these will create employment and development to those communities around there.....take obajana in kogi state,igbogila and ibeshe in ogun state,eleko in lekki lagos,establishment of industries in those places has greatly impacted those communities......eleko has one ofvthe fastest real estate development right now in Nigeria and this can be replicated across several states.

Other govts built roads but non was has determined as this......lagos to ph in 4 hr,to and fro same day,calabar to Abuja in 4 to 5hrs,sokoto to lagos in 6 hrs and you say you dont see progress that all you see is hunger,bro you had better use your brain to position yourself to benefit from the progress these insfrastructure renewal will bring.

Calabar to abuja in 4 to 5 hrs is an incredibly wonderful achievement and will definitely spur economic development for the country.......calabar port will get busier and goods can then be easily evacuated to the north with this road.......nigrian central African trade will definitely improve bringing prosperity to the people......I don"t understand why a political party will choose condemning these visionary developmental projects as a political weapon........the earlier they realise nigerians love and want these roads the better.

Peter Obi also did unizik section of the road in Awka...

Anambra State government was refunded the money Peter Obi spent on the road by FG under Obiano administration via promissory note of 25b or so

Buhari came and did some section of the road using Sukuk loan through fashola...

Then Tinubu came and is doing a section of the same road now...

Tinubu has no right to claim glory for a contract that has been on for over 30 years and yet not completed at all

I have driven that road under gej,buhari and I know how bad that road used to be especially around amansea and you couldn't even drive on several sections around enugwu ukwu,akwuzu to awka,it was single lane.......tinubu could have as well abandoned it but you need to complement him for not doing that and how much socio economic benefits the people stand to gain,that road isnt for tinubu,its fir the people of the SE.

When tinubu came on about every dollar the country was making was being used to service debt that govt had to borrow to sustain itself but tinubu has brought that down to about 66% which is still poor by the way but we ha e made tangible progress in that regard.

Nigeria's foreign reserves has just crossed $50b from les than 30b tinubu met it.

Do you know the wonderful prospects of this ingenious project t by tinubu.......you will be able to do Lagos to PH in 4 hrs,to and fro same day......the SS will get more closer to lagos and a lot of socio economic development will take place in that region........you can actually plan a weekend getaway from lagos to akwa-cross and return Sunday evening, imagine what that will do to the tourism potential of those 2 states......you can actually live in ondo state and be working in lagos......development will start spreading out easing tge congestion lacuna lagos is already suffering from.

Ignore any negativity on that project they are only Bourne out of ethnic and political sentiments and shortsighted reactionaries........there were many of them in 1976 when the 3mb was being conceptualised in lagos but look at the immense benefit of that bridge to the economy of lagos and Nigeria at large,imagine lagos without that bridge,where would we have even found the money to build it now.

To those naysayers wbo do not have any solution to anything but to complain like petulant whelps,there is a huge market for electricity meter supply and installation, there are thousands of homes and businesses that are on the waiting list for these meters some runnibg into years......meter supply and installation is big business and I know some guys who are making a kill from this,though not super rich but they are very comfortable above average......meter installation cost alone is about 10k each and you can do about 5 a day......the market is so huge that even the discos are overwhelmed because demand far outweighs supply.
