My point exactly. The landlord would only through d court, issue a seven day notice and then commence processes to recover his properties. A six months notice can no longer be issued to a yearly tenant who has not paid his rent for six months and above. By not paying, d tenant has voided his agreement with d landlord.

This issue is very controversial. I have a book on tenancy law written by a judge in d Delta State judiciary who has practiced as a lawyer for over fiften years. The author wrote extensively on dis subject and he averred, dat as much as d tenant accept dis clause in d tenancy agreement, he has willingly waved his right of a six months notice as a yealy tenant. He made references to some court pronouncement to support his claim.

My dad has being using the three months quit notice in his tenancy agreement for over ten years, and this tenancy agreement was drafted by his personal lawyer who knows his onus.

A yearly tenant who has stayed in an apartment for six months without payment, has already used up his six months quit notice. The landlord can begin processes to recover his premises at d law court, d court would not give him another six months notice to quit.

It depends on d sch and d probably d dept in question, would he be registering for a part time or full time programme? Some schs insist on attendance of lectures if it is a full time programme.

All states are crying of drastic reduction in monthly allocation from Abuja as a result of d monumental crash in d price of exported crude oil. Osun state, can't generate huge IGR as such, how many big companies operate in dat state to pay tax to d govt? I believe none.

Surely, d best hands would take on d job, mediocrity has no place here. But, all regions must be fairly treated, if a region has gotten a high ranking position at d centre such as a deputy senate president from d south east, then another region which has gotten nothing like d south south, should be considered for d position of the SGF. With this, u have stability in d polity, and no one feels cheated. Thank u.
